The Indianapolis Colts have announced the firing of head coach Frank Reich. While the firing isn't much of a shock his replacement by Jeff Saturday is. Saturday becomes the first NFL head coach with no college or pro experience. The baffling move appears to be another failed hail Mary attempt to fix the struggling Colts.
