Doch was stimmt wirklich? In this episode of Key to Soul Progress, Dr. Judith explores the “Purification of Love,” closing the Love Rewritten chapter by clarifying what love truly is beneath patterns, triggers, and boundaries. She explains how chemistry, relief, and fear of loss can be mistaken for love, and distinguishes intensity from intimacy and attachment from divine love. Using the metaphor of sunlight, she describes how fear, control, possession, insecurity, and especially pride create shadows that obstruct love, producing suffering as misalignment—shown as anxiety, obsession, jealousy, control, exhaustion, and spiritual constriction. She contrasts human love mixed with needs for validation and reassurance with divine love as alignment with truth, reverence for the soul, and standards that do not accept cruelty or degradation. Through stories of Tara (addiction-like attachment and nervous system overstimulation), Monica (release and non-possession), and Daniella (humility over pride and choosing unity over winning), she highlights freedom, respect, truthfulness, patience, and recognition of another's divine identity as marks of mature love. The episode emphasizes observing oneself in relationships, reducing ego-driven control and manipulation, and practicing divine love individually and together with a partner to cultivate peace, harmony, and soul alignment, with listening and growth as an ongoing process.00:00 Intensity Isn't Love00:29 Purification of Love02:04 Shadows That Distort Love03:24 Suffering of Misalignment04:40 Human Needs vs Divine Love06:15 Divine Standards and Freedom07:05 Tara and Attachment Highs09:55 Recognition and Mature Peace12:08 Monica Learns Release13:47 Daniella Chooses Humility15:59 Love Is Purified Within18:18 Practicing Divine Love Together22:38 Closing and Where to Listen

In this thought-provoking episode, Leah explores a bold vision of feminism rooted not in independence, but in the inherent dignity of human dependence. From kitchen counter heights to breast pumps, investment banking hours to factory design, they discuss how modern systems often demand standardization at the expense of human flourishing, especially for women and families. Leah challenges the myth of autonomy, celebrates the interdependence of men and women, and calls for workplaces, communities, and tools that serve real people—not abstract, interchangeable workers. Drawing on neuroscience and real-world research, she explains that the drive to matter is biologically programmed—essential for both survival and flourishing—and describes the transformative effects of mattering on education, leadership, and well-being.Through powerful stories and research insights, Kim and Angela discuss the difference between self-worth and self-esteem, why feeling needed fuels purpose and resilience, and how children intuitively understand what many adults have forgotten: that everyone has unique value to offer. This conversation challenges listeners to reclaim their innate worth and to create spaces where others feel they belong, contribute, and truly matter.Learn more about Angela's work, her book, and the Choose to Matter movement at https://angelamaiers.com/.

Have you ever felt torn between who you are... and who you used to be?  Inside all of us live competing identities—conflicting desires, beliefs, and values. True growth begins not by choosing one or the other, but by learning to honor and integrate them with compassion and clarity. In this powerful intervention from Date with Destiny 2024, Tony Robbins works with tech entrepreneur Josh—whose journey took him from washing dishes in college to building software used by hundreds of millions. He's achieved incredible success—and endured painful setbacks—but even with everything he's built, something feels off. The fire inside him has burned out. Josh has embraced the spiritual, laid-back “hippie” within—the side of him that no longer chases external wins. But that identity conflicts with the ambitious, relentless entrepreneur he used to be... and that internal battle has left him stuck. Tony helps Josh uncover how his unconscious mind has kept these parts of himself at odds—and how to bring them into alignment to unlock his full potential. Using tools like the Psychology of Human Needs and Collapse Anchors, Tony guides Josh to create a new story: one where he doesn't have to choose between sides but can rise as something greater. This isn't just one man's breakthrough—it's a reflection of the journey we all face. Because when we create harmony within, we awaken the power to become who we're truly meant to be. We hope this serves you—and we'd love to hear what insight you take away. *You can watch this intervention (and tons of powerful Tony Robbins content) on our official YouTube channel: youtube.com/@TonyRobbinsLive       *Tony Robbins is a #1 New York Times best-selling author, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the nation's #1 Life and Business Strategist. Judge Ginger Lerner-Wren brings a rare and powerful perspective to the criminal justice system. With nearly three decades on the bench in Florida and a background in disability rights advocacy, she offers insights you simply won't find elsewhere. Her journey from working directly in a psychiatric hospital to founding America's first Mental Health Court has equipped her with a truly unique understanding of how justice and healing can intersect. What happens when we apply artificial intelligence to mental health decisions? Judge Lerner-Wren raises profound questions about whether technology can ever truly address the authentic, individualized needs of people with mental health conditions. Having witnessed the gaps in community support firsthand, she understands the human dimensions that algorithms might miss. As governments rush toward technological solutions, her caution reminds us that efficiency shouldn't come at the expense of effectiveness, especially for vulnerable populations. The conversation takes a compelling turn toward the concept of "sanism" - the often-unacknowledged discrimination against people with mental health conditions that treats them as less than fully human. Judge Lerner-Wren's advocacy for peer support specialists highlights how lived experience can transform services and now could potentially improve AI systems as well. Her observations about COVID's impact on social connection for both youth and seniors illuminate how isolation affects mental wellbeing across generations.Social media presents both promise and peril in this landscape. While certain platforms drive passive consumption rather than meaningful interaction, Judge Lerner-Wren demonstrates how digital connections can spread innovations in therapeutic justice globally. Her vision of judges and lawyers as peacekeepers rather than just punishers offers a refreshing alternative to traditional approaches. https://Art2Life.com - Have you ever wondered why some creative practices thrive while others falter?  The answer might lie in understanding our six essential human needs: certainty, uncertainty, significance, love and connection, growth, and contribution, how they intertwine with our art-making, and how understanding them can lead to a more fulfilling and sustainable art practice. Art is more than just a reflection of our innermost feelings; it's a mirror of our personal evolution. But when you're clinging to the same artistic methods, it leads to stagnation, which is why it's so crucial to evolve and embrace new approaches.  That's where my innovative Bloom Practice comes into play—because it prioritizes feelings over outcomes, encouraging authenticity and profound personal development in your art. ================================ LISTEN IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN… [5:13] The six human needs that form the reason we take the actions we do  [8:24] The fundamental human need for love and connection drives our creativity  [9:40] How we can build connections with other artists—on and offline  [14:05] Art fulfills human needs and can become an addictive, sustainable practice  [16:59] Retreats normalize artists' challenges and emphasize shared experiences  [21:40] Connect with your emotions to create authentic, embodied art  [25:39] Use art to become more yourself and evolve as an individual  [26:52] Focus on enjoying the process, not just the end product  ================================ RESOURCES MENTIONED The 6 Human Needs by Tony Robbins: https://www.tonyrobbins.com/blog/why-you-are-the-way-you-are Join the Studio Notification Waitlist: https://pages.art2life.com/studio/2024-studio-notification-list/ Bloom: https://www.art2life.com/bloom-demo/ ============================= CONNECT WITH NICHOLAS WILTON AND ART2LIFE: Get the Free COLOR TIPS PDF: https://workshop.art2life.com/color-tips-pdf-podcasts/  Follow the Sunday Art2Life Vlog: https://art2life.lpages.co/sign-up-for-the-a2l-vlog/  Follow Nicholas Wilton's Art on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nicholaswilton/  Follow Art2Life on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/art2life_world/?hl=en  Subscribe on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/c/Art2Life  #Art2Life #FineArt #AbstractArt #ModernArt #Contemporary

“Blessed are you, Lord God of all Creation, for through your goodness we have received the bread we offer you: fruit of the earth and work of human hands, it will become for us the bread of life”     Submit a Podcast Listener Question HERE!    Today we have Anna Hurdle and Cathy Johanni on the podcast to continue this exploration of the second plane child as we begin this new atrium year as we prepare our hearts, our environments, our communities to welcome these children into our level two and level three atrium. They dive into the Montessori concept of work as a formation of self. We ponder how this applies to our work in the atrium, how do we facilitate that type of work in our atrium,   Cathy Johanni lives in Columbus, Ohio where she has enjoyed accompanying children on their spiritual journeys for more than two decades. She is recognized as a formation leader in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd at levels I, II, and III.  She has been involved in Montessori education for a decade, working with children ages 5-14.   A member of the editorial committee for the United States Association of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Annual Journal. Cathy has authored articles and contributed to The Roman Missal Third Edition and the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd: Changes to Materials . She holds a Bachelor's degree in cultural anthropology from Princeton University, a Master's degree from The Ohio State University and Montessori Elementary certificates. Married for 31 years, she is the mother of five.  Anna Hurdle is a catechist and formation leader at levels I, II and III. Instead it offers a glimpse into the religious life of the atrium, a specially prepared place for children to live out their silent request: “Help me come closer to God by myself.” Here we can see the child's spiritual capabilities and perhaps even find in our own souls the child long burdened with religious information. This book serves as a companion to the second volume, The Religious Potential of the Child 6 to 12 Years Old. The desire to have this essential text available in audio has been a long-held goal for many. The work of many hands has combined to bring this release to life as an audiobook.    Find out more about CGS:       Learn more about the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd     Follow us on Social Media-  Facebook at “The United States Association of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd”  Instagram-  cgsusa  Twitter- @cgsusa  Pinterest- Natl Assoc of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd USA  YouTube- catechesisofthegoodshepherd
