To focus not on where you are now but where you want to go while simultaneously holding space for all the uncomfortable feelings that come up and healing the little parts of us crying out for attention.In this episode I talk about how we can manage seemingly conflicting feelings, wants, needs and desires so that we're able to move forward in our life and goals, to keep growing and expanding, even when faced with parts of us that are scared, stuck in lack, or scarcity.
