My friend Kristina Nasti and I are starting a talk show. We're not sure what we're gonna call it, but for now, it's airing on Self Transformation Radio (my existing podcast I started in June 2022) and on my brand new SUBSTACK! :)This is the kind of talk show where we say anything that's on our minds. And we mean anything. A little background: Kristina and I met on TikTok! I did a Human Design session with her (I'm a Projector!!). When I found out she lived only 30 minutes away, I invited her to come hang out at my house ASAP, and we've been great friends ever since. We've had many "hot girl walks" and girls' nights together in the short time I've known her (less than two years). She's attended Transform as a co-host in March of 2024.Kristina is also the content manager for SelfTransformation.com -- something she is VERY GOOD at -- and it's probably even the only reason we're doing the talk show to begin with. Having Kristina on the team has freed up so much mental space to figure out what I really want to do. And both of us are on this journey of sorts to becoming our true selves and elevating that to the highest level possible. Living our best life. We both recognize that it's not money we're after; it's this. Full self-expression. That's what's going to make us happiest, AND it's going to help the most people because it will mean our frequency is high (authenticity is the highest frequency)... which will attract the people who need to hear our message. We're here to talk with a purpose, not just about nonsense. That doesn't mean we won't gossip a little (before we decide not to!), but we want to focus on what we care most about — the stuff that lights us up, and the stuff that makes us angry, too.So that's what I mean by anything goes. And the great thing about Substack is that it'll never be canceled. I'm so excited to speak my mind with Kristina. She is one of my very best friends, one of the only small handful of people who I can tell really "see" me. Hope you enjoy our pilot episode

Emotions create HEAT in the brain... and when our brain cells are not healthy -- and are full of toxins instead -- this heat can kill brain cells and damage the brain. Isn't it logical that this would cause symptoms commonly diagnosed as mental illnesses? But it's not our emotions' fault -- our emotions are NORMAL and HEALTHY. But when our brains don't have what they need to cool down that heat created by our emotions, and they've been covered in toxins and disrupted by heavy metals, that's what causes the problem. Our brains can't cool down and get scorched instead. Tune in to EPISODE 20 (!) of Missdiagnosed to dive deeper into the true causes of mental illness symptoms. Email me! Hello@caitlinpyle.com
Wild n' crazy emotional struggles that get diagnosed as mental illness are not something that yoga, meditation, journaling, and manifestation techniques can solve... less-than-ideal health of the brain is the #1 culprit in bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and just about every other mental "illness" that psychiatry likes to throw pills at. This episode includes some fascinating history on the legacy the industry of psychiatry has led in recent history in their attempt to solve the "problem" of our emotions. Virus poop is what we're talking about this week on Missdiagnosed! Otherwise known as viral neurotoxins, they're the REAL reason behind ALL KINDS of "mental illness" symptoms. Neurological fatigue caused by neurotoxins is commonly misdiagnosed by mainstream medical doctors and alternative practitioners alike. A very common (but usually unrecognized) cause of inflammation in the brain? VIRUSES! Tune in to this week's episode to learn just how viruses can live in virtually any area of our bodies -- and how they create poisons (neurotoxins) that go on to create hundreds of symptoms that get labeled as chronic mental disorders like anxiety, depression, bipolar and more. Just like our skin reacts when it comes in contact with poisons, so do our brain cells. What does all that electricity create in the brain? HEAT! In this episode, you'll learn the mind-blowing effects that heat can have on the brain -- these are a REAL cause of common "mental illness" symptoms -- and how the toxic heavy metals build up in our brains and interfere with that electricity. You'll also learn how repeated emotions combine with this heat to cause hidden inflammation and DAMAGE to the brain that is NOT visible to today's technology. We're really putting some pieces together in this episode. Our brains are full of electricity... and that means metals must be involved. In this episode of Missdiagnosed, we discuss the WAR between metals and bad metals (industrialized, denatured metals that are toxic) that is happening inside all of our brains... and how these toxic metals cause common neurological and "mental illness" symptoms... and why we have been conditioned to accept these symptoms as "normal." In this episode of Missdiagnosed, you'll learn more about how the brain works in 30 minutes than you did in your high school biology class... ask me how I know :) All jokes aside, mental illness symptoms are VERY OFTEN a result of damaged neurons, NOT a chemical imbalance with no cure... tune in to learn exactly what neurons are, how they work, and how you can heal your neurons PLUS take steps to prevent further damage. Were you taught that PMS happens to everyone? That it's normal? How about menopause? How many times have you heard that hot flashes, night sweats, etc. are SUPPOSED to happen? Would it surprise you to learn that it WASN'T always like that?! It surprised me too. Tune in to Part 1 of this conversation on the true causes of the myriad of symptoms we've been conditioned to believe are "normal."
Hysteria takes the cake as the longest running "disorder" in all of history. People believed hysteria was a real disorder for more than 2,000 years. Strangely, as soon as hysteria ceased to exist as it had seemingly always been known to exist... Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) hit the "scene" as a disorder, allowing even more women to be considered "ill" even more often. Tune in for more fascinating facts about hysteria.
Although "respected" authorities tell us that bipolar disorder is a lifelong illness, they also don't know the exact cause... but wait... if the cause is unknown, how do they know that it's truly a lifelong illness? Deception is rampant in our world today, especially in the field of psychiatry -- the science of lies. Join me for a look at how what we now call "bipolar disorder" evolved. HUGE bombshell evidence dropped on July 20, 2022 -- an extensive review of the existing research on antidepressants found that antidepressants do not do what we were told they do. Did you think Drapetomania was an isolated incident -- the only time in history that educated, respected doctors and mental health professionals got it wrong? Think again. It's been happening throughout history with "homosexuality" being the most recent human behavior to be wrongly pathologized... the scary part is that our emotions are still being pathologized today, and bloodthirsty, money-hungry industries are still at work in convincing us that we have a brain malfunction that requires chemical treatment to correct...
In 1851, respected New Orleans physician Samuel Cartwright made a massive "scientific discovery" that explained a major problem occurring on many slave owners' plantations... their slaves were running away. But it wasn't the slave owners' fault! Tune in to this episode of Missdiagnosed for the titillating tale of how the normal human drive for freedom was pathologized into a mental illness to serve the interests of the slave industry...
Very few people know that the "Bible of Psychiatry" is basically a cobblestone street of sloppy opinions -- and far from the authoritative guide it's marketed to be. Episode 4 reveals six jaw-dropping facts about the DSM that will give you hope that maybe... you're not as abnormal as you've been told.
Did you know that mental illness was invented? First came the "discovery" of so-called brain diseases that were caused by a chemical imbalance for which there is no test to prove even exists... then came the marketing of the drugs to "treat" the disease. Mental illness was invented, as was the DSM, to give psychiatrists more credibility and, with the index of diagnosis codes, hundreds of ways to bill insurance for "treatment" of their patients. Psychiatrists do not get paid unless there is a diagnosis! Simply making an appointment is often seen as a sign of "mental illness" and it's the first step in getting you hooked into the machine -- dependent on artificial chemicals (drugs) that damage your brain and perpetuate your dependency on psychiatry.
While suffering and anguish are 100% real to those of us (ALL of us!) who experience it, the concept of mental illness is a completely fabricated social construct that is -- the whitecoats invented it and sold it to us.
