Before there was "Let's Coach with Carolyn", the show was called "Let's Coach with Mark and Carolyn". Mark and I served as co-host and were able to successfully get the show up and running. In November 2016, Carolyn began to do the show solo and has continued to carry on the legacy. This year we are making some changes behind the scenes to bring me even better, high-quality interviews. Before we do, we wanted to take a step back in time and share some interviews from our first few years. Our very first guest was Michele "Wojo" Wojciechowski, national award-winning freelance writer and humorist, as well as stand up comedian and public speaker. She is the author of "Next Time I Move They'll Carry Me Out in a Box" and continues to warm hearts and souls with laughter all across America. Thank you Wojo for being our first guest, it was truly an honor. So join us and we take a trip down memory lane. As you hear the technical difficulties we had, I'm glad we chose to keep on going. We have certainly come a long way...

Romance, Relationships, and Communication - It’s More than words…. We often hear that communication is important in order to have a good healthy relationship. We hear it, but it’s also the reason many relationships end or never get started. We are expected to know exactly what our partner wants and meet their heart's desire. We’re often giving our partners what we want, not what they want. We hold back from saying the things we want to say, asking questions we want to ask, or experiencing things in life we dream of. We can easily become bored and start looking in other directions for what we think we need. If we learned the language of romance and relationships, we can change the game and have a fun, strong, healthy and lasting relationship. Part of this involves being comfortable with your own mind, body, and soul. Joining us this week to discuss how is a Let’s Coach favorite, Sexual Health Educator and Pure Romance Consultant, Mrs. Sheila Tempchin. Also joining us to offer the male perspective is the prior co-host of Let’s Coach, Mark Thorn. Tune in and learn how communication is key to creating a romantic, long-lasting relationship.

As we close out the final episode of our Romance and Relationship series, we wanted to spend time addressing the person who it all starts with - YOU! Many people have experienced painful, heartbreaking relationships that have blocked them from having the passionate, intimate relationship they truly desire. It's almost if they punish themselves, blaming themselves for everything. They may do well in their business or career, but when it comes to relationships, they no longer feel confident, let alone sexy. They have surrendered their power and settled. Deep down they desire more but since the trust has been broken, they no longer try. Our guest this week, nationally known Sex Expert and Coach, Jane Guyn, can change all of that for you. Jane is the author of the Amazon #1 Bestseller "Too Busy to Get Busy" and the creator of The Lover's Journey which is based on her transformational BEDROOM™ model. She teaches her clients how to have the intimate lives they've secretly desired all their lives even when trust has been broken now or in the past. If you have found yourself stuck and unable to move past the hurt of the past OR if your partner is the one who is stuck, you won't want to miss this episode. Listen and you will begin to feel empowered, connected and sexy again!

Let’s Coach with Mark and Carolyn - Wednesday, September 28, 2016, Noon EDT Beating Autism What do you do when Western Medicine can’t help your child? If you’re award winning author Anne Evans, you find unconventional approaches. Her daughter was able to make a full recovery in 3 to 4 years. Anne turned her journey into the award winning book BEATING AUTISM. The book describes the recovery process step-by-step and offers supporting medical evidence for recovery. Since BEATING AUTISM came out in 2015, and won three awards. Anne has become a leader in the Mid-Atlantic Autism Community. She has had numerous speaking engagements, including to the National Autism One Conference in Chicago.
