No Fence, No Limits shares the raw and emotional ups and downs of Kelly's path to creating 13 Interiors which she hopes will inspire others to take the leap into the unknown and embrace their path on their own terms. HIGHLIGHTS Kelly talks about her story and how 13 Interiors evolved. Kelly's book, No Fence, No Limits focuses on the expectations of women and how you imagine your life going in a certain direction and what happens when things pivot or change direction. What it was like moving from the mining industry to interior design. How creativity was a constant theme in Kelly's life. Kelly opens up about success. The importance of having a support network and the right people around you. Why it's never too late to change. Comparison can creep into everyday life, but you are the only one who can change that and how it affects you. Kelly talks about what creating a meaningful life and business means to her. Through the greatest adversity amazing things can still happen. The importance of mindset, boundaries and how to move forward through challenging and difficult times. On the 29th August 2025, WA Country Cricket lost one of it's favourite sons and arguably one of its finest players of the recent past. Glen Dehring, or Dehro as he was often known, dominated the Cricket fields of WA Country and in fact Australian Country Cricket for nearly 4 decades and was to become the most decorated player in WA Country Crickets history. A former WA Country XI Captain at multiple Australian Country Cricket Championships in the 1990's and 2000's as well as Australian Country XI captain in 1998, Glen stands alone for WA Country when it comes to success at the highest level of the ACCC. In 2025, Glen was named in the Australian Country Cricket Hall of Fame, only the second West Australian to reach that honour. Sadly, on the 29th August 2025, Glen lost his long battle with Cancer. This episode is a tribute to Glen. A gathering of former Marist Cricket Club teammates and ex WA Country XI players - Chris Waddingham (Waddo), Paul Tomasi (Titi), Tony Warren (Rabs), Jeff Wooton (Woots) and Brendan King (Kingy), joined host Rob Marshall in this episode to reflect and remember a remarkable individual, only 24 hours after a massive service in Bunbury had been held to say goodbye to a much loved and cherished member of the WA Country Cricket Community. This is your chance to hear, remember and reflect also. Vale - Glen Dehring. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Employers and employees have a fascinating work relationship. Workplace stories and topics are always of interest to the media because their listeners/viewers/readers are generally either an employer or an employee. Our guest on the Experts Podcast this week is Executive Search specialist Laura Grierson from Acacia. She joins Nic to discuss the newly passed law in Australia, 'the right to disconnect'. Laura wrote an excellent Opinion Editorial published in The West Australian recently, so we wanted to chat to her about her views on this legislation, and what it means for both employees and employers. Laura is uniquely positioned in executive recruitment and the resource sector. She tells us about her motivation to engage the media and walks us through her media experience. It's a fantastic approach which raises the morale of her team, has seen her stand out from others in her industry, as well as being a great talking point with new business. So much return for what can simply be described as putting your expertise and opinion out there. A wonderful chat for all business leaders to understand some reasons why you might put yourself forward to engage the media on behalf of your brand, your industry and maybe even more importantly, for your staff.

Talking Tigers pays a special tribute to Kamdyn McIntosh on this week’s show. The TT team recount their memories, both on-field and off-field, of the dual premiership Tiger who played his last game for the Club in the final home-and-away round of the 2025 season and tell why he is such a great Richmond man. Also, in the latest episode of the Club’s podcast juggernaut, there’s plenty of praise for much-improved Tiger key defender Ben Miller, as well as Sam Banks, Tylar Young, Taj Hotton and Seth Campbell. The “Going up the Country” segment focuses on a West Australian coastal town where a Richmond excitement machine of the late-1980s-early 1990s hailed from. “60 Years of MCG Memories” features the Tigers’ glorious, drought-breaking 1967 premiership triumph. While, in “Hidden Tigerland”, club historian Rhett Bartlett has fascinating details on Richmond’s decision to forfeit a Grand Final during its VFA days. For all things Yellow and Black, tune in to Talking Tigers.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

The dramatic shakeout from the general election continued this week, this time from the left wing of Australian politics, with WA Greens senator Dorinda Cox defecting to Labor.
