I on ale například natáčel scénu, v níž musel bizarně vykonat velkou potřebu v kanceláři.

ITP - 110 focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities for teachers over 50 seeking international teaching positions. Hosted by Greg, JP Mint, and Kent, with guests Stacey Stephens and Lissa Layman from TIE Online, the discussion introduces TIE's new Over 50 Guide. This resource aims to support older educators by addressing age-related hiring limitations, navigating country-specific regulations, and highlighting the importance of lifelong learning and adaptability. The guide is a collaborative, evolving effort based on crowdsourced data from educators and administrators, offering practical tips such as demonstrating ongoing professional development and planning career trajectories with age restrictions in mind. A key takeaway is the need for over-50 educators to recalibrate their job expectations, expand their search to less conventional regions, and leverage networking for new opportunities. The podcast highlights that 62% of international schools registered with TIE report hiring teachers over 50 or 60, dispelling the notion that international teaching is limited to younger educators. Future plans include expanding guides to address other demographics and regions, with a focus on underserved groups. The episode underscores TIE Online's commitment to fostering an inclusive international education community by providing real-time data, professional growth tools, and actionable resources for educators at all stages of their careers. Sound Bites "Plan backwards for your career." "Recalibrate your expectations for salary." "Seek high quality health care as you age." "Crowdsourcing information is key for teachers." "Lean into your experience and value." "My peer group is retiring." "It's difficult to maintain a social life." "Where are the countries that hire over 60?" "62% of schools have no age limits." ITP - 108 Jess Gosling shares her experiences as an international teacher and mother, discussing the challenges and rewards of raising a child in different cultures. She emphasizes the importance of emotional education for children, the role of women in education, and the significance of community support through social media. Jess also provides insights into job searching for international teachers and the cultural adjustments that come with living abroad. Her reflections on education systems highlight the need for a more child-centered approach in teaching. Takeaways The transition to living abroad can be challenging but rewarding for families. Emotional and social education is crucial for children's development. International schools often provide a more flexible and supportive environment for teachers and students. Community support through social media can be invaluable for new international teachers. Job searching in international education requires thorough research and networking. Women are underrepresented in leadership roles in education, and initiatives like WomenEd aim to change that. Cultural adjustments are necessary when moving to a new country, and preparation is key. Early childhood education should focus on relationships and emotional well-being. Teachers should advocate for a more child-centered approach in education systems. Networking and reaching out to current teachers can provide valuable insights into potential schools. This was supposed to be a bonus episode, but it's really a textbook ITP episode where we talk about a garage classic and two other versions, with lots of crucial digressions - like the early days. The song is "Go Ahead" by garage legends The Squires from Connecticut. A folk-punk jangler with churning organ - if you don't like it, what are you doing here?! The second version is by the Pop Art Toasters, with the recently departed Martin Phillips on vocals. New Zealand sure is the land of avuncular vocalists! The third and final version is by The Jack Cades, who bring the song into the 2020s with a lot of ghostly atmosphere and implied noise. Keep the fire burning!
Now I want to take some of that knowledge out of the lab and into the hands of people who can really use it. On this podcast I talk about all things aging and healthspan, from supplements and nutrition to the latest discoveries in longevity research. My goal is to lift the veil on the geroscience and longevity world and help you apply what we know to your own personal health trajectory. We are three years old as of April 2024. Thank you, listeners, for joining us. We do this for you! This episode features Kent, JP, and Greg as they reminisce just a little bit about the past, discuss Greg's new book, celebrate JPMint's second year triumphs, and wrap up the show with some forecasts for the next year. Since this is the 3rd birthday/anniversary of ITP and the 2nd birthday/anniversary of JPMint Consulting, there are four different versions of the birthday song in this episode. The episode opens with part of the Venezuelan birthday songs. There is a special Venezuelan song that precedes the "happy birthday". The midpoint song is in Korean. Finally, we end the episode with Arabic and English versions of the birthday song. Thank you to all of our listeners for the past three years and many years to come! Working as a health care reporter in North Carolina, WFAE's Dana Miller Ervin heard about jail inmates living with serious mental illnesses who cycled for years between jails and psychiatric hospitals. The courts deem them too sick to stand trial – incapable to proceed or ITP – but they often wait months to get the care they need just so their cases can move forward. Ervin detailed her investigation in an 11-part WFAE radio series, “Fractured,” made with support from FRONTLINE's Local Journalism Initiative. Now, a documentary by the same name follows Ervin as she chronicles the plight of ITP inmates. Fractured is directed by Débora Souza Silva, a 2023 recipient of the FRONTLINE/Firelight Media Investigative Journalism Fellowship. Ervin and Silva joined Raney Aronson-Rath on The FRONTLINE Dispatch to discuss making the film; how long waits for care affect these defendants as well as others in the criminal justice system; and potential solutions to the problem. The “Fractured” documentary is streaming on FRONTLINE's website, YouTube, and the PBS App. Read and listen to more from WFAE and FRONTLINE's series Fractured.

Starting mineral balancing early, even during pregnancy, can have significant benefits for both the mother and the baby. The four lows pattern is becoming more common in children, indicating low mineral levels and adrenal function. Dosing for children should be adjusted based on age, weight, and size, and it is important to be conservative with supplementation. Involving the whole family in mineral balancing can create a supportive environment and role model healthy habits for children. Red light therapy can be used for children, with caution and appropriate dosing, to support their health and well-being. Sauna use for children should be approached with caution, and shorter sessions with lower heat are recommended. Mineral balancing can have significant benefits for children's health, including improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and increased concentration. Creating a calm and peaceful home environment is crucial for children's overall health and well-being. Retesting and adjusting the protocol is important for optimal results in mineral balancing. Mineral balancing can be beneficial for children with vaccine injuries and autism. Flexibility in implementing the program for children is important, and even partial adherence can yield positive results. Continued support and mentorship are invaluable when learning and practicing a new skill. Having access to startup materials can greatly enhance the learning experience and provide valuable resources for clients. Understanding and addressing detox reactions is important for clients' well-being and success in the program. Recommendations and promotions from satisfied students can help attract new students to the course. Summary: In this conversation, Susan Cachay discusses the importance of mineral balancing for children's health. She explains the shift towards mineral balancing and the effectiveness of this approach. Susan also highlights the detrimental effects of toxins on children and the need to start mineral balancing early. She discusses the four lows pattern and the dosing considerations for children. Susan emphasizes the importance of a healthy diet for children and provides tips for administering supplements. Lastly, she discusses the use of red light therapy for children's health. A Realtor for 23 years and counting, Johnson provides detailed services tailored to her client's needs. Over the last 15 years, she has partnered with Fortress Real Estate, the exclusive listing company for Fortress Builders. A local builder and developer in Cobb County, Fortress Builders is a frontrunner in the industry with over 50 years of experience constructing single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, active adult developments and master-planned communities. Johnson said, “I've been with them for so long because when you find a builder that builds a quality product, and they do what they say they're going to do…you want to stay with them.” The Fortress team strives to do more than simply build and develop subdivisions for residents in metro Atlanta. The builder aims to curate a community for homeowners to enjoy and thrive in as the years pass. In one of its newest communities, Terraces at Logan Park, Fortress Builders excels at constructing a community filled with thoughtfully designed residences to call home. The new Acworth community draws prospective buyers in with its stellar location, walkability, spacious floor plans, top-notch design appointments and interior features. The community also showcases a private park with sidewalks and a gazebo, perfect for leisurely strolls. One significant change in buyers' wish lists that Johnson sees is a request for an at-home workspace as more and more people continue to work from home. Other top attractions include better pricing outside the ITP area, local hotspots and amenities. The Cali floor plan features an office space with a built-in desk, ideal for work-from-home days and homework assignments. Johnson said, “Buyers are also looking for that light and bright color scheme as well!” According to Johnson, now is the time to purchase a new home, especially in Cobb County! With buyers expecting the Fed to shift towards rate cuts in 2024 and 2025, this will bring much-needed relief to home sales. For buyers who don't want to wait and are looking to purchase now, the Fortress Builders preferred lenders are offering prospective buyers a no-lender fee refinance within five years of your closing date.
