They are mostly on her right side of her extremities. She had one for a while that would not heal for months. It was constantly red, inflammed and bleeding. I applied the recommended ACV and by the next day it was so much better. After about a week, its was gone. She still has the little "white head" pimples on her arm and leg. The protocol that was recommended then was for an 11 yr old and wanted to know if you suggest anything for her or have any new updated information. She does take a daily multi and a immune support that has echinacea and elderberry. I know someone who lost 25–30 kg with Wegovy and now feels and look great despite eating ultra-processed foods, drinking Pepsi Max and occasional energy drinks. I try to follow your health principles—daily smoothie with DNS, whole foods, supplements, and mainly water. Still, I've been diagnosed with lipedema (stage 1–2), have fluid retention in my legs, excess weight, and daily pain (knees, heel spur, and foot pain). At times, I feel tempted to try Wegovy and care less, as I seem to struggle more while having limited time and money for treatments and supplements. My name is Sonny, I'm an IHP Level 2 practitioner from the UK writing on behalf of my 68-year-old mum. For several years she has experienced chronic coughing whenever eating solid meals, but not with liquids or smoothies. She also gets reflux and coughing when lying flat at night or during Pilates exercises. From an IHP2 lens I suspected low stomach acid, so we trialled ACV before meals along with digestive enzymes and HCL + pepsin. For the first time in years she ate without coughing, which felt like a major breakthrough. However, lying flat still triggers symptoms, making me wonder about LPR or a hiatal hernia alongside hypochlorhydria. What would you suggest next please?       Tricia: Hi Dr. Cabral -- my question is about your advance collagen support. Is it hydrolyzed? I have a lot of issues with my tendons and do get hip bursitis. I also take a good day or two to recover when I do exercise. She was recently under a lot of stress at home with her child leaving the country to live and her husband diagnosed with cancer. The stress was hard on her. Now pills are getting stuck in her esophagus. She went to the dr and they did all the tests & procedures. All was ok. They did stretch her esophagus a bit. We believe she is in the early stage of acid reflux. We want to heal it before it gets worse. I told her to absolutely not take the purple pill! What would you recommend? Bryggeribranchen blev grundigt rystet tirsdag morgen, da Carlsberg annoncerede, at bryggeriet har nappet en lukrativ aftale om at tappe og distribuere amerikanske PepsiCos læskedrikke. Og hvad mere interessant er, at Carlsberg napper aftalen fra konkurrenten Royal Unibrew. Dermed mister Danmarks næststørste bryggeri en stor indtægtskilde i og med at PepsiCo er blevet den største læskedrikproducent i Danmark - ikke mindst på grund af blockbusteren Pepsi Max. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn og Magnús Haukur Harðarson settust niður í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu með Jóhanni Fjalari, lýsanda á Sýn Sport, og fóru yfir leiki helgarinnar í ensku úrvalsdeildarinnar. Það voru tveir stórleikir en Manchester City hélt lífi í titilbaráttunni með dramatískum sigri á Liverpool í gær. Hátt fall Liverpool frá síðustu leiktíð er mjög athyglisvert. Manchester United vann þá sinn fjórða leik í röð er þeir mættu lánlausu liði Tottenham. Rætt var um alla leiki helgarinnar og helstu sögulínur í kringum deildina í þessum þætti.

Manchester United fer býsna vel af stað undir stjórn Michael Carrick. Eftir sigur á Manchester City í síðustu umferð, þá fóru þeir á Emirates í gær og tóku sigur. Matheus Cunha sýndi brasilísk dansspor eftir að hann gerði sigurmarkið. Núna er toppbaráttan aftur orðin spennandi þar sem Aston Villa og Manchester City eru núna bara fjórum stigum á eftir toppliðinu. Liverpool tapaði á dramatískan hátt gegn Bournemouth og áfram gengur ekkert hjá Tottenham. Hvernig er Thomas Frank enn í starfi? Guðmundur Aðalsteinn, Magnús Haukur Harðarson og Kári Snorrason fóru yfir allt það helsta í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu eftir helgina.

Manchester er rauð eftir að United fór með sigur af hólmi gegn City í fyrsta leik Michael Carrick. Sigurinn var óvæntur en yfirburðirnir voru miklir sem var ekki síður óvænt. Farið var yfir þennan leik og aðra leiki helgarinnar í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu á þessum ágæta mánudegi. Rætt var til að mynda um nýjan stjóra Chelsea sem er athyglisverður, jafntefli Liverpool gegn Burnley og Tottenham sem er á óskiljanlegan hátt ekki búið að reka Thomas Frank. Þá er Arsenal ekki alveg að grípa tækifærið.

Það var nóg að ræða í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu í dag. Stuttu eftir að síðasti þáttur var tekinn upp, þá ákvað Manchester United að reka Rúben Amorim. Hvað gerist næst? Guðmundur Aðalsteinn fékk þá Magnús Hauk Harðarson og útvarpsgoðsögnina Sigga Hlö í heimsókn til að fara yfir málin. Siggi er grjótharður stuðningsmaður United. Þá var rætt um leikina í FA-bikarnum sem fóru fram um helgina og síðustu umferð ensku úrvalsdeildarinnar. Ein óvæntustu úrslit í sögu FA-bikarsins áttu sér stað núna síðasta laugardag.

Gleðilegt nýtt ár kæru hlustendur. Það hefur verið mikið um að vera í enska boltanum síðustu daga. Tvær umferðir voru spilaðar síðustu vikuna. Enzo Maresca og aðdáendur enska boltans fengu kaldar nýárskveðjur og allt gengur upp hjá Arsenal þessa dagana. Það er einhver hiti á bak við tjöldin hjá Manchester United og spurning hvort Rúben Amorim sé einfaldlega búinn hjá félaginu. Það var rætt um þetta og fleira í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu í kvöld. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn stýrir en með honum eru Magnús Haukur Harðarson og Kári Kristjánsson, nýr leikmaður FH.

Gleðileg jól kæru hlustendur. Það var spiluð heil umferð í ensku úrvalsdeildinni eftir jólin og kláraðist hún í dag. Vængbrotið lið Manchester United vann Newcastle, Florian Wirtz komst á blað í ensku úrvalsdeildinni og efstu þrjú liðin eru stungin af, þau halda áfram að vinna. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn settist niður með Magnúsi Hauki Harðarsyni og Jóni Kaldal, stuðningsmanni Arsenal, í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu og fóru þau yfir málin.

Það er margt að ræða eftir síðustu leiki í enska boltanum. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn kom sér vel fyrir í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu ásamt bræðrunum Magnúsi Hauki og Hinriki Harðarsonum núna þegar þrír dagar eru til jóla. Hinrik er atvinnumaður í Noregi en er mættur heim í jólafrí og fékk að láta gamminn geysa um sína menn í Liverpool. Liverpool lagði Tottenham í tíðindamiklum leik og þrjú efstu lið deildarinnar unnu öll. Manchester City er farið að líta ógnvænlega út á meðan Arsenal er að harka út sigra. Leny Yoro átti þá erfiðan dag á skrifstofunni gegn Morgan Rogers. Snert er á öllum leikjum helgarinnar en við óskum ykkur, hlustendum góðir, gleðilegra jóla.

Baldvin Borgars, Frankarinn og Alli hundur settust í settið og fóru yfir stóru málin.

Það er komið að sérstökum jólaþætti af Uppbótartímanum, hlaðvarpi um kvennaboltann. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn og Magnús Haukur komu sér vel fyrir í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu og ræddu við Fanndísi Friðriksdóttur, eina öflugustu fótboltakonu sem Ísland hefur átt, en hún lagði skóna á hilluna á dögunum. Fanndís fór yfir ferilinn og ákvörðun sína að hætta. Í lokin á þættinum var liðunum í Bestu deild kvenna kraftraðað eins og staðan er núna í desember og smá slúður tekið fyrir í kvennaboltanum.

Farið er yfir leiki helgarinnar í enska boltanum og helstu sögulínur núna þegar jólin fara að detta í garð. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn og Magnús Haukur Harðarson fóru yfir málin í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu og svo átti Kári Snorrason sterka innáskiptingu. Kári var fenginn til að ræða vægast sagt athyglisverð ummæli Enzo Maresca, stjóra Chelsea. Svo sneri Mohamed Salah aftur hjá Liverpool en Hugo Ekitike er stjarnan á Anfield þessa dagana. Arsenal vann þá dramatískan sigur á Wolves þar sem leikmenn Úlfana skoruðu mörkin og svo hlýtur að fara að koma tilkynning með mynd af hornfána frá Tottenham.

Það var margt um að ræða í Enski boltinn hlaðvarpinu í kvöld. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn settist niður með Magnúsi Hauki Harðarsyni og Jóni Hauki Baldvinssyni, stuðningsmanni Aston Villa, í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu. Viðtal sem Mohamed Salah fór í um liðna helgi var auðvitað mikið til umræðu en einnig var talsvert rætt um ótrúlega upprisu Aston Villa eftir erfiða byrjun á tímabilinu. Þá var snert á ýmsu öðru líka.

Það var jafnt í stórleik helgarinnar í ensku úrvalsdeildinni þegar Chelsea og Arsenal áttust við. Arne Slot og Rúben Amorim tóku sigra en Thomas Frank er í miklu veseni þessa dagana. Mögulega fær hann bara sparkið. Svo fór eitt ruglaðasta rauða spjald í sögu ensku úrvalsdeildarinnar á loft fyrr í dag. Það var rætt um þetta og margt fleira í þættinum í kvöld. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn stýrði en með honum í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu voru Magnús Haukur Harðarson og Haraldur Örn Haraldsson.

Umferðin var erfið fyrir Liverpool og Manchester United en þessi félög koma ekki vel undan landsleikjahléi. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn settist niður í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu með nöfnunum Magnúsi Hauki Harðarsyni og Magnúsi Þór Jónssyni. Farið var vel yfir Liverpool sérstaklega. Einnig var mikið rætt um stórleik umferðarinnar þar sem Arsenal valtaði yfir ömurlegt Tottenham lið og þá var snert á öllum öðrum leikjum í skemmtilegri umræðum.

Manchester City vann sannfærandi sigur á Liverpool í stærsta leik tímabilsins til þessa. Mögulega var tímabilið að sveiflast þarna þar sem við sáum gamla góða Man City. Núna eru aðeins fjögur stig á milli Arsenal og City en fyrir viku síðan var orðið líklegt að Arsenal myndi stinga af. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn Ásgeirsson settist niður með Magnúsi Hauki Harðarsyni og Herði Ágústssyni í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu og fóru yfir leiki helgarinnar og helstu sögulínur.

Hlutirnir eru fljótir að breytast í fótboltanum en Manchester United er komið fram úr Liverpool í ensku úrvalsdeildinni. United vann sinn þriðja sigur í röð um helgina á meðan Liverpool tapaði sínum fjórða deildarleik í röð. Arsenal er með fjögurra stiga forskot á toppnum en Einar Guðnason mætti í Pepsi Max stúdíóið í dag og fór yfir gott gengi sinna manna. Guðmundur Aðalsteinn Ásgeirsson og Magnús Haukur Harðarson eru einnig í þættinum, misglaðir eftir helgina.

Það tók smá tíma fyrir Blika að innsigla titilinn en það tókst gegn Víkingi síðasta föstudagskvöld. Ásta Eir Árnadóttir, fyrrum fyrirliði Breiðabliks, er með Guðmundi Aðalsteini og Magnúsi Hauki í þættinum að þessu sinni en einnig er rætt um ráðningu á nýjum aðstoðarlandsliðsþjálfara og margt fleira í þættinum sem var tekinn upp í Pepsi Max stúdíóinu.

Liverpool tapaði sínum þriðja leik í röð er þeir fóru í heimsókn á Stamford Bridge í gær. Englandsmeistararnir hafa ekki verið sannfærandi í upphafi tímabils en eru þó í öðru sæti.
