I see it everywhere that people say we will accomplish something like the Brexit and even don't know how to do it!It is common and as stupid as possible to announce your forecasted results… Because you do have all the odds (including God, Allah doesn't like bragging or proud people) against yourself… And you depend on so many things, people,… that you don't have under your control. If I say, I will finish my work until a particular day. Then that is okay! If I work together with a team, I have to estimate more time. Because I can't estimate so easy the manpower… But if I say: “I finish the job, and then I will have huge success.” I am dam wrong!Because I can't forecast it precisely what will happen after my job is done …. Still, I can image my desired success, and I don't need to tell it! My goals are my secret. Because I want providence or that God supports me. Does it make sense? For instance, when I hear in a movie: “I will love you forever…” That is so disgusting, dishonest,…because nobody can know how a relationship will work out in the future. If you can't keep your promise, it looks really shabby… Then you become a guy who can't keep a promise… Your friends can't respect you anymore…. When I recognized as a kid that my parents can't keep their promise, I got frustrated to have such lousy parents, and I lost all of my respect!!! And so are children, they always check their parents… and it is disgusting to break your promise that you have given your kids. Because the kids admire you and they lose all of their confidence in you when you break your commitment! What is if you say: “I will try my best… And if I forget my best intention, please mention it.”Humbleness attracts good outcome… Bragging attracts bad outcome!!! And bragging is provoking to sabotage your outcome. I had failed even when everything looked great, and I accomplished it, even everything and every person were against it… Remember always, we don't have anything under our control. I have read on a signboard of a farmer's house: “Everything depends on God's blessing.”Because the farmer knows that he has to do the work and can't determine the weather, the pest that can ruin his crops, the selling price... My Video: Don't announce your success until you own it. https://youtu.be/xOpNwZkf48oMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/Don't-announce-your-success-until-you-own-it..mp3

Bragging rights, breathtaking views, and a coveted MWARBH finisher's blanket. The event consistently draws 500–600 riders, showcasing the grit and camaraderie of New England's endurance athletes.Art & Eric embark on a journey to showcase and celebrate the endurance sports community in New England.

We’re back on July 21, betch... until then, enjoy the chaos! Today we went deep on povo brags: walk-in pantries, billionaire jumbotrons, and humble flexes. Then the kids came in hot with their brutal honesty… ever been called Miss Piggy mid-flight? We spun the Wednesday Wheel and ended up in a Google-Off about the Pope. And finally, we cried (again) over the celeb break-ups that hurt us the most... Katy and Orlando, we’re looking at you.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This week on Two Parents & A Podcast — we're still in a hotel (shoutout to The LINE Austin for really making this the SUITE life of Bubber), and no, the hardwood floors are still NOT done. We filmed this one first thing in the morning before heading out for the birthday/Fourth of July trip (if you didn't see on IG — we made our flight, but only managed to check 2 out of 3 bags in time hahaha). This week, we went to our first “kids' birthday party” (spoiler: we loved it). But apparently, we're going to get sick of them? We break down how we think kids' birthday parties work—or maybe how they SHOULD work. Plus, at this party, the most embarrassing moment in recent memory happened to me (you'll have to listen to find out what it was). And we celebrate a little “bragging parent” moment—because sometimes it's okay to celebrate the wins. We also talk about the power of perspective, pitch a new dating app idea, and share our favorite Fourth of July memories (cue Harrison saying “bro, it was like a movie”). At the start of every year the internet is rife with people sharing their goal to read 50 books that year. Nothing wrong with reading more. An admirable goal for sure. Thing is – 50 books is not the flex they think it is. In fact, it says more about their privilege than their love of reading. I feel very strongly about this – so for the first time ever instead of riling up a guest to share their Unpopular Opinion… I'm sharing one of my own. Ably assisted by the delight that is Ron Tester - he's in the ‘hold my beer' role for this one – we debate if setting arbitrary reading goals is helpful or simply performative. We unpack why this annoys me so much, how people waste time on vanity metrics + how to build a reading habit that works for you. Look for more Unpopular Opinions. They're always fun to listen to.
