Carrie Oliver serves as Co-Administrator of Highlands Latin School Owensboro. Before HLS began, Carrie was a classroom teacher in the Daviess County School system. For twenty-five years she taught kindergarten through fifth grades at Tamarack Elementary School, Masonville Elementary School, and Deer Park Elementary School.
