Mina Shirakawa had one her best matches of her career in Stardom when she face Saya Kamitani for the White Belt in Hiroshima Goddess Festival on November 3rd but a botched finisher by Kamitani resulted in her losing 2 or 3 frontal teeth and bruised jaw. Also in Stardom's Hiroshima Goddess Festival, Mayu Iwatani madeva surprising move after defending the SWA title for a 3rd victory, she decided to relinquish itbto focus on the IWGP Women's Championship but what does this means for the title now that is vacant. At WWE Crown Jewel, Logan Paul had an amazing match against Roman reign for the Undisputed Championship so what are my initial thoughts. More info is coming out about the biopic film based of pro Wrestling family the Von Erichs which features Zac Afron and AEW star MJF. Unagi Sayaka continues to make waves as a freelancer but her recent development is at Just Tap Out when an unexpected Joshi wrestler made a surprising choice. Finally, Shooter aka Shota Umino now graduated to Roughneck made his surprise return to New Japan and challenge Will Ospreay at the Historic X-Over for the IWGP United States Heavyweight championship. During a charity live stream on Instagram, she said her “knee is doing great” and she'll be “coming back soon”. (STINGER: AEW) Chris Jericho says he's been ordered by doctors not to sing…due to unspecified medical issues that landed him in a hospital in the United Kingdom last week. His band Fozzy had to cancel tour dates in the UK. But they did hold a Fan Fest in London on Sunday with Jericho in attendance. After the match, FTR made a surprise appearance and got into a big brawl with The Briscoes. That was not the only surprise Saturday night. After Brody King, Tony Deppen, Homicide & Rocky Romero beat HOT SAUCE Tracy Williams, Taylor Rust, Eli Isom & EC3, EC3 took the mic, went on a brief rant and then introduced Adam Scherr - the former Braun Strowman. (STINGER: AEW) AEW closed its All Out pay per view with double debuts! After Kenny Omega beat Christian Cage to retain the AEW Championship in last night's main event, Adam Cole made a surprise appearance...and he quickly aligned himself with The Elite. That was followed by the AEW debut of Bryan Danielson, who helped Christian and Jurassic Express run off Omega and the rest of The Elite. Backstage after the show, Cole talked about his decision to jump to AEW. (Adam Cole Jumps To AEW) That clip from the media scrum after All Out. Those were not the only surprises at All Out. Ruby Soho - the former Ruby Riott - made her AEW debut and won the women's Casino Battle Royale to earn a shot at the AEW Women's Championship. That title is still held by Dr. Britt Baker after she beat Kris Statlander last night. New Japan's Minoru Suzuki made a surprise appearance to confront, and lay out, Jon Moxley...after Mox had beaten Satoshi Kojima. Moxley and Suzuki are now set for a match on Wednesday's Dynamite from Cincinnati. The lone title change last night...the Lucha Brothers beat the Young Bucks inside a steel cage to take away the AEW Tag Team Titles. Miro beat Eddie Kingston to retain the TNT Championship. CM Punk's first pro wrestling match in over seven years was a win over Darby Allin. He pinned him with the GTS and the two shook hands after the match. For a few moments, it appeared MJF had pinned Chris Jericho to end his in-ring career in AEW. It took a second referee to point out that Jericho's foot was on the bottom rope. The match was restarted and Jericho later forced MJF to tap out to the Walls Of Jericho. And Paul Wight pinned QT Marshall with a choke slam. On the Buy In pre-show, Jurassic Express & the Best Friends beat the Hardy Family Office. After the match, The Butcher returned to AEW TV after a long layoff to beat up on Orange Cassidy. AEW also announced a new date for the Full Gear pay per view. It's now set for Saturday, November 13th. AEW wasn't the only company in the Chicagoland area this past weekend. GCW ran a bunch of shows and late Saturday night, Jon Moxley showed up and pinned Matt Cardona to win the GCW Championship. Mox will defend the title against Nick Gage on October 9th. Cesaro beat Rollins via disqualification when Rollins introduced a steel chair into the match. Rollins used the chair to beat up on Cesaro after the match...before Edge ran out for the save.. Also set for next Friday, a contract signing between SmackDown Women's Champ Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair...for a title match at Extreme Rules. Getting back to last night's show...The Street Profits beat the SmackDown Tag Champs The Usos via disqualification in a non-title match. Sami Zayn pinned Dominik Mysterio with a Helluva Kick. (STINGER: AEW) AEW set the stage for All Out and beyond on last night's Rampage. Darby Allin used the Last Supper to pin Daniel Garcia in the main event. 2.0 jumped Allin after the match before CM Punk ran down to ringside and gave Darby an opening to fight them off. Punk and Allin had a staredown as the show ended. Kris Statlander overcame the odds to win a 2-on-1 match against Jamie Hayter & Rebel. Her last match was over a decade ago, though she continued to make appearances for different companies over the years that followed. Her death was announced on Thursday. Shannon Spruill - better known to pro wrestling fans as Daffney - has died. Daffney made her debut with WCW in 1999, and won the company's Cruiserweight Championship the following year. She later wrestled for TNA and various independent promotions. Injuries shortened Daffney's in-ring career. Her last match was over a decade ago, though she continued to make appearances for different companies over the years that followed. Her death was announced on Thursday. That's 1-800-273-8255 ... (STINGER: WWE) WWE is promoting a HUGE match for tonight's SmackDown. Roman Reigns defending the Universal Championship against Finn Balor. On Thursday's NXT UK… Teoman beat Nathan Frazer in a first round match in the Heritage Cup #1 Contender Tournament. A timely distraction by Rohan Raja helped Teoman get the deciding pinfall in the fifth round. Also on the show, Emilia McKenzie pinned Amale with a rollup. The advertised match between Blair Davenport and Nina Samuels never happened. Davenport attacked Samuels during her entrance. That drew out Sid Scala...and Davenport laid him out too. Scala was later seen sporting a neck brace. It was announced during the show that Aoife Valkyrie suffered a knee injury during her match last week...and will be out indefinitely. As a result, the Women's Casino Battle Royale is now on the main show...and a new match was announced for the Buy In pre-show: Jurassic Express & Best Friends vs. the Hardy Family Office. Orange Cassidy beat Jack Evans on last night's Dynamite. Some new entrants for the Women's Casino Battle Royale were announced last night: Jamie Hayter, Rebel, LEGIT Leyla Hirsch, Abadon, KiLynn King...and Anna Jay, who returned to AEW TV to rescue Tay Conti from a post-match attack by The Bunny & Penelope Ford. Conti had beaten Ford. Also last night, a shocking betrayal by Billy Gunn. He struck down Paul Wight with a steel chair shot to his surgically replaced hip. That allowed QT Marshall to lay out Wight with a Diamond Cutter. The Young Bucks & Good Brothers beat the Lucha Brothers & Jurassic Express in last night's main event. The Bucks pinned Rey Fenix with the Meltzer Driver. After the match, Kenny Omega joined The Elite for a huge post-match beatdown on the Lucha Brothers and Christian Cage. That included The Elite hijacking the steel cage hanging above the ring to prevent anyone from coming to the rescue. Santana & Ortiz beat FTR. AND Powerhouse Hobbs pinned Brian Cage after Ricky Starks hit Cage with the FTW Championship. An in-ring promo by CM Punk was interrupted by Daniel Garcia and 2.0. Darby Allin and Sting quickly appeared...and they helped Punk clear the ring. AEW Women's Champion Dr. Britt Baker announced she's signed a new long-term contract with AEW. Anyone attending the Dynamite: Grand Slam show at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York later this month...will need proof they've received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. That's in line with protocols put in place in New York City last month. (STINGER: Impact) Tonight's Impact Wrestling has Ace Austin vs. Tommy Dreamer. Also being promoted for tonight's show: Drew McIntyre vs. AJ Styles...and Randy Orton & Riddle vs. Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston. WWE officially announced over the weekend that Roman Reigns will defend the Universal Championship against Rey Mysterio INSIDE Hell In A Cell. NXT TakeOver: In Your House went down last night... Karrion Kross turned away four challengers in the main event to retain the NXT Championship. He choked out Kyle O'Reilly for the win...swooping in as O'Reilly appeared to be close to tapping out Adam Cole. Also last night, Raquel Gonzalez pinned Ember Moon to hold onto the NXT Women's Championship. North American Champ Bronson Reed & the NXT Tag Champs MSK beat Legado Del Fantasma to retain their titles. The only new champion crowned last night was LA Knight. He's now only the fifth man in history to hold the Million Dollar Championship after he beat Cameron Grimes in a Ladder Match. Also, Xia Li pinned Mercedes Martinez. Martinez went looking for revenge right after the match. She went after Li with a steel chair, but the leader of Tian Sha proved tougher. She put a choke hold on Martinez and tossed her from the stage down to the floor. Plus, Penta El Zero Miedo & Eddie Kingston in tag team action...as well as singles matches for Orange Cassidy and Wardlow. (STINGER: Impact) Kenny Omega is still the Impact World Champion. He pinned Moose with the One Winged Angel in the main event of Saturday's Against All Odds show. The show was held at Daily's Place...to prevent interference by the Good Brothers and Sami Callihan. But that didn't account for the Young Bucks. They ran out after referee Brian Hebner was knocked down. The Bucks hit some superkicks and a BTE Trigger on Moose...and Kenny took it from there. Callihan actually showed up in Daily's Place...right after the match...and went after Omega. Omega was able to escape. Then, Don Callis FIRED Callihan. Impact went the extra mile over the weekend - pulling Callihan's profile from its website, unfollowing him on Twitter. Callihan tweeted “I'll see you on Thursday”. Getting back to Against All Odds...Deonna Purrazzo pinned Rosemary to retain the Knockouts Title. Joe Doering PINNED Satoshi Kojima with a powerbomb. Violent By Design also held onto the Impact Tag Titles...as Rhino & Deaner beat Crazzy Steve & Black Taurus. W. Morrissey used a series of powerbombs to pin Rich Swann. A 5-Way X-Division #1 Contender Match ended in a “no contest” after Madman Fulton took out everyone other than his pal Ace Austin. Fire n' Flava beat Kimber Lee & Susan to retain the Knockouts Tag Titles. Finally...Tenille Dashwood used a rollup to pin Jordynne Grace. Grace had gotten preoccupied with yelling at Rachael Ellering, who cut off Kaleb (With A K)'s attempted interference. After the match, Grace yelled at Ellering some more...and hit Kaleb with a Michinoku Driver. (STINGER: ROH) Ring Of Honor has added EC3 vs. Flip Gordon to its Best In The World pay per view, which is coming up on July 11th. (STINGER: New Japan) New Japan's Kizuna Road tour getting underway Monday. It's also the start of a gauntlet of five singles matches for Young Lions Yuya Uemura and Yota Tsuji. Uemura faces Minoru Suzuki on Monday...and then, Zack Sabre Jr. on Tuesday's show. Tsuji goes up against Hiroshi Tanahashi on Monday...and then faces Taichi on Tuesday. In Pro-Wrestling NOAH...Naomichi Marufuji will defend the GHC Heavyweight Title against Takashi Sugiura on July 11th. Saya Kamitani is the winner of Stardom's Cinderella tournament. She's now looking to challenge Tam Nakano for the Wonder of Stardom Championship. Also on that show over the weekend, World of Stardom Champion Utami Hayashishita wrestled title challenger Syuri to a 30-minute time limit draw. The match was then restarted...only to reach another inconclusive ending - a double countout.
