In this mini-sode, I talk about ways to get back on track if you have job burnout. Here's the list so that you can write it down and find what works best for you. 1. Evaluate your options. Re-prioritize and delegate tasks that can be done by others. 2. Seek support. Seek the support of a coach or mentor. 3. Relax. Be open to learning tools that can help with stress such as yoga, meditation and breathwork 4. Make your health a priority. Detox your diet, your body and your home. I mention that I recently joined a shopping club called Melaleuca Wellness to start buying cleaner personal care, home cleaning and cosmetic products to protect myself and the environment from toxins. Regular physical activity can help take your mind off work for a few moments and disrupt the momentum of burnout. 6. Get some sleep. Sleep restores well-being and helps protect your health. 7.
