Like so many epidemics before, the loss of so many lives began with a single microscopic organism. It is human nature to seek even the the smallest comfort in reason or logic for events as catastrophic as these. A virus, spreading under the population like a common cold which does not choose a time or place, hate or care, it just happens. When there is no stopping it, no cure, no vaccin and it is claiming the lives of thousands, thje world is placed under quarantine. The walls around us were built to last and so shall we!
