     "A learning disability with NO diagnosis is a diagnosis of NO learning disability".     23 July 2021 marks the historic day when all 193 countries of the United Nations unanimously adopted the first ever resolution on vision designed to tackle preventable sight loss. In order to better understand the process, implications and find ways to participate in this movement ,  I had an opportunity to sit across and chat with Dr. Jude Stern,  Head Of Knowledge Management at International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) and Dr. Jamie Anderson, from OneSight.
