YouTube Video DescriptionThe Carolina Panthers secured a massive road upset, defeating the Green Bay Packers 16-13, and officially climbed above the.500 mark with a 5-4 record! This video breaks down the pivotal strategic shift that fueled the win and Head Coach Dave Canales' candid post-game assessment on November 3.Inside the Upset:Rico Dowdle Takes the Reins: After weeks of splitting touches, Canales made the definitive switch, naming Rico Dowdle the lead back. Dowdle responded with a dominant performance, rushing for 130 yards and two touchdowns, validating the coaching staff's decision to commit to a ground-first identity. Canales praised the running back's "aggression and violence" that energized the entire sideline.Canales Accepts Blame: Despite the emotional victory, Coach Canales took a hard line on accountability, declaring himself the "common denominator" for persistent execution issues, including pre-snap penalties and having too many men on the field. He mandated an immediate operational clean-up ahead of Week 10.Ekwonu's Career Day: Left Tackle Ikem Ekwonu had a phenomenal outing, completely neutralizing All-Pro edge rusher Micah Parsons. Ekwonu was credited with zero quarterback pressures for the first time in Parsons' career, cementing the tackle's status as a key cornerstone for the franchise.Clutch Finish: The victory was sealed by rookie kicker Ryan Fitzgerald, who confidently hit a 49-yard walk-off field goal with one second left, marking his second game-winner of the season.Looking Ahead:The Panthers earned their first "Victory Monday" and now shift focus to a critical NFC South divisional showdown at home against the New Orleans Saints in Week 10. We examine the latest injury updates, including the questionable status of Center Cade Mays (Ankle), and analyze the challenges the team must overcome to sustain this winning momentum.

The Mariners lose again and Dan Wilson can't get fired up. This one can't be blamed on the offense, they showed grit and came through several times to repeatedly give the team the lead, but managerial questions arose with the bullpen moves. Is Dan Wilson capable of losing his sh**? Sometimes it's necessary and last night sure seemed like it was the time to lose it. :30- Mariners Morning After Cal, Julio and Jorge came through in a big 4th inning to give the Mariners the lead, but it was short-lived and Bryan Woo was pulled after giving up a home run to Junio Caminero, who continues to perform. :45- The Seahawks host the 49ers on Sunday in their 2025 debut. Carl and Mike get back to Falcons talk and believe they are bringing in a lot of guys who are "J.I.C....just in case" as they look to move forward without Kaleb McGary and believe the team will still be making some type of deal to bring in an offensive tackle they believe will be best to replace McGary. As the conversation continues, they share thoughts on why Carl believes the McGary situation will likely have Michael Penix Jr. being more of a "game manager" and does not need to be expected to be slinging the ball around the field.
In the 4th hour of today's show, the guys hit the Falcons report. Does Michael Penix need to be a game manager while the Falcons retool the offensive line?

Recorded: December 18th 2023 | On this weeks episode we are without Taylor so we had Delanie Walker aka The Mule sit in for him. The guys immediately get into the Tennessee Titans after they suffered a tough loss this past weekend. Derrick Henry gave a post game press conference and some of his comments made it seem as though he knows this is his last year as a Titan. Will and Delanie get into where they would like to see The King play and what teams/systems he would fit in well with. The boys then get into some of the other NFL headlines like the Cowboys/Bills game as well as the Dolphins/Jets game. This then brought up the comments from Cam Newtown saying that Tua and Dak are "game managers" and not game changers at quarterback. So then Delanie and Will had a little back and forth debate on what the difference is and who falls under what category. Some of their answers may surprise you. Jack then brings up a tweet from Rashard Medenhall that we feel starts a really good debate. His tweet was that instead of the Pro Bowl, there should be an all white vs all black team game which is an absolutely wild take. But once Will and Delanie dive deeper into it and really start figuring out who would be on what team, it really starts to shake up a good debate. Let us know in the comments some players that the guys left out.
