Rocket is a genetically and cybernetically enhanced raccoon with a very convoluted origin story. A comic issue where Drax battles Hulk and plays a saxophone. Yondu's "whistle arrow" is not in the comics. He was in the original Guardians of the Galaxy. The Nova Corps are Xandar's space force and explorers. Nova was a Nova Prime like Glenn Close in this movie. The Collector once kidnapped Howard the Duck who escaped with the help of escapee Rocket Raccoon and the Guardians of the Galaxy. The original Guardians of the Galaxy and the new Guardians of the Galaxy. The Annihilation: Conquest comic series pits Ronan the Accuser against many of the heroes in this movie.

Alternative Property Investing with Waqas Khan and Sheetal Patel Sheetal and Waqas join The Next 100 Days from London to Discuss Property Investing. So, how did they meet? Both coming from very different backgrounds, one thing they did have in common was that they didn't want to work for big corporate companies. Sheetal had left her previous job in pharmaceuticals to start a new path and had always been keen on investing. She went to investment events, conferences and courses to try grow her wealth herself. Whilst working there, he realised he didn't want to work for anybody else. From there, Waqas ventured into investing in property which was just before the 2009 crash. From the crash, it was really easy to get into property. So at only 22, Waqas took the brave yet naive risk which thankfully paid off. He used the resources that were available to him at the time to start investing into property for himself. Waqas mainly focused on lease holder and fee holder offer charge and distressed assets. Before the crash he moved on to luxury houses which then got cut short when the crash happened. With the crash, Waqas pivoted towards investing and trading like Sheetal. He traded for himself with the capital from his property investing and slowly built himself up through connections. Since 2010, Waqas has been building his business on his own whilst trading at the same time. It was difficult, but the business grew along the way. One side is Narratus Capital and that's geared towards investing through the FX market. Their main clients are private individuals with a minimum investment of £100,000. Then with the property side more recently, they have ventured back into is an extension of his previous experience. With Covid and everything else going on around us, Waqas thinks there's going to be a significant opportunity to start buying distressed assets and under valued properties. In particular, around London and in London. They get access to deals on properties that most people don't have access to. The reason for that is because there's a lot of people in the property market that don't now what they're doing. You need to be able to move quickly and be able to buy straight away and know what you're doing. Because in reality, it's not that easy to get that. It's taken him over a decade to build a network and be able to get access to these properties. They don't go looking for properties anymore. Will you convince me it isn't as bad as I thought, or will your swooning over what I consider horrible directing just annoy me more?   E-MAIL   Oh8four Wed, Mar 20, 10:39 AM to Legends Of S.H.I.E.L.D.   (hey guys, I'm still working my way through your backlogs.  Just wanted to share some speculation I have.  Great podcast, by the way)   Just had a thought while rewatching Age of Ultron prepping for Endgame. There have been rumors that Captain Marvel's sequel may not be taking place in present day.  At first I wasn't sure about it.  Its a little close to what Wonder Woman's doing. Then things started making sense.   Ronan obviously has much more story to tell.  He didn't leave the movie on a clear path to where he was in the first guardians movie.  So he could definitely return if the sequel takes place before 2014.  But there's also the Supreme Intelligence.   This movie was the first time we ever heard the AI Kree leader mentioned at all.  None of the Kree on Agents of Shield refer to it, and it doesn't come up at all between Nova Prime and the Kree she was skyping with.  So where did it go? Well, what if the Captain Marvel sequel deals with another Infinity Stone? It could be that in order to save itself from Carol, it transferred itself into the mind stone, which the Kree potentially could have used to alter/erase Carol's memories when they took her (because that still isn't explained).  Or perhaps the Supreme Intelligence IS the mind stone, which could explain how an AI is powerful enough to run its own planet.  Maybe in a post credit scene, a defeated Ronan shows up to Titan with the stone for Thanos, who we know lends it out to Loki later on.    There are some small things that work against the theory.  Phases 1-3 have been titled the Infinity Saga, so it might seem out of place to stick a stone into a Phase 4 movie if we're going to leave Endgame not worrying about them.  But it would be a nice explanation for Age of Ultron and why the consciousness in the Mind Stone was so powerful and so skewed towards evil.  It could also explain why Vision apparently didn't get any of Ultron's malice, if the creation of Ultron separated the Supreme Intelligence from the stone.     Just some thoughts.  Until next time!   Oh8four     OUTRO [50:02]   Haley, Lauren, Michelle and Stargate Pioneer love to hear back from you about how you would rate the episode we just discussed, your top 5 Marvel character lists, your science of Marvel questions, who would you pick in an all-female Avenger team, or which Marvel male you would like to see shirtless.
