David Gornoski sits down with Dr. John Hagan for a fascinating conversation on near-death experiences. Is there evidence that these visions are actually near-death experiences and not something else? Are there any experiences that are identical to heaven or hell? In light of these observations, do we need to redefine what constitutes "sight?" What are the implications of these types of experiences on how we view our lives? Buy Dr. Hagan's book here. Visit A Neighbor's Choice website at aneighborschoice.com

Debunking Critical Race Theory in the Ohio Classroom Peter Kirsanow, Commissioner with the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, has stated that Critical Race Theory is destructive in the classroom and in the board room across America. Title VII clearly states there should be no discrimination based on race. Last July, during the COVID shutdown, the Ohio State School Board rushed through a resolution to support Critical Race Theory in the Ohio classroom. Five members of the board voted against the resolution. One of the members voting NO was State School Board member John Hagan of the 8th District. He explains how the resolution was rushed through and how parents of school children are rising up to challenge this new ridiculous destructive trend in the Ohio classroom. Part 2 Encore presentation - Constitutional Studies Threatened Again in Ohio Schools Ohio's educational standards for American Government and American History are under threat again. This time, it's H.B. 73 that would limit the testing requirement and thereby eliminate the teaching requirement in the classroom of American Constitutional studies. One of the original sponsors of the Founding of America Documents Curriculum Bill is former State Rep. John Adams. He joins me on the program to talk about the triumph of the passage of the original bill that guaranteed every Ohio student from the 8th - 12th grade would learn the U.S. Constitution with an emphasis on The Bill of Rights, The Declaration of Independence, The Northwest Ordinance, and The Ohio Constitution. But, the liberal teachers' union has placed a target on this curriculum requirement, and they seek to replace it with critical race theory and other socialist philosophies. We're not going to let that happen on our watch. Tune in and tell a friend. Help us stop H.B. 73!

Influencer marketing can be one of the most powerful strategies for ecommerce brands, but it is also one of the most difficult to manage at scale. This is where John Hagan has made the biggest impact as Director of Growth at 3 year old German jewelry company PURELEI. From 2018 to 2019, John helped scale Purelei in a competitive vertical 3X from high seven figures to healthy 8 figures with his advanced performance marketing skillset. On a slow week his team manages 40 influencer integrations. Black Friday? He's thinking more like 400
In this episode, Deividas has invited John Hagan, the Director of Growth at PURELEI, back on the show for his second visit on the Sugatan Effect Podcast. John has worked with brands that have over 100 employees and has helped to scale them over 8 figures. Deividas & John touch on their annoyances that the current pandemic is bringing to them. Luckily, they are both able to earn money working from home, but they're still human beings with social needs and habits, which are currently limited. What are some of the most common misconceptions about attribution? Is it really such a big problem as some companies portray? John gives us his two cents about this controversy. Also, it seems like Deividas is up to something. He says that the person, who solves this issue, might have billions rolling in his bank account. John had a meeting with the director of global media at Adidas and he discovered that no one, not even multi-billion companies have been able to solve this issue. They compare direct response campaigns against brand identity campaigns. How do you balance these two? Which one is better and in what situation? Are they even comparable? John just happened to be reading a book about this particular topic and once again expresses his opinion about these two types of campaigns. Interesting fact - you can make a baby, named Branded Response. Here's what we cover during episode #27:How COVID-19 is interfering with their livesDirect Response vs Brand Identity campaignsThe one problem, no one in marketing business has solvedJohn's journey of building an attribution modelInsights from Adidas marketingWho is the North Star of attribution, according to the director of global media at AdidasWhat's the bible of attribution?
