Apego não é papo de hoje, embora desapego pareça que sim. Em 1950 os psicanalistas John Bowlby e Mary Ainsworth desenvolveram a chamada Teoria de Apego. Eles estudaram de que forma os bebês se comportavam ao serem separados dos seus cuidadores e dividiram esse sentimento em quatro “tipos” vamos dizer assim: apego seguro, ansioso, evitativo e desorganizado. E o que nós, mulheres adultas, temos a ver com isso? Pois bem. Lá pela década de 1980, os psicólogos Cindy Hazan e Phillip Shaver descobriram que os adultos exibiam padrões de relacionamento semelhantes em suas relações. Em 2010, Amir Levine e Rachel Heller, transformaram isso em um livro e, claro, em uma hashtag: estilo de apego. Eles revelam que há indícios da evolução humana, inclusive, neste tipos de apego. Segundo eles, “há vantagens evolutivas em sermos mais sensíveis a ameaças ou em sermos mais independentes”. Vimos a febre desse termo por aí e pensamos: será que apego é só ruim? I recently got asked: "What do I do when I don't feel like I've got enough money? "Is this question burning a hole in your pocket? Let me sew that up for you so you can receive, hold, and enjoy more money. 1. The first step is to open to receive. I invite you to grab your journal and write down all the different ways you could receive money. Writing every possibility is a great way to open all the channels.2. Start looking at your blocks and limiting beliefs around money. Once you're clear on what they are, it's time to heal and replace those beliefs with a powerful money mindset.3. Now it's time to start manifesting! Write down all the things you've manifested so far in your life – good and bad. You might be surprised at what a powerful manifestor you already are. If you'd like support, my Vision Board workshop is available on my website and my Gina Swire app.4. If you're money avoidant like I used to be, I recommend a sexy money date every week where you bite the bullet and you look at your accounts and you see what's really there. If you have an anxious attachment style to money, the book Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller is a great resource. Practice dropping into trust and reducing how often your check your accounts. Say to yourself “I'm going to relax. I'm going to trust. I'm going to let the Universe do its thing.”5. Know that money is always working for you. It's always trying to come to you. Be in gratitude for money. Notice the abundance that's already around you. As you listen, look around your room, or car, or wherever you are, and soak in the abundance that already exists. 6. Put on a Lakshmi money mantra. 7. Listen to/read money books. Some of my favourites are Rich as Fuck by Amanda Frances and Get Rich Lucky Bitch by Denise Duffield-Thomas. 8. Create an Abundance Corner in your home. In feng shui, the best location for this is the southeast corner of your house. You can check this using a compass app. Create an altar adorned with sacred objects. I like to put coins overflowing out of a heart-shaped bowl onto a mirror, different currencies, a money plant, some jewellery, and a Chanel sunglasses box. Pray to your money altar. Ask it to provide for you. 9. Take yourself on sexy money dates. Perhaps this is taking yourself to a fancy hotel or restaurant, or to a gorgeous spa, or sitting somewhere that feels abundant to journal and soak up the codes. Or you could do a meditation around dropping into trust with the Universe. 10. Meditate on the question “what would a day look like for the most abundant version of me?” then write it in your journal. 11. If you have any friends who are wealthy or just really good with money, ask them what they do. Have a money date with them and get the codes! 12. Affirm “I am great at making money. No matter what happens, I can always find a way to make money.”13. Expand your self-love. This is a powerful way to expand your money consciousness and your millionaire consciousness! Perhaps the only silver lining of learning about your attachment style is realizing that it can be healed and repaired, or at least that's how Anna sees it. On today's episode, Nina and Anna unpack their results from the https://www.attachmentproject.com/attachment-style-quiz/ (Attachment Style Quiz) and discuss the current research behind how attachment styles are formed. They reflect on familial and biological factors that they believe have influenced their attachment styles and the work that they continue to do to become more secure individuals.  There are four main attachment styles: anxious, avoidant, disorganized, and secure. They start to develop in utero, are put into place by 18 months old, and firmly developed by the age of four. Anna explores how her anxious attachment most likely came from experiencing emotional neglect as a child and not getting the comfort that she needed. She illustrates how this has affected her as an adult and how she's working on cultivating safe connections.  On the other end of the spectrum, Nina's test result revealed that she has secure attachment. She admits that if she had answered the questions 10 years earlier, the results might've been different, but she's learned to openly express her emotions and depend on her husband. Today we are discussing attachment styles. Attachment styles are the different ways that we relate to and connect with our partner in romantic relationships. There are 4 attachment styles:Secure (low anxiety, low avoidance): You are comfortable with emotional intimacy, and you feel connected with your partner. You don't feel overly anxious, nor do you avoid or push away intimacy. You communicate your needs effectively, you are attuned to the needs of your partner, and you are responsive and supportive to your partner's attachment needs.Anxious (high anxiety, low avoidance): You desire intimacy and emotional closeness with your partner. However, you are fearful of abandonment, and feel distressed if you sense that your partner might be pulling away. You're more likely to become preoccupied worrying about your partner's intentions and behaviors, and you're more likely to seek reassurance from your partner when you're feeling insecure.Avoidant (low anxiety, high avoidance): You feel uncomfortable with intimacy and emotional closeness. You "keep people at arm's length" and avoid commitment or becoming invested in the relationship. You are more likely to value your independence, and to pull away when your partner expresses desire for closeness. You're more likely to criticize or dismiss the feelings of your partner, in an effort to maintain distance. Disorganized (high anxiety, high avoidance): This attachment style is marked by significant fearfulness, typically due to childhood trauma. You desire intimacy and closeness, but you also feel the need to maintain distance to protect yourself from being hurt. This may come across as a "Come here! Go away!" push-pull dynamic. You struggle to trust people, and you often feel confused or conflicted in relationships.
