March 04 | 2026 | Hukamnama Sahib |   ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਹਲਾ ੯ ॥ ਮਨ ਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੀ ਸਰਨਿ ਬਿਚਾਰੋ ॥ ਜਿਹ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਗਨਕਾ ਸੀ ਉਧਰੀ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਜਸੁ ਉਰ ਧਾਰੋ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ਅਟਲ ਭਇਓ ਧ੍ਰੂਅ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਅਰੁ ਨਿਰਭੈ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ ਦੁਖ ਹਰਤਾ ਇਹ ਬਿਧਿ ਕੋ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤੈ ਕਾਹੇ ਬਿਸਰਾਇਆ ॥੧॥ ਜਬ ਹੀ ਸਰਨਿ ਗਹੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਿਧਿ ਗਜ ਗਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਛੂਟਾ ॥ ਮਹਮਾ ਨਾਮ ਕਹਾ ਲਉ ਬਰਨਉ ਰਾਮ ਕਹਤ ਬੰਧਨ ਤਿਹ ਤੂਟਾ ॥੨॥ ਅਜਾਮਲੁ ਪਾਪੀ ਜਗੁ ਜਾਨੇ ਨਿਮਖ ਮਾਹਿ ਨਿਸਤਾਰਾ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਹਤ ਚੇਤ ਚਿੰਤਾਮਨਿ ਤੈ ਭੀ ਉਤਰਹਿ ਪਾਰਾ ॥੩॥੪॥ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਮਨ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪੈ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਧਰਿਆ ਕਰ। ਜਿਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਗਨਕਾ (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਡੁੱਬਣੋਂ) ਬਚ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਤੂੰ ਭੀ, (ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਾਈ ਰੱਖ।ਰਹਾਉ।ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਧ੍ਰੂ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਅਟੱਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਭੈਤਾ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਦਰਜਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ, ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਭੁਲਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ।੧।ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਹੀ (ਗਜ ਨੇ) ਕਿਰਪਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲਿਆ ਉਹ ਗਜ (ਹਾਥੀ) ਤੰਦੂਏ ਦੀ ਫਾਹੀ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਤਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਦੱਸਾਂ? ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਚਾਰ ਕੇ ਉਸ (ਹਾਥੀ) ਦੇ ਬੰਧਨ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਏ ਸਨ।੨।ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਸਾਰਾ ਜਗਤ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜਾਮਲ ਵਿਕਾਰੀ ਸੀ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ) ਅੱਖ ਦੇ ਝਮਕਣ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਸਮੇ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਾਰ-ਉਤਾਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ-(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਤੂੰ) ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚਿਤਵਨੀਆਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਕਰ। ਤੂੰ ਭੀ (ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ) ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਏਂਗਾ।੩।੪।SORAT'H, NINTH MEHL:O mind, contemplate the Sanctuary of God. BY THE GRACE OF THE TRUE GURU:If only I could meet the True Guru, the Primal Being. Discarding my faults and sins, I would chant the Lord's Glorious Praises. I meditate on the Naam, the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. Continuously, continually, I chant the Word of the Guru's Bani. Gurbani always seems so sweet; I have eradicated the sinful residues from within. The disease of egotism is gone, fear has left, and I am absorbed in celestial peace. Through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, the bed of my body has become cozy and beautiful, and I enjoy the essence of spiritual wisdom. Night and day, I continually enjoy peace and pleasure. O Nanak, this is my pre-ordained destiny. || 1 || The soul-bride is lovingly embellished with truth and contentment; her Father, the Guru, has come to engage her in marriage to her Husband Lord. Joining with the humble Saints, I sing Gurbani. Singing the Guru's Bani, I have obtained the supreme status; meeting with the Saints, the self-elect, I am blessed and adorned. Anger and attachment have left my body and run away; I have eradicated hypocrisy and doubt. The pain of egotism is gone, and I have found peace; my body has become healthy and free of disease. By Guru's Grace, O Nanak, I have realized God, the ocean of virtue. || 2 || The self-willed manmukh is separated, far away from God; she does not obtain the Mansion of His Presence, and she burns. Egotism and falsehood are deep within her; deluded by falsehood, she deals only in falsehood. Practicing fraud and falsehood, she suffers terrible pain; without the True Guru, she does not find the way. The foolish soul-bride wanders along dismal pathways; each and every moment, she is bumped and pushed. God, the Great Giver, shows His Mercy, and leads her to meet the True Guru, the Primal Being. Those beings who have been separated for countless incarnations, O Nanak, are reunited with the Lord, with intuitive ease. || 3 || Calculating the most auspicious moment, the Lord comes into the bride's home; her heart is filled with ecstasy. The Pandits and astrologers have come, to sit and consult the almanacs. They have consulted the almanacs, and the bride's mind vibrates with bliss, when she hears that her Friend is coming into the home of her heart. The virtuous and wise men sat down and decided to perform the marriage immediately. She has found her Husband, the Inaccessible, Unfathomable Primal Lord, who is forever young; He is her Best Friend from her earliest childhood. O Nanak, he has mercifully united the bride with Himself. She shall never be separated again. || 4 || 1 ||

Na-leef gedagte: As-Woensdag — 'n off-beat ritueel deur Pieter Roeloffse “Jesus is an alternative to the dominant ways of the world,  not a supplement to them.”  Eugene Peterson Elke jaar doen die kerk iets vreemd. Ons neem die oorblyfsels van verlede jaar se Palmsondag — die takke waarmee ons “Hosanna!” gesing het — en ons verbrand dit. Die takke wat eens tekens van oorwinning en hoop was, word as. En met daardie as begin ons Lydenstyd. Dit is nie toevallig nie. Dit is teologies briljant. Die ironie van die skare Op Palmsondag stap Jesus Jerusalem binne. Die skare waai palmtakke. Hulle roep “Hosanna! “Prys die Seun van Dawid! Loof Hom wat in die Naam van die Here kom!” (Matt 21:1-11, Mark. 11:1-11; Luk. 19:28-38; Joh. 12:12-19) Hulle verwag 'n Messias wat hul vyande sal oorwin, die regte mag sal herstel, die regte koninkryk sal vestig. 'n Paar dae later is daar weer 'n skare. En hulle roep: “Kruisig Hom! Kruisig Hom.” (Matt 27:15-26, Mark. 15:6-15; Luk. 23:13-25; Joh. 18:39 – 19:16)  Dieselfde stad. Dieselfde fees. Waarskynlik meeste van dieselfde mense. Wat het verander? Jesus het nie by hulle script ingepas nie. Hy het nie mag oorgeneem soos hulle verwag het nie. Hy het nie Rome omver gewerp soos hulle verwag het nie. Hy het nie die soort oorwinning gebring wat hulle wou hê nie. En toe Hy nie inpas by hul verwagtinge nie, draai die skare. Ons is nader aan die skare as wat ons dink. As-Woensdag begin met “Onthou jy is stof” en 'n as-kruis merk op jou voorkop of pols. Hoekom? Omdat ons ook palmtakke dra — ons eie verwagtinge het van hoe God moet werk; hoe verlossing moet lyk. Ons eie planne van die mooi en goeie lewe het. Ons juig maklik vir 'n Jesus wat óns drome bevestig. Maar 'n Jesus wat selfopoffering vra? 'n Koning wat op 'n donkie ry? 'n God wat alle mense liefhet? 'n Messias wat leer en leef “sterf van jou ekkigheid dan kom daar nuwe lewe”? Dis net té anders, té vreemd, té ongemaklik. Die as van Palmsondag-takke herinner ons: selfs ons aanbidding kan soms besoedel wees (vgl. Miga 6:6-8; Amos 5:21-24). 'n Heilige onderbreking Wanneer die palmtakke verbrand word, word triomf in stof verander. Dit nooi ons: Moenie hoop op jou eie namaaksel van God en jou eie weergawe van oorwinning nie. As-Woensdag help ons om eerlik te word oor iets diep in ons harte — ons wil graag hê God moet ons idees, oortuigings en storie versterk — nie dit herskryf nie. Maar Jesus kom nie om ons storie te verbeter nie. Hy kom om 'n ander een te gee: 'n Storie waar die eerste laaste is. Waar mag lyk soos diens. Waar oorwinning deur selfopoffering kom. Waar lewe deur die dood breek. Wanneer die as op ons voorkop in die vorm van 'n kruis geteken word, hou dit Palmsondag en Goeie Vrydag saam. Dit sê: Moenie te vinnig juig nie. Moenie te vinnig veroordeel nie. Moenie dink jy staan buite die skare nie. Dit nooi ons om ons afhanklikheid te erken. Te erken dat God en Sy manier anders is as wat ons graag sou verkies. Te onthou dat God en Sy anderster manier verlossing, vryheid, lewe gee — vir alles en almal! As-Woensdag vra nie: Is jy opgewonde oor Jesus? nie. Dit vra: Sal jy Hom volg wanneer Hy nie in jou verwagtinge pas nie? Sal jy Hom vertrou wanneer Hy nie jou vyande veroordeel nie? Sal jy leer om 'n ander soort oorwinning lief te hê? Van palmtak tot as — van triomf tot waarheid — van skare tot dissipel Mag hierdie As-Woensdag en Lydenstyd ons help om nie net mense te wees wat “Hosanna!” roep wanneer dit maklik is nie, maar mense wat gevorm word deur die kruis. Na-leef teks: “22Die Jode vra wondertekens en die Grieke soek wysheid, 23maar ons verkondig Christus wat gekruisig is. Vir die Jode is dit ‘n aanstoot en vir die ander is dit onsin,  24maar vir dié wat deur God geroep is, Jode sowel as Grieke, is Christus die krag van God en die wysheid van God. 25Wat vir die wêreld die onsin van God is, is groter wysheid as die wysheid van mense, en wat vir die wêreld die swakheid van God is, is groter krag as die krag van mense.” 1 Korintiërs 1:22-25 Na-leef vrae Kan jy dit in jouself raaksien hoe jy soms Jesus en Sy weg, soos die skare, wil verander om by jou agenda en idees in te pas? Jim Kirlin's words, not mine—but he's right.I sat down with Jim to talk about what Taylor is bringing to the table this year, and it comes down to two distinct directions: the Next Generation Grand Auditorium series and the Gold Label Collection. Modern innovation on one side, vintage inspiration on the other.The Next Gen guitars build on Taylor's flagship Grand Auditorium—that versatile middle-size body that works for everything from fingerpicking to strumming. But they've added three significant upgrades.First is the Action Control Neck. It's a patented design with a long tenon joint that enhances resonance and tonal transfer between neck and body. More importantly, it lets players adjust string height in seconds through the sound hole. Climate changes, different venues, personal preference—you can dial it in on the fly. That's the kind of player-centric thinking that removes obstacles from the playing experience.Second is Scalloped V-Class Bracing. Andy Powers introduced V-Class back in 2018, and this evolution adds warmth and low end while maintaining that clear, balanced Taylor articulation. You get more of everything without losing what makes a Taylor sound like a Taylor.Third is the new Claria Pickup system. It's discreet—sound hole mounted with volume, mid contour, and tone controls. The goal was simplicity. Plug in, play, express yourself. No fussing with complicated setups depending on the venue. Just reliable amplified sound wherever you are.Then there's the Gold Label Collection—a completely different approach.These are non-cutaway guitars with traditional styling inspired by instruments from the 1930s and 40s. Andy Powers designed them to broaden Taylor's tonal palette and reach players who've never been drawn to the brand before.The new square shoulder dreadnought caught my attention. Deeper body dimensions than a traditional Taylor dread, with serious lung capacity inside. You strum those chords and feel the low end push back. Fan V-Class Bracing gives it projection and response that traditional dreadnought fans will appreciate.There's also round shoulder dreadnoughts and super auditoriums—the latter based on the Grand Auditorium but with all the curves pushed out for more air mass. Many feature torrified tops that give them an aged, played-in character right out of the case.The headstock shape is different. The logo styling is older. It's Taylor paying respect to tradition while still building with modern precision.What struck me most was how intentional both directions are. Snowboards and Guitars: Circle Strings x Burton at NAMM 2026Some collaborations make you stop and ask how nobody thought of this before.At NAMM Media Day 2026, Sean Martin caught up with Adam Buchwald and William Hylton from Circle Strings, a Vermont-based guitar company, to talk about their partnership with Burton. The concept is deceptively simple: matching snowboards and custom guitars built from the same materials.But the execution is anything but simple.Buchwald owns a wood company in Vermont. He had an entire tree of figured mahogany set aside, waiting for the right project. When Burton agreed to collaborate, he knew exactly what to do with it. The wood became the centerpiece—the visual and sonic foundation of everything that followed.Then William Hylton got to work.Hylton, Circle Strings' designer and CNC specialist, is a backcountry snowboarder. He chose Burton's Alakazam powder board shape as his starting point, drawn to its distinctive tail curve. That curve, he realized, was already guitar-esque. So he wove it through the entire instrument—the fingerboard extension, the pickguard, the bridge tips. The snowboard's DNA lives in every contour.But here's where it gets interesting.The core of a Burton snowboard is wood. Lightweight, durable, designed for performance. Hylton took that same core material and built a guitar body from it. The result feels right in your hands—balanced, resonant, purposeful. It's not a gimmick. It's a genuine instrument built from materials engineered to perform.The acoustic model features a sound hole that mirrors the snowboard's design. Inlays are crafted from Burton's core material, tying everything together visually and conceptually. Both guitars showcase snowflake inlays inspired by Snowflake Bentley, the Vermont photographer who first captured snowflakes in their true crystalline form over a century ago.It's a detail that says everything about how Circle Strings approaches their work. History. Craft. Place.Vermont runs through this collaboration. Buchwald and Hylton are snowboarders. They source their wood locally. They build instruments that reflect where they come from. Burton, also rooted in Vermont's snow culture, was a natural partner.The Burton team, according to Hylton, is thrilled. Many of them are musicians. Some are fans of the artists Circle Strings builds for. The connection was already there—this project just made it tangible.What strikes me about this collaboration is the underlying philosophy. Snowboards and guitars aren't that different when you strip them down. Both are built from wood. Both demand precision. Both exist to help someone express themselves—whether carving powder or carving a melody.Circle Strings and Burton understand this. They didn't force a partnership. They found the common thread and followed it.The result is a set of instruments that belong in a museum and on a stage. Vintage Dreams, Modern Hands: A Conversation with PRS Guitars at NAMM 2026They were literally closing down the show floor when I grabbed Alex Chadwick from PRS Guitars for a conversation I wasn't willing to miss.We'd been talking off-mic about something that kept nagging at me—this tension between technology and creativity that runs through everything in the music world right now. So I hit record, security guards circling, and asked him straight: Is technology helping musicians become better artists, or do you still need to learn the hard way?His answer was refreshingly honest. Technology isn't inherently good or bad. It's a tool. When it helps people be more expressive, more creative—that's the win. When it gets in the way of that expression? That's when we have a problem.It's the kind of nuance that gets lost in the usual gear coverage.PRS brought some beautiful new instruments to NAMM this year. The John Mayer Wild Blue Silver Sky stopped people in their tracks—a sharp turquoise finish with the first matching headstock ever produced from their Maryland factory on a Silver Sky. Limited to a thousand pieces worldwide. For Mayer fans and Silver Sky devotees alike, this one feels special.Then there's the Ed Sheeran Semi-Hollow Piezo Baritone. A 27.7-inch scale instrument tuned a fifth below standard, with discrete outputs for both magnetic and piezo elements. But here's what got me: each guitar ships with a signed print of Sheeran's original artwork that appears on the body. He's a visual artist too. The instrument becomes a canvas for multiple creative expressions at once.But the conversation that really stuck with me was about vintage guitars and why we romanticize them so much.Those 1950s and 60s instruments—the ones on posters, in documentaries, making the music that shaped entire generations—they've become holy relics. And the ones that actually sound magical? They cost as much as a house now. So how does anyone access that?Chadwick explained something about PRS's philosophy that I found genuinely compelling. They don't go back to the fifties. They go back to 1985. That gives them freedom—they can draw inspiration from those holy grail instruments without being trapped by their quirks, their inconsistent tolerances, their aged components. They can take what made those guitars legendary and build it into something repeatable, accessible, and comfortable.The goal, he said, is to create instruments that get out of the way. Guitars that let the person be more expressive instead of fighting against limitations.That phrase has been echoing in my head since I left Anaheim. Instruments that get out of the way.Because that's really what this is about, isn't it? All the gear, all the technology, all the innovation—it only matters if it helps someone find their voice. Make their own music. Tell their own story.PRS seems to understand that. True is the Name of the True Lord. Glorious are the Praises of the Lord of the Universe. Infinite is the spiritual wisdom imparted by the Guru. The Creator Lord who created, shall also destroy. The call of death is sent out by the Lord's Command; no one can challenge it. He Himself creates, and watches; His written command is above each and every head. He Himself imparts understanding and awareness. O Nanak, the Lord Master is inaccessible and unfathomable; I live by His True Name. || 1 || No one can compare to You, Lord; all come and go. By Your Command, the account is settled, and doubt is dispelled. The Guru dispels doubt, and makes us speak the Unspoken Speech; the true ones are absorbed into Truth. He Himself creates, and He Himself destroys; I accept the Command of the Commander Lord. True greatness comes from the Guru; You alone are the mind's companion in the end. O Nanak, there is no other than the Lord and Master; greatness comes from Your Name. || 2 || You are the True Creator Lord, the unknowable Maker. There is only the One Lord and Master, but there are two paths, by which conflict increases. All follow these two paths, by the Hukam of the Lord's Command; the world is born, only to die. Without the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the mortal has no friend at all; he carries loads of sin on his head. By the Hukam of the Lord's Command, he comes, but he does not understand this Hukam; the Lord's Hukam is the Embellisher. O Nanak, through the Shabad, the Word of the Lord and Master, the True Creator Lord is realized. || 3 || Your devotees look beautiful in Your Court, embellished with the Shabad. They chant the Ambrosial Word of His Bani, savoring it with their tongues. Savoring it with their tongues, they thirst for the Naam; they are a sacrifice to the Word of the Guru's Shabad. Touching the philosopher's stone, they become the philosopher's stone, which transforms lead into gold; O Lord, they become pleasing to your mind. They attain the immortal status and eradicate their self-conceit; how rare is that person, who contemplates spiritual wisdom. O Nanak, the devotees look beautiful in the Court of the True Lord; they are dealers in the Truth. || 4 || I am hungry and thirsty for wealth; how will I be able to go to the Lord's Court? I shall go and ask the True Guru, and meditate on the Naam, the Name of the Lord. I meditate on the True Name, chant the True Name, and as Gurmukh, I realize the True Name. Night and day, I chant the Name of the merciful, immaculate Lord, the Master of the poor.

  «Eliseo le envió un mensajero, diciendo: Ve y lávate siete veces en el Jordán, y tu carne será restaurada, y serás limpio. Y Naamán se enojó…» (2 Reyes 5:10-11, AMP) A menudo nos perdemos lo que Dios quiere hacer por nosotros, sólo porque Él no hace las cosas como nosotros creemos que debería hacerlas. Por ejemplo, nos ponemos a pensar en la manera en que va a sanarnos. Pensamos que enviará a algún predicador famoso a imponer sus manos sobre nosotros o que el Señor nos derribará con una descarga de Su poder. Pero cuando no lo hace así, nuestra fe decae y arruinamos lo que Él había planeado hacer. Eso fue lo que hizo Naamán. Él fue a Eliseo con la esperanza de ser sano de una manera en particular. Cuando no sucedió así, la Biblia nos dice que él se fue furioso. Lo que Eliseo le mandó que hiciera era fácil. Él tenía que sumergirse siete veces en el río Jordán. Naamán pudo haberlo hecho, pero ésa no fue la forma en que él pensó que sería sano. Este hombre creyó que Eliseo lo sanaría con sólo pasar sus manos sobre él, e invocar el Nombre del Señor. Naamán salió precipitadamente. Pero de no haber sido por uno de sus siervos que lo convenció de obedecer lo que Eliseo le había dicho, él hubiera perdido su sanidad. Yo era así. Deseaba tanto ver cosas espectaculares de parte de Dios que estaba perdiéndome las que Él tenía planeadas para mí. Cuando lo entendí, dejé de buscar cosas grandes y espectaculares, y sólo me limité a esperar que Dios cumpliera Su Palabra. Recuerdo una noche en la que fui a una campaña con el tobillo muy lastimado. El dolor era tan intenso que recorría desde mi pie hasta llegar a mis hombros. Pero fui con la esperanza de que Dios me sanara. Durante la alabanza ignoré ese dolor; cantaba y a alababa con los demás. Cuando empezó la predicación, tomé mi Biblia y me sumergí en la Palabra. Y como era de esperar, en algún momento del servicio recibí mi sanidad. No sé a qué hora sucedió. No sentí nada especial, ni vi destellos de luz alguna. Ni siquiera me di cuenta de que había sido sano, sino hasta después del servicio. Iba llegando a la puerta cuando pensé: ¡Gloria a Dios! Mi pie está bien. No dejes que tus propias ideas, acerca de cómo obrará el Señor, te quiten tu sanidad, tu liberación o tu prosperidad. Sólo confía en Dios y deja que Él haga las cosas como Él sabe hacerlas. Él actuará poderosamente en ti. Entró en la sinagoga, como era su costumbre los sábados, y se puso en pie para hacer la lectura. Le entregaron el libro del profeta Isaías y, desarrollándolo, encontró el pasaje donde estaba escrito: "El Espíritu del Señor está sobre mí, porque él me ha ungido. Me ha enviado para dar la buena noticia a los pobres, para anunciar a los cautivos la libertad, y a los ciegos la vista; para dar libertad a los oprimidos, para anunciar el año de gracia del Señor." Y, enrollando el libro, lo devolvió al que le ayudaba y se sentó. Toda la sinagoga tenía los ojos fijos en él. Y él se puso a decirles: "Hoy se cumple esta Escritura que acaban de oír." Y todos le expresaban su aprobación y se admiraban de las palabras de gracia que salían de sus labios. Y decían: "¿No es este el hijo de José?"
