Ali Haji, CEO of American Tungsten Corp. (CSE:TUNG) (OTCQB:DEMRF) (FSE:RK9), joins me to for a financial and operations update on all the exploration, development, and rehabilitation initiatives underway; focused on bringing onshore tungsten mining and production capabilities to the United States through its derisked past-producing IMA Mine in Idaho.   Today on October 22,  American Tungsten announced that, further to its press releases dated October 14, 2025, October 15, 2025, and October 20, 2025, it completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of C$16,770,510 from the sale of 6,500,198 common shares of the Company at a price of C$2.58 per Share (the "LIFE Offering") under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption.   We start off discussing this financing, the rationale for both the timing of it, and the subsequent repricing of it lower to gain better traction and confidence with incoming institutional investors. Most importantly, we get into what these funds will enable in terms of future value creation through the ongoing rehabilitation and development work at the IMA Mine.   Next, we discussed the Letter of Intent (“LOI”) signed back on September 20th with a prominent U.S-based offtake partner, Global Tungsten & Powders (“GTP”). Ali highlights that their agreement with GTP marks a pivotal milestone in their emergence as a leading domestic supplier of high-grade tungsten, now vetted by one of the largest tungsten processors in the world. This LOI not only affirms the robust market demand for more domestic supplies of tungsten, but also reflects the deep confidence their partners have in their technical capabilities and long-term vision to move from development into near-term production.   Then Ali expanded the ongoing IMA Mine Rehabilitation Progress:   A total of 115 feet of the Zero Level access tunnel has now been successfully rehabilitated, measured from the portal entrance; with anticipated work on the zero level tunnel approximately 80% complete. Rehabilitation efforts are now within the heart of the main collapsed zone, currently estimated to span approximately 50 feet. At a September site visit the management team reviewed the Zero Level rehab work, the D Level underground workings, the historic tailings area across the road from the canyon, and the broader site area. The MSHA inspector expressed confidence in the site's progress and praised the quality of work completed. A Radon measurement taken within the tunnel yielded a zero reading, affirming a safe working environment.     Zooming back to the project level, we shifted over to the tungsten, molybdenum, and silver resources in place and the infrastructure advantages of the IMA Mine as an advanced, past producing brownfields site, located on patented mining claims in Idaho. There has been a substantial amount of capital spent over many years to advance and build the project by various mining companies, including the Bradley Mining Company, Inspiration Development Co. (subsidiary of Anglo American PLC), and American Metal Climax. There is solid infrastructure including roads, tier-1 low-cost power supply, water rights, and a mining-oriented labor force nearby, which can help fast-track this project back into production, with a low capex anticipated to be ~$20 Million.   Ali reiterated that they are continuing to work closely with government agencies to build partnerships seeking to secure funding.  He believes there is the opportunity to secure key strategic partnerships and non-dilutive financing with the U.S. Department of Defense,  Department of Energy, and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and mentioned that those discussions are underway and applications were previously filed.   This brought up the critical and strategic nature of tungsten as a defense metal, where the majority of tungsten supply is controlled by China, and why the US government is keen to develop supply chains outside of China which has placed export controls on this metal, and many other critical minerals.  Tungsten is a necessary component in a wide array of defense applications, including but not limited to the production of ammunition, armored equipment, artillery, and space exploration.     There is planned drill program to expand the known tungsten, molybdenum, and silver mineral resources, and this will be utilized for an updated Resource Estimate, and the upcoming Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The company will also be conducting a trial mining and bulk sample exercise where mineralized material will be shipped to 2 different smelters for processing, and will also bring in non-dilutive capital to the company.  Ali highlights that all these factors demonstrate the potential for a readily permittable short-term, small scale tungsten production operation of around 500 tonnes-per-day to start with as soon as 12 months out.   Wrapping up, we focused on Ali's professional background, and the experience of members of the management team and board, as well as the financial health of the company. Leif Nilsson, CEO & Director of Surge Copper (TSX.V:SURG – OTCQX:SRGXF), joins us for a comprehensive update on all the news and company milestones, including ongoing exploration and development work at the flagship copper-molybdenum-silver-gold Berg Project in British Columbia.   We start off having Leif outline the key economic metrics from the Preliminary Economic Assessment PEA released in June 2023, for a sense of the size and scale of the Project, and how it stacks up to other large copper development assets in Canada.    Base case after-tax NPV8% of C$2.1 billion and IRR of 20% based on long-term commodity price assumptions of US$4.00/lb copper, US$15.00/lb molybdenum, US$23/oz silver, and US$1,800/oz gold plus foreign exchange of 0.77 USDCAD 30-year mine life with total payable production of 5.8 billion pounds (2.6 million tonnes) of copper equivalent (CuEq), including 3.7 billion pounds (1.7 million tonnes) of copper Updated mineral resource estimate includes combined Measured & Indicated resource of 1.0 billion tonnes grading 0.23% copper, 0.03% molybdenum, 4.6 g/t silver, and 0.02 g/t gold, containing 5.1 billion pounds of copper, 633 million pounds of molybdenum, 150 million ounces of silver, and 744 thousand ounces of gold, plus an additional 0.5 billion tonnes of material in the Inferred category.   This leads into a discussion on how the project economics would change with sensitivities to current metals prices closer to spot pricing.  Leif also spends some time breaking down the conservative method the Company uses for calculating copper equivalent figures, compared to many peer companies in the sector, and why it is a more fair and accurate approach.   We also highlight the critical minerals components for the copper and molybdenum mineralization, and how these provide some optionality when looking at raising capital for the development of the project down the road.   With regards to exploration, the 2024 field program completed a total of 10 diamond drill holes for 3,707 meters being at the Berg Project and 2 holes at the Ootsa Project for 897 meters.  All 10 holes at the Berg deposit are expected to support resource definition and conversion of Inferred resources to higher confidence categories.     Drilling Highlights released to date:   Hole BRG24-256 intersected 178 metres grading 0.40% CuEq (0.30% Cu, 0.017% Mo, 7.99 g/t Ag, 0.024 g/t Au) from 10 metres depth Hole BRG24-255 intersected 320 metres grading 0.46% CuEq2(0.29% Cu, 0.048% Mo, 4.26 g/t Ag, and 0.024 g/t Au) from 10 metres depth Hole BRG24-254 intersected 412 metres grading 0.40% CuEq2(0.24% Cu, 0.042% Mo, 5.4 g/t Ag, and 0.02 g/t Au) from 36 metres depth  Hole BRG24-253 intersected 288 metres grading 0.30% CuEq (0.23% Cu, 0.013% Mo, 4.49 g/t Ag, 0.03 g/t Au) from 12 metres depth   6 of the Berg deposit holes underwent downhole geotechnical testing, including Packer tests, piezometer installations, and televiewer surveys, supporting pre-feasibility mining studies. Core samples will also undergo geochemical analysis and acid-base accounting test work during the winter, supporting ARD/ML environmental baseline and pre-feasibility studies on waste rock management. An environmental baseline data collection program was initiated across the project area to bolster previously completed database efforts. Leif Nilsson, CEO & Director of Surge Copper (TSX.V:SURG – OTCQX:SRGXF), joins me for a comprehensive update on the ongoing exploration and development work at the flagship copper-molybdenum-silver-gold Berg Project in British Columbia.   We start off having Leif outline the key economic metrics from the PEA released last summer, for a sense of the size and scale of the Project, and how it stacks up to other large copper development assets in Canada.    Base case after-tax NPV8% of C$2.1 billion and IRR of 20% based on long-term commodity price assumptions of US$4.00/lb copper, US$15.00/lb molybdenum, US$23/oz silver, and US$1,800/oz gold plus foreign exchange of 0.77 USDCAD 30-year mine life with total payable production of 5.8 billion pounds (2.6 million tonnes) of copper equivalent (CuEq), including 3.7 billion pounds (1.7 million tonnes) of copper Updated mineral resource estimate includes combined Measured & Indicated resource of 1.0 billion tonnes grading 0.23% copper, 0.03% molybdenum, 4.6 g/t silver, and 0.02 g/t gold, containing 5.1 billion pounds of copper, 633 million pounds of molybdenum, 150 million ounces of silver, and 744 thousand ounces of gold, plus an additional 0.5 billion tonnes of material in the Inferred category.   This leads into a discussion on how the economics would change with sensitivities to current metals prices, and we'll also include a table that demonstrates this optionality down below this interview.  We also mention that the critical minerals component of the copper and moly mineralization gives the company some optionality when looking at raising capital for the development of the project down the road.   Next we dig into to the news released to the market on April 10th, about the planned technical work programs in support of an upcoming Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), which are expected to commence in the coming weeks and extend through the summer field season. Our discussion focused on how home service business owners can shape their personal development. In response to Molly's questions, I provided some tips and methods on how to exercise these practices. But what I actually think makes more sense is Head of Community. And that's because I work with a team that is kind of focused on two things, one community initiative to share knowledge and learnings throughout home service.” A brief introduction to Moly Milosovic. Here's a little bit about how she got started in what she does now as Director of Brand Marketing and Communications at Jobber.   4:00 “So then I get down this path of like, oh my god, communication and the articulation of your communication, how well do you define the space in which you communicate? How well do you put rails up on your messaging and say, you know, we stand for this, which means we don't stand for this, and then being lukewarm.” During the conversation, Keith and Molly discuss the importance of communication in curving your personal development.    7:55 “Sometimes we get these life-changing epiphanies like we hear a very specific piece of information that's calibrated at the perfect time. And then what it does is, it's the one domino that connects all these other dots. And you wake up in your business, like if you're a landscape business, and it's the one thing that helps you overcome the fears.” During this interview, Keith talks about his life-changing epiphanies as a business owner.   14:25 “My friend Joshua Latimer said to me he's like, what's the most amount of money you've ever invested in your unlike a coaching program, I look like two grand he goes, that's the problem. You need to invest like five or 10 or 20 grand and then really put something on the line.” Keith recommends joining a mastermind group or coaching program not only to help you achieve personal growth but also to scale your business. Investing in your education is the best way to build a strong foundation to level up your business.   19:21 “So fitness is very important. So he said, like you said, consistency over intensity. Yeah. So I set these tiny little goals like, I'm just going to do 20 Push Ups. That's all I have to do today. And if I jog, I don't have a job. But I just had the power walk one time around the block. And it's like, so if you force yourself to jujitsu, that little tiny workout, but you got to do it.” Keith points out that when it comes to developing your personal development, it doesn't always refer to your mental health, but also to your physical health. He emphasized taking care of his health by doing some exercise that also helps him clear his head.    29:02  “In the Millionaire Mind book by T Harv. Eker. He talks about 80% Go. So he talks about not being a perfectionist. He says there's a saying I love it's like, don't wait till you get good until you get going, and then you'll get good. Right? Molly asked Keith the question about entrepreneurs being too hard on themselves. “If entrepreneurs are really hard on themselves. So there's this idea that you're doing it wrong. Or if you do it, you could think that you're not doing it the way you're supposed to or that you give up if you don't do it perfectly.” If you listen carefully, you will be surprised by his answer.    Key Takeaways  “So I believe you have to get clear about the muck in your life in the places you're wasting time. And maybe you're bringing out, eating too much fast food and falling asleep, or you have toxic habits, identify all that stuff, and then go to work on that stuff to get that stuff out of the way once you let go of the heavy buckets of concrete or the sandbags or that things holding you down to the toxic relationship that you spent too much time or, you know, once you can get rid of that it's like, Whoa, it's like holding a beach ball under water. And it's so hard to do because it takes so much might, and then you finally let go, and the thing just pops up to the top and just starts floating on top of the water. Why? Because that's its natural state. So what I mean by that is now you can free up all this mental and emotional bandwidth before you can actually start to receive more new information. You might have to get rid of old stuff.” - Keith Kalfas “You could be could read a book, listen to a podcast, come to an event like dauber Summit. And you'll get, hopefully, really tangible information. But then the idea of, okay, I want to go deeper on this topic, or I want to go even better in this and then invest in a course or a coach. What that speaks to me about is accountability. I personally like setting up meetings to meet with people. So I have like an every three-week meeting with a mentor. When I'm reading a book, I often like to find someone in my life or on my team to a book club with so that I have to have notes ready to talk to them about it every couple of weeks.”  - Moly Milosovic “We look up to people, and we think that they're perfect. I like how we're trading epiphanies here because that reminds me of another quote that I recently heard about how if you see someone doing something at that expert level for the 100th time they're doing it, you have to remember that they did have a first time that they did that thing. And it did not go that well. That's how they became an expert. It's not that they woke up one day and they were just magically bestowed with that talent. So yeah, the people we look up to aren't perfect, and they have totally screwed up.
