Last year while at SXSW, Liz Nistico — aka Revenge Wife — had a melodic dream that she translated into a song with collaborator NZCA Lines. The result is “Myth of a Salesman,” inspired by the Daft Punk song “Something About Us.” Their new track takes place in Los Angeles and speaks about love, change, and being alright in the present moment — with the added bonus of a lovely flute solo by an artist we play, but have been sworn to secrecy to reveal (if we told you, well, we'd have to kill you).

Lost And Sound, is about meeting music people with real vision and together we delve into the culture that inspires them. I spoke with NZCA Lines, aka Micheal Lovett, whose neon-hued disco pop has charmed me since the middle of the last decade. He’s also played with Metronomy and Christine And The Queens and is currently living in New York. We had a really loose and easy chat about living in a new country, vulnerability, sandwiches, Beck’s Midnight Vultures, about having to show up for creativity to happen and the creative benefits of setting limitations. Enjoy!NZCA Lines on BandcampTitle music by ESO

Before heading to bed for at least a week to recover, today we took a look back the third and final day of the festival which saw highlights from the likes of NZCA Lines, The Big Moon and Loyle Carner. We also stage the inaugural 'Tracks Awards', as we're obviously the most knowledgable people to host such a thing. We also briefly preview the final day's line up, with shoutouts for Tracks favourites The Big Moon and Loyle Carner as well as the likes of Carl Barât and The Jackals, The Joy Formidable and NZCA Lines.
