Writer-producer Marc Guggenheim approaches his work from a place of trying to please the ten-year-old version of himself who loved sci fi and superheroes. So he was the perfect guy for Warner Bros. and DC Comics to tap to not just play in, but help build its cinematic sandbox. Marc Guggenheim is an American screenwriter, television producer, comic book writer, and novelist. After a romantic comedy script led to a few meetings with producers, he moved to California to pursue a career as a screenwriter. A script for The Practice was his first produced work. He eventually served as a producer for Law & Order, Jack and Bobby, CSI: Miami, and In Justice. With Greg Berlanti, Guggenheim is the co-creator of the ABC show Eli Stone. He later became executive producer of ABC's No Ordinary Family. Guggenheim, together with Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg, adapted the Green Arrow comics into the television series Arrow. The three, alongside Phil Klemmer, went on to develop the spin-off series Legends of Tomorrow. With Guillermo del Toro, he co-wrote the pilot and several episodes of the award-winning animated series Tales of Arcadia, an original franchise created for Netflix from DreamWorks Animation, for which he won an Emmy in the category of "Best Writing for an Animated Series" and nominated for several others. He remained as Executive Producer throughout the series' three installments, Trollhunters, 3Below and Wizards: Tales of Arcadia. Marc Guggenheim IMDB Alex Keledjian Alex Keledjian is the creator of Project Greenlight, a documentary television series where executive producers Matt Damon and Ben Affleck gave first-time filmmakers a chance to direct their first feature film. In 2018, Alex wrote and directed the film High Voltage starring David Arquette and Luke Wilson. Ryan Gibson Ryan Gibson is an Emmy-award winning producer of such films as the critically acclaimed Woe and Hulu's horror-comedy Slotherhouse. He has worked for over twenty years in all aspects of film development and production. MAX launched the latest season of the Emmy-nominated TV series Project Greenlight from executive producer Issa Rae and Miramax Television in July 2023. Some of the best storytellers in the world led entire lives before getting into the writing business. Bradley to answer the question that is on everyone's mind: why were they so obsessed with killing Tony Stark?A.C. Bradley has written for some of your favorite shows including Trollhunters, 3Below, Arrow and of course, Marvel's What If…?

In this Super-Sized episode Colleen, Anders and Daniel get ALL of their thoughts out about 2019's Rise of Skywalker. We all agree that there are some cool things in this movie, but as a Star Wars film, and as a movie in general, it mostly fails to execute on its premise. While we love the introductions of Babu Frik and D-O, we can't forgive JJ Abrams for covering Keri Russel's face and hair! Daniel lets it all out about what he thinks is wrong with this movie, and Colleen and Anders share their frustration about the lack of holocrons. http://www.forgottenentertainment.com (www.forgottenentertainment.com) http://www.bohemiangeekstudies.com (www.bohemiangeekstudies.com) Baxter Blue Lenses (click for 10% off!) https://baxterblueglasses.pxf.io/c/2544961/1031264/11471 (https://baxterblueglasses.pxf.io/c/2544961/1031264/11471) Fiverr: https://track.fiverr.com/visit/?bta=236725&brand=fiverrcpa&utm_campaign=YetAnotherStarWars (https://track.fiverr.com/visit/?bta=236725&brand=fiverrcpa&utm_campaign=YetAnotherStarWars) Find us on Twitter and Instagram @YASWPod This week's recommendations: Anders: The Tales of Arcadia (Trilogy) - From Dreamworks and Guillermo del Toro (Trollhunters, 3Below, Wizards) The Rise of Skywalker (novelization) by Rae Carson Colleen: The Last Battle by CS Lewis Resistance Reborn by Rebecca Roanhorse Daniel: Mass Effect 3 (2012) Avengers: Endgame (2019)
