Luton go back on their travels on Saturday afternoon looking to end a run of six successive away defeats when Blackburn Rovers are the opponents at Ewood Park. Kev is joined as ever by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe and for the second time this week Mark Crowther joins the boys to look ahead to what suddenly looks like a daunting assignment for the Hatters. The lads discuss the upturn in form for the home side but highlight how the numbers suggest the reality might be a little different to the results. The attention for the rest of the podcast centres around Luton. How will Rob Edwards set the Hatters up? Will the approach be a more conservative one or will they go about their business as they have in the past? Who could come into the side and who might make way? The Town returned to winning ways as it turned out that Stoke City couldn't do it on a cold Tuesday night in Luton as the Hatters beat the Potters 2-1 at Kenilworth Road. Kev is joined by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe and popular cycling Town fan Mark Crowther to reflect on a much more positive night of football at the Kenny. The lads look at the many positives on the evening from the style and approach which Luton took to the much greater number of chances than we saw at the weekend and in previous games. The boys pick out some standout performances and highlight all of the good from an evening which saw the Town move away from danger at the bottom of the table. We also hear of the latest endeavour of Mark after his cycling exploits of the last two seasons, plus an interview with Luton manager Rob Edwards. It is a privilege to be able to do something that you enjoy. What we particularly enjoy seeing as a coach is development and enjoyment. Development comes in different ways, it comes in the traditional tangible sense that the players improve their tennis skills, that allows them to rally for longer or be able to play points to a higher standard. Then there is the more subtle in seeing them develop as people learning skills that far out reach a tennis court. Learning sharper focus, to be fully engaged in what they are doing and mistake management but to name a few. Seeing these small improvements is why it is a privilege to be a coach. What really lets people achieve these stepping stones is doing these process while enjoying the journey. Whether you are new to the game or have played for a long time we all strive to improve. To make big strides in improving your tennis getting professional coaching is a good idea. New shots, new tactics, better movement and improved techniques can help us all, even the best. Employing a full-time head coach, Ben Wood, and under the direction of our Head of Tennis Development, Nick Luckett, we offer coaching sessions of diverse nature aimed at giving all members opportunities to improve their tennis whether they be aspiring juniors or more mature players who haven't played for a while. There is a full range of possibilities from group through to individual coaching sessions throughout the year. Elliswick Lawn tennis club was voted runner up in “Best after school club” and “Best holiday club” in the mums guide to Harpenden 2015 awards

In this episode we re-visit the new bio-remodelling treatment, Profhilo. (Listen to episode 179 for the basic science & background to Profhilo) Having only been launched in Australia in August 2022, it's undeniably been incredibly successful so far. But as with all new products there is a learning curve for injectors. We examine the hype and ask two experienced injectors for their views on how to best to use it. We explore: - Ravi's previous experience as a Profhilo KOL and how the early uses of Profhilo differed to the now on label technique - The core challenge of explaining to patients what bio-remodelling actually is (and why this new filler isn't a 'filler') - How to manage patient expectations with skin quality products - What patients report happens to their skin after using Profhilo - The difference skin boosters, bio-stimulators and bio-remodellers - Whether there is an 'ideal' Profhilo patient or not - What patients experience after 1-5 years of having Profhilo and whether they continue to return for treatments - Suggested protocols for optimal results - Tweaks to the on label BAP technique and how to better tailor treatments - Whether cannula has a role when injecting Profhilo - Whether difficult areas like the under eyes and peri-oral lines can be treated with Profhilo Dr Jake & David want to thank their amazing IA Patrons who have helped support and contribute to the day to day running of the podcast Become an IA Patron too & get the following benefits: - Be acknowledged as an IA Patron in our podcast descriptions - Join our IA Patron whatsapp group (where we discuss tips, tricks, cases, business help and more) - Watch our IA webinars - Access our 'IA Business Lives' (Zooms sessions led by David Segal) - Access our 'IA: Injectables Lives' (Zoom sessions led by Dr Jake - starting in 2023) - Access to our growing IA Library for clinical papers and resources Other links: Follow IA on Instagram Visit our website Subscribe to IA on Apple Podcasts Subscribe to IA on Spotify Contact Dr Jake & David More about Dr Jake Follow Dr Jake on Instagram Follow David on Instagram Follow Ravi on Instagram Follow Sophie on Instagram Follow IBSA on Instagram

Jackie Brennan, CEO & Founder of Workplace Wellbeing in Harpenden, Hertfordshire was a recent guest on Business Innovators Radio, “Let's Talk Business” series where she spoke about the topic of, “Putting Wellbeing at the Core of the Organisation.”Brennan shared some of the myths, misconceptions, and common fears that construction industry leaders have about introducing wellbeing programs into their organisations. She explained that as an organisation shifts towards creating a sustainable, caring culture where employees feel valued and appreciated it will naturally lead to higher productivity and ultimately stronger bottom-line results.Speaking off-air with Radio Talk Show Host, Stewart Andrew Alexander, Brennan explained, “I believe thousands of construction companies invest time, money, and energy into their people, yet sickness, absence, burnout, and mental health issues aren't decreasing. It's causing unnecessary pressure because many construction companies still struggle to attract and retain good quality people but it doesn't have to be this way.”To learn more about Jackie Brennan, The Workplace Wellbeing Catalyst visit: www.ContactJackie.comSource: https://businessinnovatorsradio.com/jackie-brennan-the-workplace-wellbeing-catalyst-putting-wellbeing-at-the-core-of-the-organisation
Interview with Fr. Thomas Crean OP on what a Catholic Government looks like. Fr Thomas Crean OP was born in 1973, in Harpenden, England. He studied at St. John's College, Oxford. He entered the Dominican Order in 1995, and was ordained priest in 2001. He received the licence in theology from the Institut Thomas d'Aquin in Toulouse and the doctorate in theology from the International Theological Institute in Trumau, Austria. He has worked in parochial and hospital ministry and as a university chaplain. He has taught at various institutions of higher education in the United Kingdom and abroad. His books include A Catholic Replies to Professor Dawkins; The Mass and the Saints; Integralism: a Manual of Political Philosophy (co-written with Alan Fimister); and St Luke's Gospel: a commentary for believers. His book Florence became a New Sion: a defence of the 'Filioque' and the Council of Florence is due to be published in Autumn 2022 by Emmaus Academic. He is currently resident at Holy Cross Priory, Leicester. He is a Fellow of the Dialogos Institute.http://www.christendom-awake.org/pages/thomas-crean/thomas-crean.htm What legitimate governments exist? What is integralism? Does it mean monarchy? What is distributism and how does it relate? How do you create an integralist government? People are fed up with "democracy" so among faithful Catholics there is more and more talk about other forms of government like Fascism, Monarchy, Distributism, Catholic Anarchy, Theocracy, Solidarity Party, and Feudalism. Can we fix our current forms of government or do they need to fundamentally change? How would a Catholic country look like? Do we tolerate other religions? Does the Church run the country? Can non-Catholic's hold office? What level of obedience do these Catholic rulers owe to their bishops and the pope? Two swords doctrine? What is it? I have been told that the Church no longer believes this, is that true? Where does the supernatural element play in here? I am personally thinking of the coming of the reign of Mary and the prophecy of the Great French Monarch.
