It's related to the process of losing weight. The key to managing this is focusing on protein intake, staying hydrated, and engaging in strength training. In fact, consistent strength training can lead to improvements in muscle growth within two to three months.Experts recommend eating between 0.8 and 1 gram of protein for each kilogram of body weight daily. And if you're losing weight on a GLP-1 medication, a registered dietitian can help you dial in exactly what you need.
