We want to think that we are pretty good and our struggle is rather minimal. So, we want to think that we are good enough and wise enough to see the light. So, we come to Christ because we desire Christ seeing him as the way of life. The problem is that we humans underestimate the depth of our sin and depravity. We fail to see that we are completely unable to enter into the Lord's presence by our doing. So, is there any hope in our predicament? In this episode of humanOS Radio, Dan hosts a discussion with Professor Antonio Nunez exploring the work and he and his colleagues are doing looking into how environmental light can lead to structural changes in the brain. For the great majority of us who aren't spending our days hunting and gathering, this could have important implications for our health and perhaps our productivity. The Environmental Protection Agency has reported that Americans spend, on average, about 90% of their time indoors. Is it possible that spending too much time in dimly lit rooms and offices is affecting our ability to learn? Might environmental light be involved in the regulation of cognitive performance and mental health?

Anja Zaube can look back on a long DJ-bio already. After first appearances as ‘Nanday’ in the leftwinged underground of Berlin, she took a short break and had a come-back to the turntables in 2008 under her own name. She’s often seen in Berlin’s top-clubs, from which mostly to be heard in ://about blank. After playing different genres of electronic dance music, Anja‘s sound turned darker and harder. Her interpretation of Techno is deep, bleak, but also industrial and experimental. That‘s what makes her sound unique and what finally got her several bookings in Berghain already and made her a popular DJ in the Berlin Underground Techno Scene. After her first release on://about blank’s celebration sampler, she also released her first EP on the label HET, named Sylvan Structes EP. In January 2016 she launched her own label Nemorous Rec. in collaboration with Dim_Light - which has a more experimental approach to techno. AFTERBUZZ TV -- Attack on Titan edition, is a weekly "after show" for fans of Attack On Titan. In this episode host Dave Klein, breaks down the episode in which drill instructor Keith Shadis begins inspecting the new recruits by verbally insulting and intimidating the weak ones. When Sasha Brause is caught eating a potato, she is punished to run around the camp. An exhausted Sasha is later taken back to bed by Ymir and Krista Lenz. Eren has a rivalry with Jean Kirstein, as the latter wants to join the Military Police because their only job is to maintain civil order within the inner city walls, whom Eren finds cowardly. The recruits begin training on the 3-D Maneuver Gear by maintaining their balance while suspended in the air. Eren has trouble balancing his Gear, so he asks Reiner Braun and Bertolt Huber for help. As they give Eren advice, both of them reveal that they came from a town that was not warned of the Titans' attack.
