Merchants of Change is a podcast focused on athletes and veterans in sales, transitioning from competitive athletics and military careers to the working world, and advice for your first sales job. The name “Merchants of Change†is a nod to Jim McInerny, one of JR’s earliest mentors in sales. Jim has mentored and been responsible for hundreds of people getting started and succeeding in sales.
