Suj and James discuss the 7 games played so far in Gameweek 37 and it's all set for there to be plenty to play for in the race for Champions League qualification. So are, those the teams to target for FPL managers on final day? It might be Arsenal who appeal most as they travel to Southampton, but should we be put off by the fact they now have second place confirmed following victory against a Newcastle missing Alexander Isak. Aston Villa, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest all kept themselves in contention for the top 5 and their wins are reviewed, whilst there was disappointment for Brentford and Jmaie Vardy signed off with one final party at The King Power. Plus, the forward yet to play this Gameweek who will see investment ahead of next week, captaincy is discussed, there's coverage of The FA Cup Final (Congratulations Palace!) and James is ready to go to Bilbao. The final and the 3 remaining games in GW37 will be reviewed on Friday. A good weekend for Kevin's, as De Bruyne's winner sealed victory for Manchester City against Wolves, and Brentford's Schade got two in victory for Brentford against Manchester United. But it was largely another week where many popular assets underperformed again. Suj and James review all the weekend games which included a surprise loss for Arsenal against Bournemouth and the top 5 race intensified with 6 teams scrapping for four places; wjilst there's still a Conference League place for four other teams to potentially fight over. So there are some with plenty still to play for, but for others a limp finish to the line beckons. That will likely include West Ham and Tottenham who played out a drab draw in the Planet FPL Derby. And Tottenham are in the news for Fantasy purposes today with confirmation that their fixture at Villa will be brought forward but remains in Gameweek 37, meaning there will be no more doubles. Solutions offered for those still with the Triple Captaincy and Free Hit covered, Suj nearly hit glory with his Assman but options are now limited for 36, James discusses his Wildcard and transfer targets for what's left are covered throughout the Podcast. Suj and James discuss the fallout from a weekend where many Free Hitters saw success with many assets from the popular teams did well, and for a change there were some defensive heroes in the likes of Jose Sa, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Kieran Trippier and Ryan Sessegnon all hauling. There's discussion on all the games as usual as Liverpool confirmed themselves as Champions following their demolition of Tottenham, and the relegation picture is also done after ten man Ipswich lost at Newcastle. The FA Cup Semi Finals are also reflected on with focus on what that now means for the prospect of doubles in Gameweek 36. The outlook now looks tough for those with the Assistant Manager Chip left and that includes, Suj, so what will he do? And James is on Wildcard with eyes on assets to include, but there is one difficult decision to make first off, because captaincy for GW35 looks wide open. Suj and James discuss the 10 games played so far in Double Gameweek 33 where despite ther teams doubling scoring twelve and conceding only once it felt like the majority of FPL managers missed those who hauled. There's a heavy focus on looking ahead with the Blank Gameweek next, with advice for those on Free Hit, those buying to keep and hold and which assets should be sacrificed who have just had doubles. Captaincy is covered with a clear stand out (spoiler: it won't surprise), and there's particular focus on Fulham, Newcastle and Wolves assets as they get set to face the bottom three. All the games covered with thoughts on Pep's latest tactical tweak as Man City left it late against Everton, how rampant Aston Villa saw off Newcastle and there was important victories too for Brentford and Forest in their bid to reach Europe; and both of those clubs will featuring heavily in the minds of Fantasy managers in the weeks to come, despite them meeting each other next. Suj and James discuss the weekend's Premier League football and it was largely another low scoring week for Fantasy managers with Mo Salah amongst many popular assets who blanked. But with Alexander Isak and Newcastle assets still to go at Leicester the outlook could look very different by the end of the day. Newcastle of course double next, as do Crystal Palace who beat rivals Brighton, but not without issues as Marc Guehi was sent off but Daniel Munoz, Ebe Eze and Jean-Phillipe Mateta all returned well. Then there's three further doubles in Gameweek 33, Arsenal and Man City both underwhelmed as they drew on the road but Villa did beat Forest, though they did it was a heavily rotated team, and there may be more heavily roattion to come across Gameweeks 32 and 33 that may concern those looking to Bench Boost. Plus, Liverpool were beaten at Fulham, Southampton were relegated and Suj's Wildcard hasn't got off to the best of starts. Tomorrow on on Planet FPL: The People's Poll, Are We Bored With Football? Suj and James discuss the 9 games played so far in GW30 and it wasn't quite what many may have hoped it would be, as Mo Salah blanked, all Crystal Palace assets blanked as they got a late qualiser to draw at Southampton, Bournemouth lost to Ipswich and Manchester City strolled a 2-0 victory against Leicester. Rotation bit many, with some like Phil Foden benched, though Bukayo Saka returned as a substitute, but Justrin Kluivert didn't make the squad at all.But fun with flags (does not) continue, with Alexander Isak and Kieran Trippier having potential groin issues and Arsenal's Gabriel set for an extended absence after pulling his hamstring. Replacing Gabriel is high on the agenda, with teammate William Saliba and players with upcoming doubles high on the list of players to target and Newcastle assets will feel right for many looking for additions this week. But the biggest result for many last night was at The Amex, where Aston Villa's victory at Brighton takes away the bonus point potential for Unai Emery and Oliver Glasner, who were both set to be popular for those about to activate the Assistant Manager Chip, and James is among those who wanted to go there... so what now? Many of the drafts discussed look similar and there will be some groupthink at play with Crystal Palace and Manchester City playing teams in the bottom three and now projected to Double in 33, but there is a repeated warning that the projections may be wrong. Audio Devocional

Suj and James review the weekend of Gameweek 28 where there was more heartbreak for those who gambled on Cole Palmer again as the Chelsea talisman missed his first penalty of his prfoessional career, whilst Mo Salah converted two penalties of his own to break the FPL points scoring record despite still having nine games to play! But FPL managers won't be captaining Salah this week with Liverpool among four teams who blank this week and much of the focus of the Podcast is towards decision making for the Blank coming up, and for some that may mean even selling Salah to fund a move for Erling Haaland. But is Haaland even the best captain this week!? City were being beaten again, this time at Nottingham Forest and Chris Wood may even be the EO play this week as Nuno's Champions League chasing team travel to Ipswich. All the games reviewed, including discussion on Arsenal's draw at Manchester United which surely means the title is heading to Anfield; Bournemouth's outstanding showing at White Hart Lane only earned them a point; while Aston Villa and Brighton also kept themselves in contention for a top 5 finish; and Wolves without Matheus Cunha also edged a point closer to safety Tomorrow on Planet FPL: Clash of the Correspondents, Bournemouth v Brentford with Neil Grover and Tom Medd Today on Patreon: The Q'N'A (IT+) and Nico's Corner (AT) For the full Planet FPL schedule this week, including our offering on Patreon view this post: https://www.patreon.com/posts/schedule-march-124031506 Want to become a member of our FPL community and support the Podcast?  Join us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/planetfpl Follow James on Twitter/x: https://twitter.com/PlanetFPLPod Follow Suj on Twitter/x: https://twitter.com/sujanshah Follow Clayton on Twitter/x: https://twitter.com/claytsAFC Subscribe to our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@PlanetFPL Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/planetfpl Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/planetfpl #FPL #FantasyPremierLeague #GW28Review Learn more about your ad choices. Suj and James review all the football from Gameweek 26 with Liverpool now huge favourites for the title, as victory at Manchester City followed Arsenal's defeat to West Ham, and Wolves too a huge step to safety with victory at ten man Bournemouth. Whilst there was FPL controversy before the football even began with FPL missing their own deadline, meaning they've now missed more deadlines this season than Suj! There was more success for many who chased bonus with the Assistant Manager Chip, there's discussion on what next for those who still have the Chip active and this midweek's captaincy dilemma of Cole Palmer, who has hapless Southampton, or Mo Salah, who now has more points in away games than any other player has in all games, following yet another double digit return. There's coverage of transfer plans with decisions made and differentials targeted, plus analysis of all the games as usual, including Brentford cruising to victory at Leicester, healing Tottenham winning again and the 7 goal thriller between Newcastle and Nottingham Forest. There's discussion on considering the template, including the importance of Erling Haaland, and the fixtures before after GW29 when making a decision on whether to activate the Free Hit or run through the Gameweek, and that decision will need to be made without the picture for the Doubles of 33 and the Blanks of 34. There's a look at potential Free Hit Drafts for 29, 33 and 34 and James reiterates the script for the current projections and has warnings about how the weeks around the FA Cup Semi Finals may not be exactly what we think and how that can have big implications for Wildcarders looking to Bench Boost. On the second installment of Suj and James' Chip Strategy Podcasts there is analysis on how the outlook is projected to look moving forward for Blank and Double Gameweeeks following the weekend's FA Cup ties. With discussion on options and opportunities for usage of all the chips between now and the end of the season. The Pod begins with discussion on the FA Cup weekend with Tottenham and Ange Postecoglu now perhaps teetering on the brink after defeat at Aston Villa, but the big shock came at Home Park as Plymouth Argyle defeated a heavily rotated Liverpool - and by consequence the landscape for FPL managers has changed again. There's discussion on activating a Chip now, with Aston Villa and Liverpool about to Double, the importance of mainpulating Gameweeks 33 and 34 with many 33 doublers then likely to blank in 34 - but has it become easier to manage following Liverpool's elimination from the Cup!? Plus, the impact that the FA Cup and Europa League finals could still have, why GW36 could have doubles before GW37 blanks, but may also not have any doubles at all. There's a warning about Wildcarding following Blank Gameweek 29, the crazy potentail Assistant Manager big bonus opportunity available now, and consideration is given to preparing for the unexepected, particulary as the upcoming doubles in GW25 caught many by surprise. Suj and James review the weekend of Double Gameweek 24 that rewarded many that invested in doublers from Everton and Liverpool, which included those activating the Assistant Manager Chip on Arne Slot or David Moyes, but also those who held their nerve and activated the Triple Captaincy on Mohamed Salah who scored both in The Reds 2-0 victory at Bournemouth. Friday's announcement of at least one Double in Gameweek 25 has changed the landscape for FPL managers again and there's discussion on each of the 6 teams who could Double in 26 and the players that may well be sought under different permutations. But with the transfer window closing today and important Cup fixtures to be played before Gameweek 25 now is a good time for FPL managers to take stock and seek further information before acting. As usual all the games are reviewed, featuring Nottingham Forest's brilliant 7-0 victory against Brighton which included a Chris Wood hat-trick, Arsenal's humbling of Manchester City by five goals to one, and Tottenham not only won a game, but kept a clean sheet in the process too at Brentford. Suj and James review the weekend of Gameweek 17 that provided some monster scores as Mo Salah returned his biggest FPL haul of his incredible season as Liverpool won 6-3 at Tottenham, while Arsenal were also big scorers this weekend as they hit 5 at Crystal Palace. But much of the debate for FPL managers is now who to replace the injured Bukayo Saka following his hamstring pull. Options are considered throughout he Podcast, including spreading the money and could that even bring a rout back to Erling Haaland in time for Manchester City's enticing next 5 fixtures!? Question is, after City's latest setback at Villa, where Morgan Rogers (benched my many) hauled, do FPL managers have any confidence to invest in Pep's men? Plus, brilliant Bournemouth, Nottingham Forest's tactical tweak, Everton's strength in defence, Trent Alexander-Arnold acises a big debate, Alexander Isak is on fire and plenty more... But Palmer wasn't the only big name FPL player to underwhelm this weekend where having the right differentials will have made the difference for many. There's coverage of all 9 games as Arsenal and Liverpool both dropped points at home and City blew a lead late to lose the Manchester Derby. Suj and James review the weekend of Gameweek 15 that saw us a game down following the postponement of The Merseyside Derby and the Podcast includes details of when the game may be rearranged to. Unfortunately for those still on the Erling Haaland path, Mo Salah owners appear to have won again, with many moving the captaincy from Salah to Cole Palmer who returned with an 18 pointer in Chelsea's 4-3 victory at White Hart Lane which increased the pressure on Ange Postecoglu. Is James ready to call time on the Aussie's reign!? Plus, analysis of all the games, info on those walking the suspension tightrope, defenders are on agenda but there aren't many that convince, should Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa really be sold after returning well against Newcastle, Gameweek 16 should look good on paper and there are well wishes for Michail Antonio. Suj and James review all the Gameweek 13 games as the pain continued for many who are still on Erling Haaland as the FPL midfield trio of Mohamed Salah, Bukayo Saka and Cole Palmer scored 45 points between them. Can Haaland owners really sell now? Or does it feel like they've got to? City were beaten again at Liverpool and comfortably so, whilst Arsenal and Chelsea both won comfortably, as did Ruben Amorim's Manchester United who go to The Emirates next. All the key FPL topics covered including whether it's time to dump Bryan Mbeumo, whether West Ham can be invested in, if Alexander Isak owners will move on to Nicolas Jackson, enablers in defence and midfield are covered and there's debate about captaincy for GW14 with Palmer likely to be favoured by many against a depleted Southampton, but could he be rested!? And Suj has gone early with two moves ahead of Gameweek 14, and it may be the same two template players that James targets, with one of them a certainty for purchase. But there will be some who struggled and the swing against for Erling Haaland owners is a tough one to take. Is it time to call it quits on FPL's highest priced player? Haaland's latest blank came in an astonishing result at The Etihad as Tottenham won 4-0, much to James' delight; and there were also comfortable victories for Arsenal and Wolves whilst Liverpool made hard work of beating Southampton and we saw Ruben Amorim's debut as Manchester United manager end in a draw at Ipswich. All the games reviewed as usual which included those disappointing days for West Ham and Tottenham and another disappointing day for vulnerable Manchester City, who were beaten by a Brighton side who now very much appeal for Fantasy managers and so to will Chelsea and Arsenal assets following their draw at Stamford Bridge. Both have very positive long-term fixtures. But the player the lads will probably want to but most is Alexander Isak, there's interest too in double ups on teams defensively, a Trent replacement may be needed, Mo Salah was on it again and provided another double point return ahead of facing the league's bottom side in Gameweek 12. Suj and James review all the key talking points from the Gameweek 8 weekend and for many it was an FPL weekend to forget with many popular assets blanking, but there were success stories to be found with the likes of Mo Salah, Heung-Min Son (perhaps controversially) and Ollie Watkins returning well. Son, was gambled on by a number of FPL managers just before deadline with concern surrounding Bukayo Saka, who wouldn't feature in The Gunners first defeat of the season at Bournemouth. Did those managers have inside information on Saka's absence!? James is holding on to a place just inside the top 10k, but his biggest joy of the weekend was seeing success for Tottenham in the Planet FPL Derby, which features heavily in a Gameweek Review that also covers how Chelsea impressed despite defeat at Liverpool. And it was a third blank in a row for Erling Haaland at Wolves, so surely he can't blank again with whipping boys Southampton up next. Or could he!? Arsenal assets with be in high demand; so is double defensive the way to go after another resolute showing in earning a point in a dramatic encounter at Manchester City?
