Social media is full of quick-hit dopamine spikes, viral moments, and “gotcha” comments that people chase for clout. But at the end of the day, does any of that really matter? Instead of getting caught up in negativity, we can choose to focus on what actually moves us forward. Saad earned his B.Sc. and M.B.A at McGill University, followed by an M.Sc. and a Ph.D from Cornell University. From 2012 to 2015, Saad was the editor of the scientific journal Evolutionary Psychology, and currently writes a blog for Psychology Today called Homo Consumericus. Saad's research pertains to hormonal effects from testosterone and menstruation on consumer decisions as well as risk assessment.
