Power Nickel Inc CEO Terry Lynch joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share an exploration update on the Lion Zone discovery at the Nisk Project near Nemaska, Quebec. Assays to date reveal that the Lion Zone extends over a strike length of 550 meters, adjacent to an ultramafic rock unit outcropping at surface for 1.8 kilometers. The winter drill program is advancing westward from the established 550-meter strike length, with step-out drilling at 150-meter intervals. Holes 76, 78, 79, 80, and 81 have been completed, with assays pending, to evaluate the zone's western extension and the plunging nature of the deposit along strike. The exploration team employs advanced tools such as downhole electromagnetic (EM) surveys, tracking the mineralized area's extent, which remains open to the east, west, and at depth. The program includes a substantial 30,000 meters of drilling, with plans to incorporate scientific insights to refine future efforts. Currently, two drills are active on-site, with a third set to join after the holiday season. The continued progress at Nisk underscores Power Nickel's commitment to expanding the Lion Zone's potential and advancing its role in critical mineral exploration. #proactiveinvestors #powernickelinc #tsxv #pnpn #otcqb #cmetf #nickel #mining #invest #investing #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews
QC Copper and Gold have completed a binding share purchase agrement with the principal shareholders of Cuprum. Vizsla Silver reported results from 11 new drill holes targeting the Copala resource area at its Panuco silver-gold project in Mexico. Li-FT Power published its initial resource estimate for the Yellowknife Lithium project in Northwest Territories. Q2 Metals reported assay results from the Spring 2024 Drill Campaign at the Cisco Lithium Property located within the greater Nemaska traditional territory of the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec. Gold dropped end of week after less than rosy economic data was released, noted mining audiences manager Michael McCrae. On Friday McCrae recorded Kitco Roundtable with correspondent Paul Harris. The U.S. annual core Personal Consumption Expenditures price index came in at 4.7% in April versus the consensus forecast of 4.6%. The U.S. central bank favors this gauge because the core inflation strips out volatile food and energy prices. Gold fell following the data release, with June Comex gold futures last trading at $1,946.80 an ounce. Data shows that inflation may not be coming down fast enough could increase bets that the Federal Reserve still has more room to tighten.Major gold miners are down for the year. Newmont is off 18% year to date, Barrick is down about 5%. The lithium sector saw a spate of deals early this week. Ford Motor Company early this week inked supply agreements with Albemarle, Nemaska Lithium and Compass Minerals.Albemarle will supply more than 100,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide for approximately 3 million future Ford EV batteries. The five-year supply agreement starts in 2026 and continues through 2030.Nemaska will supply Ford with lithium products, including lithium hydroxide, over an 11-year period. The agreement calls for the delivery of up to 13,000 tons of lithium hydroxide per year. Ford's big move comes after a lot of major mining deals before it. Early this year GM announced a $650 million deal with Lithium Americas. Ford has done other deals. A year ago signing an offtake with ioneer and Liontown Resources. Ford is the second-largest U.S.-based automaker

Howard Klein, aka the Lithium Ion Bull, joins your host Emily Hersh on the Minerals Manhattan Project to dissect how the emergence of a "New Nemaska" looks to the original retail investors.Howard breaks down the bankruptcy process of the infamous Nemaska , as well as how Orion Mine Finance, Pallinghurst, and Investment Quebec finalized a structure to breathe new life - and money- into the now infamous Nemaska Howard gives us a timeline from a rights issue offering through bondholder disputes, as well as how Softbank ended up losing 100 million dollars. Howard explains his opinion on how WeWork collapse peripherally influenced the implosion. This provides a jumping off point to discuss how none of the debt for Nemaska ever went into the ground - and what that can teach equity investors about capital structures for early stage projects.Howard also explains some of those stock terms like SPACs, and how platforms like Robinhood are bringing in a new generation of retail investors.Howard answers the question, are there any stock movements that investors should watch out for?@lithiumionbull https://www.rkequity.com/rk-equity

Tesla Profits & Lithium Prophets As LME Week transitions toward Hotel California Benchmark Minerals Anodes/Cathodes and Deutsche Bank’s annual New York Lithium & Battery Supply Chain conference, Rodney Hooper shares thoughts on profitability - Tesla Q3 and Volkswagen’s long-term expectations - BMW direct battery materials sourcing, Tianqi’s overrun at Kwinana and the math behind $12K+ battery quality lithium pricing long-term. Howard comments on North American Rock - the evolving Carolina to Quebec Hydroxide Hub - and borate/lithium plays in Western USA. And let's not forget Brien Lundin’s 45th Annual New Orleans Investment Conference Halloween Weekend at which Benchmark’s Simon Moores & The BOSS Keith Phillips @PiedmontLithium will be the principal EV-angelizers of the lithium investment thematic. New Kid in Town: E3 Metals Corp (TSX-V: ETMC, CAD 10M market cap) After The (white) Gold Rush of 2016/2017, and with substantial shortages of battery quality lithium chemicals forecast by as early as 2022/23 by virtually every analyst who has examined the lithium business the longest and in greatest detail, Livent, the world’s fifth biggest producer and acknowledged technology leader, has executed their first meaningful investment outside their core resource in Argentina and processing facilities in North Carolina, China, India and the UK. Committing up to USD 5.5M with potential to convert to 19.9% ownership of E3 Metals, Livent looks to be making a low risk, potentially high reward foray to prove via a Joint Development Project that Direct Lithium Extraction/Ion-Exchange Process can commercially convert the lithium-rich Le Duc oilfield reservoir - 6.7M LCE inferred resource to date - to an initial 20,000 t battery quality lithium hydroxide production by 2023 and scale from there. In E21, “Alive-nt in Alberta: E3 LiTHiuM," LithiumIonRocks discuss with Chris Doornbos, CEO of E3 Metals the back story to this under-the-radar lithium developer, and expected milestones over the next 12-18 months and beyond on the road to potentially becoming a new, secure & sustainable supplier of what Volkswagen calls the “Irreplaceable Element for the Electric Era". The School of Rock = The School of Hard Knocks in Western Australia & Quebec in recent weeks. The circumstances at Altura and Nemaska are meaningfully different, but nevertheless a great reminder that mining or brining of any type is hard. A Cost Over Run is No Fun, especially if timed when Mr. Market sentiment is looking glass half empty, and a project has substantial covenant-heavy debt. I Feel Good Altura is a reflection of their "in production" status, relatively uncomplicated SC6 business model, modest working capital need and substantial insider support. Nemaska's USD 280M hole is more complicated, but unlike the Dead Flowers Valentines sentiment expressed by many, there is still a Glass Half Bull prize in battery hydroxide from high grade hard rock in one of world's best sovereign jurisdictions proximate to the very large North America Auto OEM and battery market. Will off-take partner LG Chem step up Gangnam Style? And/or will those holding NMX's 900 m shares be inhaling Softbank Vapors and Turning Japanese? Will other Lithium producers step in? Rodney and I also discuss Livent’s Q4 results, SC6 pricing and the impact on Mineral Resources, Altura, Pilbara and Alliance Minerals. We welcome good news from bellwether Albermarle in Chile and attempt to read the China tea leaves with softer GDP growth amid tight credit, trade and EV subsidy uncertainty & increased local lithium production. Albemarle and SQM have followed Rodney Hooper and Livent’s above consensus Lithium DEMAND expectations - 1MT LCE 2025 is essentially now everyone’s “base case” - while also demonstrating again that these Tier One Oligopolists are struggling mightily to grow production of battery grade chemicals to meet such hyper demand growth. Howard interviews the leader in lithium pricing intelligence @BenchmarkMin: Andy Miller guides us to which SC6, Carbonate and Hydroxide Price is Right, today, and through 2025. E5 also includes the most relevant lithium industry voices from ALB’s Luke Kissam, SQM’s Ricardo Ramos, Orocobre's Tara Berrie, as well as Morgan Stanley and BMO analysts. As the mining world moves from sunny Florida to Toronto’s PDAC cold, Rodney and Howard discuss what the Mr. Lithium Market Scoreboard tells us after two healthier months to start the year amidst news flow from Galaxy, Altura, Nemaska, Sigma, Piedmont, Lithium Power, Lithium Americas, ioneer, Standard Lithium and others.
