Or what makes diseases disappear? As a logical thinking person I have learned before I can solve any problem I need to know: 1.) The “Why?” 2.) Or what has caused that problem?Makes sense?! For Western Medicine, this approach is not true!!!!Western Medicine is fighting the symptoms instead to find out the reason for those diseases. What you fight you will empower!Today we know that all the Cancer treatments are less successful than no treatment and not to say the patient that he has cancer. If you convince a healthy person that he is terminal ill, then the likelihood that this person will die soon is nearly 100%... That have tried out already the Greeks in ancient's time. The emperor said to the captured soldiers, within a half year we will give you poison so that you die… Within one week every soldier was dead even without providing any poison. The emperor has done this experiment 3 times, and it always worked to 100%. Fear is the best poison!!!! If you address the causes of the diseases, then you heal the diseases…If you find out for instance through shift work, you got ill…(Shift work is one of the worst that you can do to your body….)Change the work to regular work, and you get cured. The problem is to find the causes of diseases, and that is many times very difficult! And even it is mostly a combination for instance of an unhealthy Lifestyle and suppressed negative feelings.Chronicle diseases are caused by:1.) Suppression of feelings, traumas, fear, anger, 2.) Unhealthy Food,- Junk food, meat, industrially processed food, dairy products.3.) Too much Stress.4.) Too less Sleep, for instance not to sleep at night with shift work. 5.) A lack of Physical Activity6.) Gut Health. Leaky Gut will destroy your whole body!!!! The Gut needs probiotic every day and gets damaged through Gluten and acid food like meat… 7.) Infections.8.) Environmental Toxins.9.) Too less Sunlight.10.) Side-effects of Medicaments70% of the chronicle diseases are caused by the wrong food!Thomas Edison said:The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs, but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition.Even I got all of these correct, with Qigong and Acupressure I got my health. My Video: What causes chronicle diseases? https://youtu.be/R_w6mSxYLwYMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/What-causes-chronicle-diseases.mp3
Grace & Grit Podcast: Helping Women Everywhere Live Happier, Healthier and More Fit Lives
In this episode of the Grace & Grit podcast, we explore the evolving landscape of wellness strategies, focusing on how pharmaceutical supports can be integrated into a holistic approach to health for midlife wellness. We discuss the importance of maintaining fundamental wellness practices while considering medical interventions as complementary tools rather than replacements. Key Points from this Episode: Understanding the role of pharmaceutical supports, including hormone therapy, weight management medications, and prescribed supplements in modern wellness The critical importance of maintaining fundamental health practices like hydration, sleep, nutrition, mindset, and movement Why taking an integrated approach (combining medical interventions with basic wellness practices) leads to better outcomes This episode emphasizes that while modern medical interventions can be valuable tools in our wellness journey, they work best when built upon a strong foundation of basic health practices. The message is clear: it's not about choosing between medical supports and fundamentals – it's about thoughtfully combining both for optimal results. Our healthcare system treats us like it's one size fits all, yet that's not how true healing works, especially when it comes to chronic conditions. Today's guest will help us understand how to fill the gap we experience with Western medicine, including the difference between signs vs. symptoms, and empowers our individualized healthcare. On this episode of Salad with a Side of Fries, host Jenn Trepeck welcomes Functional Medicine Nutritionist and educator Andrea Nakayama to explore why chronic conditions require more than just a diagnosis and a prescription. They unpack Andrea's “three roots, many branches” model, revealing how digestion, inflammation, and genetics lie at the heart of chronic illness—and how nurturing the "soil" around them can lead to true healing. From nutrition habits to the importance of bio-individuality, this conversation empowers you to become an informed partner in your health care. The Salad With a Side of Fries podcast is hosted by Jenn Trepeck, who discusses wellness and weight loss for real life, clearing up the myths, misinformation, bad science & marketing surrounding our nutrition knowledge and the food industry. Let's dive into wellness and weight loss for real life, including drinking, eating out, and skipping the grocery store. IN THIS EPISODE:(00:00) Intro: Our healthcare system is one size fits all(05:08) Andrea shares her motivation for her journey into functional nutrition, and a discussion of Western medicine(07:41) Should every person receive the same treatment for the same chronic condition(11:45) How to choose a guide in the health equation(16:40) Knowing the difference between your signs vs. symptoms(21:59) Andrea walks us through the “three roots and many branches” model(28:36) The roles digestion and inflammation play in our health(33:37) Tiers to nutrition mastery. Tier one is our non-negotiables(36:40) Don't neglect your passion and purpose(38:48) Andrea's non-negotiable trifecta: Sleep, poop, and blood sugarKEY TAKEAWAYS:Chronic health conditions must be understood through a systems-based lens, not just symptom management. Every chronic issue has three core roots—genes, digestion, and inflammation. Healing begins by nurturing these “roots” and the surrounding “soil,” rather than chasing individual symptoms alone. Western medicine excels in acute care but often falls short in managing chronic conditions. Patients are frequently seen through the lens of their diagnosis rather than as whole individuals, resulting in treatments that overlook their unique health histories and personal needs. One of the most powerful tools patients can use is specific, emotion-free communication based on personal health tracking. By clearly distinguishing between signs (measurable indicators like fever or rash) and symptoms (subjective experiences like fatigue or pain) and offering detailed timelines of when and how issues arise, patients empower providers to better understand and address their unique health needs.Supporting foundational health can start with three simple, non-negotiable nutrition habits: include fat, fiber, and protein at every meal or snack to help stabilize blood sugar; eat the rainbow to boost fiber and phytonutrient intake while feeding your microbiome; and know your yes-no-maybe list to understand better how specific foods impact your body. Tracking what makes you feel great, what doesn't, and what you're unsure about builds awareness and equips you to have more productive, personalized conversations with your healthcare provider.QUOTES: (07:41) “The first two gaps I encountered were that people are treated like their diagnosis. So, when you are in the medical system, you are your endometriosis, your fibroids, your breast cancer, your PMS. You are your symptom. The other gap was that everybody with the same symptom or diagnosis was treated the same.” - Andrea Nakayama(09:34) “A chronic condition means you're sick and you're not getting better. There's things going on for a long time, and our medical system isn't trained to address chronic conditions.” Andrea Nakayama(25:32) “The three roots of any chronic condition are always our genes, digestion and inflammation. All three need to be tended to for the branches to express themselves more fully.” - Andrea Nakayama(36:53) “We have an episode called the Longevity Equation, and one about Blue Zones and one of the big factors there that everybody seems to overlook is community and connection.” - Jenn TrepeckRESOURCES:Become A Member of Salad with a Side of FriesJenn's Free Menu PlanA Salad With a Side of FriesA Salad With A Side Of Fries MerchA Salad With a Side of Fries InstagramNutrition Nugget: Genes and EpigeneticsSalad With a Side of Fries: The Longevity EquationSalad With a Side of Fries: Blue Zones: A Blueprint for Physical and Mental HealthSalad With a Side of Fries: The Down and DirtyGUEST RESOURCES:Andrea Nakayama - WebsiteFunctional Nutrition Alliance - WebsiteAndrea Nakayama - InstagramFunctional Nutrition Alliance - YouTubeAndrea Nakayama - PinterestAndrea Nakayama, Functional Nutritionist & EducatorAndrea Nakayama - Functional Nutrition Alliance | LinkedInGUEST BIOGRAPHY:Andrea is a Functional Medicine Nutritionist and educator who has led thousands of clients and teaches even more coaches and clinicians worldwide. Dr. Robert Lufkin is a medical school professor, bestselling author, and former head of diagnostic imaging at UCLA and USC. But what he reveals in this conversation may shake your faith in the healthcare system he helped build. In this episode of The Augmented Life, Dr. Lufkin joins Michael Tiffany for a radical rethinking of what causes chronic disease and what it actually takes to stay healthy. From Alzheimer's to cancer, he explains why the root of nearly every major illness is metabolic dysfunction… and why no pill or surgery will ever fix it.They explore:• Why symptom management isn't healthcare• The overlooked power of lifestyle in reversing disease• How ketosis is changing Alzheimer's and mental health treatment• What happens when doctors finally treat root causes, not just labsIf you're tired of chasing symptoms—or worried about what your future looks like—this episode offers a very different path.
In this episode, I sit down with astrologer, herbalist, and movement practitioner Cameron Allen. We first crossed paths earlier this year at the FAA conference on the Gold Coast, and it felt like one of those instant recognitions—someone you haven't met, but already know. This conversation is the first of two. It's more of a landing—an invitation to meet Cameron and listen in on the threads he's weaving together. We touch on embodiment, herbal medicine, medical astrology, Unani Tibb, and the ways in which ancient healing traditions from the so-called West have been fragmented or forgotten. We also speak about temperament theory, dream healing, the inner physician, and the marriage between logic and intuition.Second house themes run in the background throughout: value, body, practice, and how we care for ourselves and others. The next episode will move more consciously into the third house terrain. But for now, this is a beginning—open-ended, relational, and full of possibility.Find out more about Cameron and his work at: cadreamplanet.comPodcast Musician: Marlia CoeurPlease consider becoming a Patron to support the show!Go to OnTheSoulsTerms.com for more.

In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger, FCAH, RBHT (facilitator and retired naturopath with 30+ years of practice) speaks to Dr. Howard Walsdorf about how the four classical elements—fire, air, water, and earth—form the foundation of Western health and healing, and how integrating this ancient wisdom can support natural living, posture, and overall well-being today. For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/dr-howard-walsdorf Highlights from today's episode include: Dr. Howard Walsdorf As little as we walk today, we put this soft stuff there to even insulate us even further from drawing that earth principle, as I call it, or forced energy that makes that earth element within us, our bones and our sturdiness quotient, less effective. Dr. Howard Walsdorf But let me say this is that the fascia is a connective tissue, and so from a muscular skeletal system, way of perspective is water, is your ligaments and your connective tissue. From another perspective, in this holistic schematics, these patterns, these principles, keep finding places to show up. Manon Bolliger 22:56 so if you have the right posture, breathing is a non issue, right? We don't think about it anyways. But if you're in the right posture, it's, it's, I would say, even more automatic, but it goes deeper, right? ABOUT DR. Welcome to the Triple P Life Podcast! In this episode, Dr. Jay LaGuardia welcomes Dr. Bradley Nelson, the author of the bestselling books "The Emotion Code" and "The Body Code," to discuss the often-overlooked emotional component of overall well-being. Dr. Nelson explains how unresolved emotions can become trapped in the body, leading to physical ailments, emotional distress, and hindering the healing process. They explore the concept of trapped emotions, the "emotional loop," and how the Emotion Code can help individuals identify and release this emotional baggage to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Episode Takeaways: Emotional well-being is a crucial element of overall health, alongside physical and spiritual aspects. You cannot be truly well if you neglect your emotional state. Unresolved emotions can become "trapped" in the body as energy, potentially manifesting as physical pain, disease, or emotional issues like anxiety and depression. The "emotional loop" describes the normal processing of emotions, but sometimes this loop gets stuck open, leading to trapped emotions. The Emotion Code is a method developed by Dr. Nelson to identify and release these trapped emotional energies using muscle testing and intention. Releasing trapped emotions can lead to significant improvements in physical symptoms, emotional well-being, and even the ability to forgive and move on from past hurts. Dr. Nelson has found that a vast majority of physical pain and disease processes have an emotional component. The Body Code is a more comprehensive system that addresses six categories of imbalances affecting health: energies (including trapped emotions), pathogens, circuits and systems, misalignments, toxins, and nutrition and lifestyle. The subconscious mind acts like a powerful computer that can be accessed through muscle testing to identify underlying imbalances. Dr. Nelson is releasing a new book called "The Heart Code" focusing specifically on "heart walls," which are emotional energies trapped around the heart that can hinder connection and well-being. 00:00 - Introduction to Emotional Well-being 02:14 - Introducing Dr. Bradley Nelson 04:38 - The Computer, Prayer, and Chiropractic 07:12 - The Emotional Loop Explained 09:51 - Releasing Trapped Emotions with Magnets 12:15 - *Emotion Code*: A Deeper Dive 14:40 - Consciousness, Awareness, and Trauma 17:22 - Deleting Emotional Energy 19:45 - Emotional Baggage in Animals 21:58 - Emotional vs. Physical Issues 24:10 - Training Practitioners in the *Emotion Code* 26:35 - Limitations of Western Medicine 29:01 - The Body Code System 31:18 - Symptoms and Imbalances 33:33 - Common Conditions and Open Loops 35:50 - Vibrational Tone Scale and Emotions 38:14 - The Hot Air Balloon Analogy 40:37 - *Emotion Code* vs. *Body Code* 42:50 - The Heart Wall and the Heart Code 45:18 - The Six Imbalance Categories 47:30 - Wrap Up and Contact Information Find all things Triple P Life by visiting the website. In midlife, our bodies start speaking louder—whether through hormonal shifts, chronic inflammation, or the wear and tear of years of stress. Western medicine often focuses on treating symptoms, while Eastern healing philosophies emphasize root-cause healing, balance, and longevity. This is a recording from the 2022 Community Conversation between with guest Iya Affo and SAND co-founders Zaya and Maurizio Benazzo. Very few people are aware of the impact of historical trauma. Historical trauma is trauma so deeply rooted in the subconscious we may not even know it is there. It can leave us feeling anxious, irritable, sad, and hopeless… and we have no idea why. But once we begin to see the larger context of our trauma, then a more holistic healing can begin. Iya Affo is a Culturalist and Historical Trauma consultant. She earned Western certification as a Trauma Specialist and is a descendant of a long line of traditional healers from Bénin, West Africa. Iya serves as an Executive Board Member for the Arizona ACEs Consortium, is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Arizona Trauma Institute, and is the founder of Heal Historical Trauma Culture & Indigenous Wellness Academy. She has visited more than 30 countries; living in Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist, Native American, and Yoruba communities, embracing aspects from each culture for personal evolution. She strives to transcend tolerance through cultivating love and respect in hopes of facilitating the decolonization and subsequent healing of indigenous people from all over the world. Iya advocates for the harmonization of Traditional Medicine and Western Medicine for true holistic healing. Iya's passion is to cultivate intergenerational healing by connecting intuitive ancestral practices with modern neurobiology. As we delve into leveraging our neurobiology to facilitate the healing process, we will also explore re-culturing and the creation of self-harmonizing communities. D.O. or Do Not: The Osteopathic Physician's Journey for Premed & Medical Students
Send us a textThis is our third episode in a Series called M and M , or Myths and Misconceptions about Osteopathic Medicine. Today we will tackle the sentiment that “Osteopathic Manual Medicine is Voodoo.” Typically this is based on the fact that the scientific evidence behind the modality is limited. I want to start by sharing with our listeners that a large percentage of what we do in “conventional medical care” on a daily basis does not have scientific foundation. That having been said, there is no question that in Western Medicine- what we strive for is evidence to support our practice. This includes many types of studies ranging from “bench work” in a lab to clinical research on patients. To tackle the question of is there “evidence” to support OMT, we will speak with Dr. Jordan Keys, DO professor of OMT at NYIT-COM and Dr. Kim Wolf, DO director of Pediatric OMM at Touro California. They will speak about their importance of showing the validity of Osteopathic Manipulation and the the others around the world that support their passion. They will share with us the conference they started this year which they call CORK or the Conference on Osteopathic Research and Knowledge, where they bring together scientist from around the world to share their insights into Evidence Based Osteopathic Care.

Dr. T and Truth Fairy welcome guest Gil Bar-Sela to the podcast to talk about his work as a psychedelic guide, facilitator, and trainer working with individuals, couples, and groups. Gil weaves modalities like generative somatics, compassionate listening, and archetypal work into the more ancient medicine ceremonies. Gil shares his personal journey with Dr. T and Truth Fairy and engages in thoughtful discussions about psychedelics and healing. Gil shares that when he moved to the United States after being raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, he had his first opportunity to deal with the trauma lodged in his body. That led him to ask questions about conflict, the root causes of conflict, trauma, and intergenerational trauma which put him on track to explore all those issues. He also began his own personal healing process around his queer identity. This experience and questioning led him to the studies and practices he engages in today. Truth Fairy, Gil, and Dr. T talk about how self-awareness is what first leads to healing work. Having a sense of what we need can lead us to the right kind of work to be doing. Gil talks about the building blocks necessary to become a good guide which include ethics, pharmacology, and onboarding clients in a responsible way. The conversation highlights Gil's own strong sense of guidance and understanding of the different types of medicine available for healing individuals which also includes psychedelics.“You have the psychiatrist, you have the psychotherapist moving into the space that are very rooted in the Western psyche, but are also lacking usually in terms of connection to spirit, to more expansive practices, to ancient wisdom. And so I think, in particular, the role of the underground guide can be to merge the two worlds. Because we're not here and we're not there. We can be bridge builders. The training that I lead is very much focused on that.” - Gil Bar-Sela__About Gil Bar-Sela:Gil has trained teams and businesses to invoke a thriving work culture. He has inspired audiences of thousands by speaking at colleges across the country on topics such as the power of listening and gender equality. He has collaborated with the leadership team of Seattle's Restorative Justice Initiative, creating community-based, non-punitive solutions to conflict. He co-leads annual delegations to Palestine and Israel with The Compassionate Listening Project, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to transform conflict and strengthen cultures of peace. He also coaches privately, and leads workshops and retreats globally.Gil is a Certified Trainer with the Heart Math Institute and a Certified Facilitator with The Compassionate Listening Project. He has also trained at Susan Scott's Fierce Conversations, Dominic Barter's Restorative Circles, Core Energetics, META (Mindful Experiential Therapy Approaches), Cortiva's 1,000-hour massage therapy program, and shamanism.Website: GilBarSela.com__Contact Punk Therapy:Patreon: Patreon.com/PunkTherapyWebsite: PunkTherapy.comEmail: info@punktherapy.com

Distinguished historian, academic and acclaimed author of Rumbles, Elsa Richardson invites us to a thought-provoking exploration of the cultural and historical significance of digestion in Western society. From ancient beliefs about the power of the stomach to modern-day obsessions with gut health, she will help us uncover the ways in which our digestive systems have shaped not only our understanding of health but also our emotions, identities, and societies. Profit from her analytical lens and brilliant humor, as she incites us to jump into the gut's metaphors of noise and sensations and delve into how the digestive system has been understood, feared, and medicalized over time. A fantastic storyteller herself, she weaves together elements of science, philosophy, and social history, examining how gut health has influenced ideas about the self, emotion, good manners and even morality. Use this opportunity to glance at the gut's role in shaping human identity and health and let yourself be challenged to rethink about what lies beneath the surface of everyday bodily functions. Dr. Richardson holds a Chancellor's Fellowship in the History of Health and Wellbeing at the Centre for the Social History of Health and Healthcare at the University of Stratchclyde. She specializes in the intersection of medical and cultural history, examining the relationship of heterodox practices, beliefs and movements to mainstream society and culture, with a particular focus on the interaction between medicine and the imagination, science and the supernatural, psychology and the occult. Her current research explores the history of diet, vegetarianism, other alternative food cultures, mental stress and stomach disorders in late nineteenth and early twentieth century Britain. 3 9 full no Gut Health,Digestion,Rumbles (book),History of Digestion,Cultural Significance of the Gut,Medical History,Stomach and Emotions,Philosophy of the Body,Western Medicine,Gut and Identity Dr. Cecilia Ponce Rivera

Hannah Aylward), Nutrition Nugget: Enough (aired 5/31/24), Nutrition Nugget: Your Acceptance Speech (aired 2/9/24)KEY TAKEAWAYS: The Top Three Reasons and Remedies for Weight Loss Resistance focused on the fact that stress plays a major, often overlooked role in weight loss resistance, alongside inflammation and insulin resistance. Addressing stress management, sleep quality, and resilience can sometimes be more effective than focusing solely on diet or exercise.Fitness Fact or Fiction offered an antidote to fitness advice that can feel overwhelming and contradictory. This episode makes it approachable by focusing on actionable steps for long-term wellness. It emphasizes the importance of balance, debunks common myths, and discusses the critical role of muscle mass in metabolism as we age. A standout quote, "You can't outrun your fork," reminds listeners that fitness and nutrition must work together, and no amount of exercise can replace proper eating habits. The focus of The Ultimate Biohack was that sleep is the cornerstone of health and wellness; none of the trendy "biohacks" can compare to its impact. Jenn debunks the glamorization of sacrificing sleep for productivity, highlighting its role in cognitive function, recovery, and brain detoxification through the glymphatic system. Without consistent, quality sleep (7-8+ hours), fitness, nutrition, and supplementation efforts are significantly undermined. The focus of Live from New York…It's Salad with a Side of Fries, 5th Anniversary of the show, was a live recorded Q&A episode that captured the essence of the podcast's mission and philosophy, showcasing the vibrant community around it. The dynamic energy of the event highlighted the importance of fostering real connections while experimenting with unique formats, such as live shows, to engage listeners freshly and authentically.QUOTES: [14:47] “I think this story is all too common, where doctors want to tell us just from looking at us what's happening, or they make judgments based on our weight, and as we say over and over, health is not a size, weight does not determine health in any capacity.” Jenn Trepeck[21:04] “We expect so much of ourselves. I think another piece is the role of consistency and balance. Frankly, if we could live 100 percent of the time in consistency and balance, we'd see the “results” that everybody's looking for.” Jenn Trepeck [29:20] “We're deteriorating our health more by not sleeping than we could get from any biohack.” Jenn Trepeck [31:02] “One of my biggest pet peeves with the personal development gurus is that they're all saying, sleep when you die, find more time in the day, wake up two hours earlier….” Jenn Trepeck[38:06] “We are eating food that is devoid of nutrition. We're eating food-like substances that give our bodies more chemicals or “modified foods.” We're eating these things, and they taste good, they seem like food, but they're not providing the body with the nutrients it seeks and that it needs to do all its functions.” Jenn Trepeck[44:39] “Alzheimer's is referred to as diabetes type three. So, we see this connection between our metabolic health and brain health, how our brains function. The good news is that we have a lot of control. We're not doomed to an aging memory.” Jenn Trepeck[46:02] “I no longer use a to-do list. Everything ends up on the calendar at a time slot with an allocated time to do the thing. For what it's worth, that has been life-changing.” Jenn TrepeckRESOURCES:Learn more about Healthy Vibe Tribe on Jan 6 at 8pm ETReady to jump into the Healthy Vibe Tribe? In this episode of 'The Other Way,' I'm interviewing Emily Smith, a licensed acupuncturist specialized in both traditional Chinese medicine and Japanese acupuncture. We delve into the differences between Japanese and Chinese acupuncture, the importance of energetic health, and how societal interactions impact our wellbeing. Emily shares her journey and insights into cultivating healthy energy, emotional work, and the interconnectedness of life, offering valuable perspectives on holistic wellness. We cover: Exploring Japanese acupuncture and how it differs from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Understanding energetic health, how it impacts well-being, and ways to cultivate and protect energy. Recognizing and managing "energy vampires" vs. "energy givers" in relationships and activities. Practical tips for processing energy through movement, connection, and setting boundaries, especially during the holiday season. Embracing a holistic perspective on health that integrates physiological, emotional, and energetic dimensions. About Emily (in her own words): Holistic Medicine caught my attention after I saw how Western Medicine generally provides one-size-fits-all treatments based on data for primarily white men. My relationship with my health and wellness has been fraught with confusion and misinformation. Many traditional cultures have medicinal wisdom for all stages of life, and Western Medicine has learned from this. Still, it doesn`t help us understand how we can assist our bodies in maintaining wellness. This is where I come in. I love helping people find their personal user`s manual. Our body always communicates with us, but in a language we haven`t learned or prefer not to listen to. Once we learn to listen and appreciate our bodies` signals, our minds can relax, and our bodies will become trusted allies and precious homes for peace, inspiration, and aliveness. This, I believe, is our birthright. Posture Matters—our bodies are finely tuned instruments. Misalignment and chronic postural compensations change our healthy, energetic flow. Additionally, energetic holding patterns from injury, developmental/ systemic social wounding, and environmental stress wreak havoc on our natural well-being. Breathing and movement are essential to wellness and pain free living. I help people enjoy our modern lifestyle by remembering innate wellness and resilience. If you're anything like us, then you have endless burning questions about acupuncture: How exactly does it work? Can it relieve my stress? Indigestion? Headaches? Chronic pain? Acne? Dr. Eileen Li joins Jonathan to answer all this…and more! She shares her approach to treating the body's whole health with both a Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine perspective, and how acupuncture can bring out our inner beauty. Plus, are Blue Zone Diets all they're cracked up to be? Dr. Eileen Li is a second generation licensed acupuncturist & Chinese medicine herbalist, and licensed physical therapist. Her journey began as a physical therapist, obtaining a clinical doctorate at Simmons University in Boston, MA.
