Biohacking is the process of making changes to your lifestyle in order to “hack” your body’s biology and feel your best. You know the saying, “You are what you eat”? That actually applies to humans in a broader sense: everything we put into our bodies — our foods, our thoughts, our physical movement — all affect how we behave. By biohacking yourself, you can actually transform your body so that you feel more energized, be more productive and, overall, feel like the best possible version of yourself.

Everybody knows that, in theory, they can knuckle down for a certain period of time and make an effort to shift the weight. The best time to start is when motivation is high. But more often than not, what you’re setting yourself up for is unrealistic expectations of weight loss in short periods of time, as well as putting everything in place for a big binge followed by an emotional tailspin that leaves you the same weight, or heavier! Think about all the things going on when a player shoots a simple one-count, no-dribble jump shot. It's not just a shot in isolation. The player has to have a feel for whether or not he can actually get the shot off. Whether he can actually make it. Or should even take it. Who else might be open? But when your teammates says, "shoot it" you shoot with confidence. Be confident in all you do and if you miss, you adjust, but be confident.

I finally got an Alexa and I am super pumped about where we are going with this technology. Voice is what many believe is the next big thing when it comes to user interfaces and creating better user experiences. It’s not strange when you think of it, voice is one of the most natural input options we have as humans. Newborns recognize their mother’s voice moments after birth having heard a muffled version of it while in the womb. When we’re faced with extreme situations, we instinctively turn to our voice - screaming and crying for both help and joy. Enjoy the podcast and don't forget to subscribe.

Just get some comfortable clothing, descent shoes, and you’re good to go.The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week — or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity. Go hiking on a regular basis and your mind, body, and soul will love you.

Went hiking the other day with my two nieces. An 8 year old and a 11 year old. Hiking with kids is the most awesome thing you can do for a kid. Take your young ones outdoors and let them explore. They will love you for it and they will gain an appreciation for the outdoors.
