This week, we check in with a man who came from an athletic family, and followed in his father's footsteps, by going to dad's alma mater. All seemed set for a great career, and a good relationship with the community. The football didn't pan out quite like he thought, but the off the field violence does. Terrifying accounts of a very large, very drunk, very angry man, with a propensity for violence. The video of one of these incidents became widely available, and is quite disturbing, but he doesn't stop there... More violence, an alleged sexual attack, and even his dogs get into trouble. A complete mess!Follow in your dad's footsteps, get caught on video, being a scary, violent monster, and then get accused of even worse with Ray McDonald!! Check us out, every Tuesday! We will continue to bring you the biggest idiots in sports history!! We are down a man this week, as Randy is unable to join Gary and Sean. But that's ok because the guys discuss the scandal concerning FIFA and the re-election of Sepp Blatter for a fifth term. What does this mean for the future of soccer? Will there be any change? Does Sepp Blatter being re-elected mean there should be term limits? So many questions and we try to answer them. There's also a tournament happening as we speak, so Gary and Sean have some fun with U-20 World Cup predictions. Then we move things along to some American Football stuff with Adrian Peterson's ongoing saga, Ray McDonald being released, the SEC making some rule changes in the College game and more.
Hosted by Earnest â??EJ Christian and Gee Steelio Guests: Lang Greene (Basketball Insiders), Antwan Staley (NGSC Sports) *The NBA Finals is set albeit a whole week from now.. Gee has no interest in the Finals. EJ is annoyed by the LeBron James/Michael Jordan comparisons and doesnâ??t find it interesting. EJ thinks he's the same guy as he was in Miami. Difference is the people love the narrative of him being back in Cleveland. *THE HOT FIVE: Tom Thibadeau, Jeff Van Gundy, Scott Skiles, Kevin Love, Dwyane Wade *EJ and Gee react to Adrian Petersonâ??s recent twitter tirade about how players arenâ??t treated fairly by their employers. EJ thinks that while AP has an argument, he is the wrong guy to be the poster child for fairness given his recent legal issues while Gee thinks Peterson has been given anything he wants since he was a teenager which has affected his self awareness. *Lang Greene of Basketball Insiders joins the show to discuss all the recent NBA news surrounding Scott Skiles, Tom Thibadeau, Dwayne Wade and his prediction on the NBA Finals. *EJ and Gee discuss the Ray McDonald story. Gee reveals he doesnâ??t like Peter King. Can the Denver Broncos survive without OT Ryan Clady next season? EJ thinks theyâ??ll be fine since this very thing happened in 2013 when they won the AFC Title while Gee thinks this is a precursor of things to come for Denver. *Antwan Staley of NGSC Sports joins to break down both Game 7â??s in the NHL and more. The boys go into the weekend with their shoutouts on a shortened show

Today's podcast features a lenghty, in-depth interview with Josh Elliott of NBC Sports. Elliott recently moved to the peacock after a succesful run at Good Morning America saw that show vault over Today to become the number one morning show in the land. Now Elliott serves as a features reporter across a variety of NBC sports and news platforms. We spent a lot of time talking about the Ray Rice story and the credibility crisis facing the NFL as well as his time in morning show television and his future at NBC. Topics include... - Why this story (Ray Rice-NFL-domestic violence) has resonated with so many in becoming a mainstream sports and news story. - Being in San Francisco for Sunday Night Football, what the reaction is to the ongoing Ray McDonald and Greg Hardy cases in relation to Ray Rice. - The pressure mounting on Roger Goodell and whether or not he should lose his job. - Whether or not this credibility crisis will affect the league's popularity in any way. - The larger cultural issues in sports that need changed when it comes to equality. - Josh's move from GMA to NBC and the defining factor that led him to a new opportunity. - His desire to be a great teammate at NBC Sports and what may be in his future at the network. I tried really hard to get Josh to say whether he would rather have Bob Costas' primetime Olympic job or Matt Lauer's Today hosting gig, but he deftly handled my line of questioning. - The ability to tell stories in sports and news and the crossover between working in both. - The feature story he would most like to do (on Lionel Messi) and his proudest story to date (Steve Gleason). All that and so much more on this edition of the AA Podcast.

(6 feet is about 183 cm (1.8 meters) While some people do have 'big bones', a vast majority do not, so that's not an excuse. Obese people do have big bones but so do competitive weightlifters. Carrying around weight increases bone density which increases the weight of the bones. Obese people have big bones, but they are not obese because of big bones. Why am I bringing this up? Because I saw an article about a man who weighed 530 pounds (240 kg) who lost, in three years, 300 pounds (136 kg). His name is Ray McDonald (like the fast food place he no longer goes to) and is truly inspiring. News link: News His blog: RelentlessRoad What is Ray's 'secret'? In his blog he contributes it to consistency (regular work outs, regular eating habits), clear goals (no more Dr. Pepper vs not drinking soft drinks), keeping a food diary, and taking it one step (literally) at a time. And all I'm trying to do is lose 22 pounds (10 kilos). Current Weight: 65 kgs. (143 lbs)
