So, I suppose, tonight is our big AMERICA episode. We're smoking Red Meat Lovers cigars, we're chugging beers, and we're time traveling back to sweet 1986 to talk about cute beach babes in bikinis. It doesn't get more ‘Merica than that! Or at least that's what our great nation was at some point in fairly recent history before everything got weird and everyone decided to be angry and pissed off at each other 24/7. But we here at the TNCC believe that if we hold those core values sacred (stogies, booze, bikinis) everything will eventually sort itself out and we'll all be back to normal again. Until then… JUST PARTY!!!!! For non-medical people, the ER environment looks dramatic and exciting. For nurses in the ER, some of that drama occurs, but the true rewards come from being able to help people who are in a condition of crisis by correctly managing their injuries and offering comfort. Kaitlynn Williamson, an LNC and a certified emergency nurse and a trauma-certified registered nurse, takes us into the world of a level-one emergency room. In this podcast, she describes some of the situations that are critical for both an emergency room nurse and an LNC to understand. Many times, when multiple injuries have occurred, one may be overlooked because another seems more critical. Often the nurse has to deal with language barriers. She or he may have the challenge of patients who say they feel fine and want to go home, a demand that is often caused by their being in shock. Kaitlynn emphasizes the importance of having clear and correct discharge explanations and documentation. This part of ER work often becomes the focus of malpractice suits. She also cites the importance of having patient advocates. They have always played a role in easing the practical and emotional difficulties of patients and their families, and they have assumed even greater importance during the Covid era https://youtu.be/nqGfdCzwlpA Join me in this episode of Legal Nurse Podcast to learn about the Life Cycle of the Emergency Department & the LNC What's an important similarity between emergency room nursing and being a legal nurse consultant? What's one of the most common traumatic injuries to be overlooked in an emergency room? How can you identify the possibility of internal injuries from a visual examination? Why is proper discharge documentation so important? How can the risk of violence perpetrated by intoxicated, other agitated patients, or family members be decreased? How can patient advocates help patients and their families? Join Us For Report Writing Mastery 2021! Join our Live Course starting November 2021 Get the Writing Handbook and so Much More!! Do you need experience reviewing cases and preparing reports? When an attorney asks you for a sample report, what do you have to show? Has an experienced LNC given you feedback on your analysis and sample reports so that you know they are well done? Or are you crossing your fingers and hoping you did a good job? Would you rather get feedback on how you can improve your work product from an experienced LNC or from a disappointed client? Report Writing Mastery is a proven specific step by step process of creating sample reports to use in your marketing to attorneys. Attorneys function in a field in which the right words can make a difference between winning or losing a case. By the end of this program you will have1. A set of medical records to use for building your skills and creating sample reports2. 4 types of sample reports to show when someone interested in hiring you asks for examples of your work3. I always tell people when they ask about what we do here at the TNCC that each episode we take you through a film scene-by-scene like an old-timey radio play and this evening our show actually sounds like an old-timey radio play due to some occasional audio static that pops up unfortunately. I mean that static was intentional, totally intentional. I should have fucking known when Tut pulled out a White Claw hard seltzer from his fridge that tonight's show was going to go south quickly. As you can see in the image above, Room 101’s Matt Booth flashes his cock to the TNCC in tonight’s very special, riveting interview and he also shows us the Swarovski crystal jewel-encrusted dildo that he keeps in his office. After listening to another cigar podcast recently (something I don’t believe I’d ever done before), I decided to start off tonight’s show with a brief discussion about how “podcasts are dying and shitty podcasters are killing them”. This semester through Spring 2019, we will be learning and studying from a series called "Explore God." Everyone has questions. While our questions may be many or few, most of us have at least seven: Does life have a purpose? Is there a God? Why does God allow pain and suffering? Is Christianity too narrow? Is Jesus really God? Is the Bible reliable? Can I know God personally? These questions are grappled with by scholars, school children and everyone in between. They are the seven big questions everyone has when they get honest about exploring God. Let’s explore together. This evening we heard from Rafael Santiago, Lead Pastor at Crosswalk Church-John Tyler campus as he addressed the next question in our series, "Is the Bible Reliable?" Tribe Fellowship (TF) is an on-campus college ministry at William & Mary hosted by the Williamsburg Community Chapel. TF is open to all college-aged young adults. Well boys and ghouls, we are officially smack dab in the middle of our annual “Countdown to Halloween Bootacular & Spooktastic Drinking Extravaganza”! As loyal listeners of the show know well by now, the TNCC loves this time of year and we always look forward to programming a fun batch of horror films to talk you through on a crisp October night as you put your feet up by the fireplace and sip on something tasty. Unless you live in Central Texas, like us, where it's still 90 fucking degrees outside. But I digress. Tonight's film may seem like more of a “thriller' on a surface level but, trust us, this puppy delivers real deal scares and it leads us […] The post Episode 80 – Summer of 84 (2018) / Cinco Décadas cigar / Summer Solstice ale appeared first on Tuesday Night Cigar Club.

Welcome back to the Tribe Fellowship Podcast as we jump into our Fall 2018 semester! This evening we heard from Landon Morrow, Youth Pastor at Crosswalk Church as he addressed the next question in our series, "Is Christianity Too Narrow?" Yes folks, it's our big Fourth Of July Freedom Spectacular & Drinking Extravaganza!!! Or something like that. And in typical Tuesday Night Cigar Club fashion it's airing several weeks after the actual holiday so, if nothing else, we are incredibly consistent. But, and this is a big BUT, for all you TNCC followers out there who have been clamoring for a shorter episode of the show your prayers have been answered. Tonight we feature a super short cigar which led things down the road to it being a super short show so I'm going to keep things shorter than usual here on this page as well to keep everything copacetic. But don't get used to it, we'll be back real […] The post Episode 76 – Return Of The Living Dead (1985) / Mi Querida Firecracker cigar / Undead Party Crasher beer appeared first on Tuesday Night Cigar Club.
I considered writing up tonight's episode page by channeling the voice of Charles Bronson like I did way back on Episode 3 but over the last 67 episodes I've lost a little bit of gas in the ol' creative tank for some reason, thanks beer!!!, so I'm just going to type this up all normal like.
