Elisa delivers powerful messages in each episode that are sure to help listeners in some way. Her relatability, humor, and honesty make her an engaging host who is able to deliver the brutal truth when necessary. This podcast has the ability to change one's perspective and expectations about life, others, and oneself, allowing listeners to see life from a different angle.

One of the best aspects of The Elisa Fucci Show is the wealth of valuable information it offers. The podcast also features guest speakers who bring their own unique insights and experiences to the table. The show serves as a beacon of inspiration for women, encouraging them to embrace their true selves and live out their God-given purpose.

Another great aspect of this podcast is Elisa's ability to connect with her audience on a deep level. It can be difficult to connect when there are differences. It can be stressful. isolating, despairing, and lonely when you are in a marriage where your spouse is not in "your corner". But the number one most destructive thing we can do in our relationship is to try to convince the other person of our point of view, but yet so many of us spend hours, years even, trying to prove a point, or win the other person over, only to end in a winner/loser situation or disappointed and resentful. For almost two decades I did this in my marriage, and while going to therapy was told we should share each other's point of view at an attempt to make each other happy. This only ended in more frustration and eventually almost losing my family for a second time.On today's podcast episode I invited Dr. Jennifer Finlayson-Fife an LDS relationship and sexuality coach with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. Her teaching and coaching focus on helping LDS individuals and couples achieve greater satisfaction and passion in their emotional and sexual relationships. She will share how she helps indivuduals and couples create healthier lives and stronger intimate relationships by finding connection in our differences. Dr. Finlayson-Fife gives this bible verse found In Matthew 10:39 a new meaning. It reads: "He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. Look at the good and the beauty instead of the lack of it” She believes this means when we choose to look at the beauty and the good in our spouse, instead of what they lack, we can loose our ego and grow stronger in who we are. Dr. Finlayson-Fife has created five empowering and highly-reviewed online courses (https://www.finlayson-fife.com/courses). Each course was designed to give LDS individuals and couples the tools requisite to creating healthier lives and stronger intimate relationships. Dr. Finlayson-Fife also offers many workshops and retreats (https://www.finlayson-fife.com/workshops) where she teaches these life-changing principles in person.Dr. Finlayson-Fife is a frequent guest on LDS-themed podcasts on the subjects of sexuality, relationships, mental health, and faith. Our intuition or our heart or gut feeling is always there but we are not taught to listen or trust ourselves as women. We are taught to trust our parents, our friends, our spouses our church leaders more than ourselves. Let me share with you what I learned about arguments in marriage and how your can grow closer when you argue, or not.I was hurt and angry and frustrated with him and the situation. But as I processed my emotions and my thoughts I came to a few realizations.1. Arguments are great!!! They bring out your beliefs, your spouse's beliefs and things that you have been avoiding to talk about for months so you can finally address them. You know, the topics that you rather not bring out to avoid "rocking the boat" (A.K.A money, sex, parenting, religion, etc.)2. Arguments can bring you closer together. You can use this opportunity to grow closer as you love, and validate the other person and HOLD SPACE for their feelings.3. Arguments lead to growth.Looking back I was able to notice areas where I need to improve and areas where I am doing great! What will your next argument lead to??Where do you want it to lead you? What do you want to learn from it?Don't forget to rate, share and leave a comment. One thing we all have in common is we are all facing adversity, have gone through it or will in the future. There is no escaping the hard, difficult moments in life, so how can we endure them well?Since we all have to face the negative side of life, let me share with you what I have learned while I found myself sick and in bed a week ago and what might help you overcome and become stronger as you go through this circumstance. These difficult moments are opportunities that allow us to face the reality that this life was not meant to be easy, nor we want it to be, we came to this earth to grow and learn and the only way is through adversity. While facing adversity we can use this opportunity to slow down, reconnect with God, be grateful for what we do have and refocus our energy on what really matters, on the 20% that will create the 80% impact in our lives.Although some adversitites are circumstancial others are self inflicted, but all of them can become an opportunity to grow, learn new skills and develop our inherent characteristics, it is up to us and our willingness to shift perspective and choose to focus on the light instead of the dark.If you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed, get my FREE GUIDED MEDITATION and get clear and realigned in minutes. if you would like to work with me click here to book a call with me.
