Episode 17! Janet Varney from the JV Club and Voyage to the Stars podcasts, Fortune Rookie, Stan Against Evil, and The Legend of Korra, joins Gary & Elliot for a tequila cocktail and whole metric ton of fun. (For listeners in countries that don't use the metric system, that translates into 2,204.62 pounds of fun.) This episode's drink by Elliot is a riff on the Margarita called the Margarita Francés: 2 oz. dry rosé wine 1 ½ oz. Milagro Silver Tequila ½ oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice ½ oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice ½ oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice ¾ oz. agave syrup Combine all ingredients except the rosé in a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and top with the rosé, giving a gentle stir to incorporate. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass. Like the sound of that cocktail?
