Mein Name ist Jens Bansi und ich bin mittlerweile seit 20 Jahren an den Kliniken Valens. Als ich vor 20 Jahren, in 2004 gestartet bin, war das nur die Klinik Valens, also es gab nur einen Standort und mittlerweile haben wir neun Standorte. Also neun stationäre Reha-Standorte und das bedeutet, dass wir da circa 1.200 Patientenbetten betreuen und ganz sicher im Bereich der Neuro-Reha der führende Anbieter sind. Und seit 2019, 2020, mit der Pandemie, hat die Klinik sich dann dankenswerterweise entschieden, mich zum Leiter Forschung und Entwicklung zu befördern. Ich habe 2014 das PhD in der Deutschen Sporthochschule gemacht, das Doktorat. Und hab dann angefangen, im Bereich der körperlichen Aktivität zu forschen. Wobei das PhD selber, das war noch in Wasser, da haben wir den Land-Wasser-Vergleich gemacht. Hat es Unterschiede, wenn Betroffene mit MS in 28 Grad kühl temperiertes Wasser, wenn sie da quasi so ein Fahrradtraining auf dem Hometrainer fahren. Wir haben gesehen, dass das Tiptop wirkt. Aber man konnte sich am Ende des Tages nicht so wirklich erklären, was dieses Tiptop bedingt hat. Möchtest du den Hörerinnen und Hörern noch etwas mit auf dem Weg geben?
