We had no intention of doing another podcast episode of strewn-together breaks, but it has been HECTIC in the Holy Mess family. After having to cancel our usual recording time multiple times over the last week, we still wanted to give you SOMETHING.

A trip to the ER had some prime people watching, and Joy's weekend getaway had some unusual attractions. Plus, we shared our stories about our own mental health.

Joy felt out of place at a fancy event, and Bekah may have created a monster by taking her husband shopping. Plus, the struggle of staying in the moment, calories on food, Walmart weddings, Blue's Clues, and resumes.
