Idaho's Trespass bill is still getting a lot of play across Idaho. Idaho lawmakers passed the bill that strengthened the protection of private property rights by amending the state's confusing trespass laws and consolidated them. Lawmakers passed the bill by a huge margin in both the House and Senate. Those votes were cast after several public hearings that stretched on for hours.
