Why light dumbbells and booty bands are all you need for home workouts that actually work. Fasted cardio, creatine, and supplement myths — why small details don't matter, but consistency does. Stretching secrets: why I don't stretch, and how full range training keeps your body mobile. The simple, print-friendly meal plans for Butt Camp 3.0 (with macros for every ingredient). Managing expectations: effort vs results in an 8-week challenge, and why winners always follow the plan 100%. How to modify workouts for injuries and still get amazing results. What you'll learn in this episode:
In this powerful episode of Q&A Tuesday, Kim tackles the most talked-about topics in fat loss and hormone health right now — from GLP-1 weight loss meds to managing cravings and crushing your workouts, especially during menopause.
In this episode of Q&A Tuesday, Kim dives deep into mindset, motivation, and the honest truth about what it really takes to transform your body — and your life.
In this powerful episode, I share the exact transformation strategy I used to radically reshape my body, reclaim my energy, and rebuild my business—from the inside out. You'll learn how I: Dropped 14 lbs of body fat in 6 months without giving up wine or carbs Switched from heavy barbell training to dumbbells for faster fat loss and recovery Balanced hormones and crushed inflammation with GLP-1 microdosing Used peptides like BPC-157 and NAD to support recovery, digestion, and anti-aging Finally created a physique that women actually aspire to—long, lean, toned, and feminine Simplified my life and company to reconnect with what matters most: health, strength, and service Whether you're navigating perimenopause, struggling with cravings, or just tired of traditional fitness advice that no longer works in midlife, this episode will shift how you think about fat loss, muscle building, and modern wellness.
If you're serious about building muscle quickly and effectively, there's one fundamental concept you need to master: the difference between mechanical stress and metabolic stress. In this episode, I break it all down for you. I explain what each type of stress means, how they work, and exactly why they're both essential for muscle growth. Mechanical stress focuses on heavy lifting, progressive overload, and creating maximum tension in the muscle fibers. Metabolic stress relies on the "burn," higher reps, shorter rest periods, and techniques like supersets and drop sets to push your muscles to the limit. I also share practical tips on how to program these methods into your workouts so you can stop wasting time and finally start seeing results. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to break through a plateau, this episode will help you understand the science behind muscle growth so you can train smarter, not just harder. Tune in and get ready to transform your workouts—and your physique. Have you ever held back from doing something because you were worried what other people might say? In this episode, I'm getting brutally honest about my own experience with online trolls, hate comments, and public criticism, and how I went from being crushed by it, to being completely unbothered, to actually liking it. Yes, really. I'll take you behind the scenes of my mindset journey, and explain how haters ended up helping me grow my business, build a stronger brand, and make more money than ever before. I also explore where this fear of judgment really comes from—how shame is wired into us from childhood, and how the belief of “What will people think?” is the most destructive thing we can teach our kids. This is a must-listen if: You've ever been paralyzed by fear of judgment You're growing a brand or business online You want to raise confident, resilient kids Or you're ready to live unapologetically and finally stop people-pleasing Get ready to rewire your beliefs and start using every bit of criticism as fuel for growth. Make sure you leave a comment and tell me what you most enjoyed about this episode!
Brace yourself for a no-BS episode packed with swearing, straight talk, and four life-changing hacks that every woman over 40 needs to know. If you're tired of feeling stuck, bloated, tired, and unmotivated—this one's for you. In this episode, I break down:
In this powerful and unapologetic episode, I sit down with Dr. Tyna Moore — physician, author, and outspoken advocate for evidence-based metabolic health — for a deeply candid conversation about peptides, GLP-1s (like Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Zepbound), and why the current medical system is failing women. We dive into:
This is the episode I never thought I'd record. For years, I suffered in silence with herpes outbreaks, believing they were something shameful and unrelated to anything else going on in my body. But I've since learned that menopause can be a major trigger for viral reactivation—especially herpes. And I realized I wasn't alone. In this deeply personal conversation, I open up about how I finally connected the dots, released the shame, and discovered that millions of women are silently going through the same thing. If you've ever felt confused or embarrassed about recurring outbreaks in menopause, this episode will give you clarity, comfort, and most importantly, community.
Are you losing fat—or losing muscle—on semaglutide, Ozempic, or GLP-1 weight loss injections? The truth might shock you. In this episode, I break down exactly what your metabolism is, why it's powered by muscle, and how weight loss injections can quietly sabotage your long-term health if you're not careful. You'll learn: ✔️ Why muscle is your metabolic engine ✔️ How to protect your lean tissue while on injections ✔️ What to eat when you're not hungry (and why it's critical) ✔️ Step-by-step strategies to stay strong, sculpted, and safe If you're a woman over 40 using or considering GLP-1s, this episode is essential listening. Please share this with another woman who you think could benefit.
In this episode, Kim Constable, CEO and Founder of The Sculpted Menopause App, hosts a powerful live Zoom Q&A diving into one of the most misunderstood aspects of medical weight loss — how to nourish your body when you don't feel hungry, and why protecting your hard-earned muscle is non-negotiable. We talk about what happens to your metabolism if you under-eat, how to stay strong and lean while using GLP-1 medications, and why setting clear fat loss goals is one of the smartest things you can do to stay on track and measure progress. Whether you're already on medication or just researching your options, this conversation will give you clarity, confidence, and community.
Since beginning a microdose of a GLP-1 medication, I've experienced something I honestly didn't expect — I'm sleeping through the night for the first time in years. No more waking up to pee three times. No more tossing and turning. And even better? I wake up with crazy energy and clear focus. In today's episode, I talk about what's happening, how it might be linked to blood sugar and inflammation, and why so many menopausal women suffer from poor sleep and brain fog. If you've felt lost in the menopause fog, this might open your eyes to a new level of support. ⚡ We've just launched a brand new program inside the Sculpted Menopause App called Sculpted by Science, with 4 weeks of fresh workouts, fat-burning cardio, and metabolism-protecting nutrition guidance for anyone using medical weight loss tools. Plus, we now host weekly live Zoom calls and have a private community forum where you can talk safely and openly about your journey.
In this episode of the podcast, I dive into a hot topic that so many women are curious about — can GLP-1 medications like Ozempic actually help with menopause symptoms? I'm sharing my personal journey with using GLP-1s, how I started, what I've noticed in my body, and the impact they've had on symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance. This is a conversation that's not being had enough, especially for women over 40 navigating perimenopause or post-menopause. Whether you're already on a GLP-1 or just curious about how these peptides could support metabolic and hormonal health, this episode will give you insights that go far beyond weight loss.
In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on one of the most talked-about (and judged) topics in women's health right now — medical weight loss injections. Specifically, why I made the decision to begin microdosing a GLP-1 medication during perimenopause. You'll hear exactly what led me to this point, how it's impacted my appetite, inflammation, and training, and why this decision was rooted in science, not shortcuts. I'm also talking about the stigma, the backlash, and the misinformation surrounding these medications — and why more women need support, not silence. Since I started speaking openly about this, Meta has been restricting my reach, taking down posts, and flagging my content. So I brought the conversation here — where I can speak freely, honestly, and without censorship. If you've been curious, confused, or just want the unfiltered truth from someone who's actually doing it, this is the episode you need to hear.

Through Kortney's transformative journey, we uncover the power of meal prepping in achieving remarkable results. While cardio has its benefits beyond fat burning, the debate between high and low-intensity workouts underscores the importance of consistency. Personalised Nutrition In this episode, we dive into the complexities of disordered eating, exploring the societal bias towards under-eating versus overeating. I share my journey as an under-eater, shaped by societal pressures and familial influences. I even dissect the pain scale of hunger versus weight gain, revealing the underlying motivations behind my dietary habits highlighting the importance of rewiring habits for long-term success. With insights on metabolism and hormonal changes, I offer practical strategies to combat menopausal weight gain, emphasizing the role of slow carbohydrates in achieving sustainable results. Join us as we navigate the intricate relationship between food, mindset, and body image.
Small Steps, Big Rewards In this episode, we explore the dynamics of motivation and change through personal experiences. Delving into the two types of motivation—toward pleasure and away from pain—we uncover why humans often resist change despite desiring it. I even share my own journey of dissatisfaction with my body and the pivotal moment that triggered real change. Reflecting on the pain scale, I reveal how the agony of staying the same outweighed the discomfort of transformation. I challenge you to confront your own motivations and embrace change when the pain of stagnation becomes unbearable.

In today's episode of The Kim Constable Podcast, I am discussing how you only lose when you quit. So many times when I started fitness programs in the past, I gave up disheartened, after only a couple of weeks because the results I got didn't match the results I wanted or expected. So I thought I must've been doing something wrong. However, what I realised over the years is that just because we are not getting the results we want doesn't mean we're not getting the results we deserve. The only way to ultimately achieve your goal is to keep going. Because there's no way to lose if you don't quit. In this episode I talk about my own experience of giving up and what finally got me over the finish line and beyond. If you to have a habit of quitting, then you're definitely going to want to listen in. Six years ago, I had an idea to create this crazy thing called The Sculpted Vegan. I created a 12 month program and launched it in October 2017. I made $52,000 in my first launch. Fast forward six years and The Sculpted Vegan is now the worlds, largest online vegan bodybuilding company, with an 8 figure turnover. And I'm only just getting started! However, many people are curious as to how I managed to build a global fitness empire from scratch, with no money, or following, whilst homeschooling my four young kids. In this episode, I go back to the beginning and tell you exactly how it started, and how I got to where I am today. I hope you enjoy it!
Have you ever groaned at the stack of fitness programs you have purchased in the past, but never completed? Why does this happen? Why do we get excited about changing our body and potentially our lives, but then not follow through? Why do we fail? In the past, I have had my own share of failures. In fact, I still fail at things every single day. But then I also succeed every single day. So what is different between the times I succeed in the times I don't? I have identified one thing that if you do consistently, every time you embark on a new goal, will guarantee your success. Want to know what it is? Listen in to find out.
How many times have you promised you'll do something and then not done it? Or WORSE, known when you made the promise that you might not? Why do we pretend? Doesn't matter if it's a fitness program, the laundry, the tidying or the dishes; so often we get half way through and just…. Stop. Why? Showing up when you say you'll show up and building your inner word is what is necessary to go far. If you can't believe yourself and if you can't trust that you'll do what you say you'll do, you have nothing. The harsh truth is that motivation will get you going, discipline will keep you going. You must commit to seeking failure in your life and look for all the areas you're limited and keep working to overcome them. But most importantly, stop making promises to yourself that you don't keep. So how do you do it? How do you transform? Listen in to find out!
Forget trying to squeeze your square peg into someone else's round hole. Each of us is completely unique, with unique challenges and hurdles. Today, I will show you how to create a plan that YOU'LL ACTUALLY FOLLOW. One that guarantees your success (and attracts admiring glances from your fellow gym enthusiasts as you crush workout after workout).
Now we're going to channel this new found motivation into a real plan that works for you, in your life. No more procrastinating. At the end of this session you'll have the how, the why and the what for.
Today, it's D Day and D stands for Data. This is where we get real about the situation. At the end of the session you'll feel so Goddamned energised to get going, you'll hardly have the patience to make it through days 4 & 5.
If day 1 was your angel, consider day 2 the devil! At the end of this session you'll have total clarity on exactly what stops you from doing what needs to be done, so you can take that fitness bull by the horns and tackle the motherf*king s!t out of it. This strategy works every single time, without fail.
Never mind setting the damn goal, you need to dig deeper than that. Being disciplined is about understanding why you want it in the first place. When you get what I'm teaching here, your friends will be begging you to share your secret with them. You'll be known as the warrior who shows up and gets it done, every damn time.
Every day I hear, endless excuses for why people cannot stick to a fitness program and follow through on their fitness goals. The meal plan is too hard. The cardio too boring. They don't have access to a gym. They don't like the food. The list goes on and on. And it got me thinking. Human beings can endure the most incredible hardships when necessary. Just ask any mother of a newborn baby who is on an endless cycle of sleepless nights, cracked nipples and emotional exhaustion. But yet she keeps fighting day after day and night after night, caring for her newborn. So what makes someone endure that kind of pain but not the pain of following through on a fitness program? The answer lies in knowing your why. When you know your why you will endure anyhow. Your why will quite simply help you find your way. In this episode, I share my own journey of finding my why. And I hope after listening to it, you will also find your why. Because you are capable of great things, if you can just connect deeply to your reasons for doing it.
How to get anything you want Years ago, when I first started my business and bodybuilding journey, which subsequently happened at the same time, I did not know the price I would have to pay to be successful. And actually, I think if someone had of told me everything I would need to sacrifice for my success, I might just have decided not to bother. The price of success in any endeavour is high. The more successful you get, the higher the price you pay. But yet, what is the price of failure? What is the price of never going after what you want and giving it your best shot? In this episode, I breakdown the exact steps you need to decide what you want and then go after it. I teach you how to look into the future and see the price you'll have to pay, in order to be successful. These strategies have worked for me time and time again, and I continue to use them every day when I start something new. I know if you apply them, they will work for you too. Please leave me a comment and let me know if you enjoyed this episode and what you got out of it. Cheers to your success!
Sometimes I will talk about how fruit is not the best food to consume if you are on a fat loss diet. And every single time I get bombarded by angry women telling me that they are unfollowing me because how dare I tell people that fruit is bad for them! They hear “fruit is not good for fat loss” and they instantly jump to “fruit is bad for you”. And then they get downright angry at me. What is it about fruit that makes people so emotional? I've pondered this question for years. And today, I think I finally have the answer. Join me for this podcast as I dive into the science of why fruit is not the best food when you are dieting, as well as the emotional attachments people have to food and dieting, which are not always positive. And then I would love it, if you would leave me a comment and let me know your thoughts on fruit. Did you have any a-ha moments from listening to this episode? Or is there anything you would like to share from your personal experience? Let's start the conversation in the comments.
Do you find it hard to motivate yourself sometimes? Me too. But over the years I have realised that the only way to achieve anything worthwhile is to push yourself outside your comfort zone. In my life, I'm known as a risk taker. It can be scary to take risks, but risks force you outside your perceived comfort zone and make you really up your game. If you want to be extraordinary rather than ordinary, then mastering this one skill can completely transform how you do life. In this episode, I break down why it's important to get outside your comfort zone and exactly how to do it. What will it take for you to step up and be extraordinary? Let me know in the comments.
In 2020, when Covid-19 ravaged the globe and sent us into a tailspin, many people lost all motivation for keeping up with their health and fitness goals. But not this very busy, award-winning professional Makeup Artist from Northern Ireland, Paddy McGurgan. When Covid struck, Paddy was faced with a sudden decision: either finally lose the weight he had been trying desperately to lose with little success, or he would likely die. It was now or never. At over 400 lbs, with Type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, on medications, and suddenly thrust into a dangerous pandemic that his body likely wouldn't be able to handle, Paddy was out of excuses. With the lockdowns taking his job and giving him much more free time (to his relief), Paddy finally had the time to focus on his health. And although the exhaustion tempted him at every turn, he quickly found a strategy that would help him lose over 140lbs and keep it off. And it's the complete opposite of what many people do in their fitness journeys. Listen in as he candidly shares the turning point to his dramatic weight loss, the thing he knew that had to change if he was going to be successful, and how he does life 140lbs lighter! We also discuss loose skin, cosmetic work, his gym routine, and his top tips for people just starting their weight loss journey who feel overwhelmed by the fear of failure. Sex is meant to be noisy, messy, and most of all, FUN! People use sex toys and lubes to help enhance their pleasure yet have no idea that what they're using could completely destroy their sexual health and make sex anything BUT fun. My sister Kerry Nevins turned over $2 million in 9 months. Sounds like a dream come true, right? Maybe. But the long journey there was an actual nightmare. And for many, it would have caused them to give up. Kerry is the founder & CEO of Babocush, the first-ever comfort cushion with a built-in heartbeat, vibration, and various angles for babies to safely and securely snuggle on their tummies in the same way they would on their mums. But 19 years ago, when her colicky son Harry was born, she had no idea the hellish nightmare that lay ahead. She was just a frazzled mum who initially wanted to help free her baby from constant pain and discomfort, and what she needed didn't exist. So when she set out to create it, and her prototype actually worked, family and friends were begging to borrow it with equally shocking success. What then seemed like an instant invention success became utter torment. Listen in to hear how she overcame: the constant battles of going from concept to launch the thing that nearly ruined her business while simultaneously making her a millionaire the horrendous accusations she endured that almost made her quit (& why she ultimately didn't) ..and so much more! Kerry has been through agony getting to where she is now. But you don't have to. She's now opening her VERY busy schedule to help you get your product launched without all the hell, time, and money she has spent launching hers. Book her for a one-hour consultation at 50% off through Feb 2022! Use code TMDM50. Can't wait for you to hear her insane story! As a kid, Mikhaila Peterson only knew a life of depression and physical pain. Growing up, she suffered immensely from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis that caused inflammation, chronic fatigue, rashes, and more. Her arthritis was so bad that she ended up having her hip and ankle replaced. If that wasn't bad enough, she suffered from depression on top of it. She was in a constant battle between medications for her pain and fatigue, and medications to help her think and focus—none of which actually helped her. Doctors ignored her. Nobody could help her. So she decided to take things into her own hands. Feeling hopeless and on her deathbed, she went to the one thing she knew she could do immediately and have full control over—her diet. Her very drastic dietary measures shockingly worked, and within a couple months, all of her ailments completely disappeared, and she was off all of her medications. Listen in as she explains exactly how she's able to follow such an extreme diet long-term and how she ultimately overcame a life of seemingly endless misery. She even shares her best tips for those struggling to make lasting lifestyle changes. I would love to hear your thoughts on this! They don't work.”
Eating for menopause is exactly the same as eating for bodybuilding. (Say what?) One of the most common complaints I hear from women in menopause is that they didn't change a thing, yet they suddenly started gaining fat at an uncontrollable pace! And that's exactly the problem. What happens in our body on a cellular level once we move towards menopause and beyond is far different from what happens in our younger years. So what used to work to keep us relatively lean back then, will no longer work. (But don't despair. The changes you need to make are not as drastic as you may think.) Bodybuilders are notorious for hacking their bodies to get to absurdly low levels of body fat. Although most menopausal women don't care about getting quite that lean, the principles are actually the same! (And don't worry, the answer is not a zero-carb diet.) In this episode, I'm giving you the low-down on exactly what you should be eating (and not eating) to keep your menopause fat gain at bay, and WHY. I also share what I eat to keep myself lean year-round and the backstory behind how I became so obsessed with the human body (including why menopause is a recent hot topic in the Sculpted Vegan community).
