I've got a very personal episode for you today on the podcast. I just wrapped up a year of private coaching with the best coach I have ever worked with and it was the most transformative year I've experienced. We worked through all of life's big questions and had totally different results than what I went in seeking, which was exactly what I needed. Through her work, millions of the world's poorest people stepped into their leadership and were able to feed themselves and their families. Empowering women was at the heart of this success. Cathy now works with women who find questions of soul and meaning are becoming more important. She helps women overcome limiting mindsets and crafts, lives and businesses where soul and impact are aligned and flow. She's won a bunch of awards, including the Australian Financial Review Women of Influence Award. She's the author of a few books, unlikely leaders, lessons in leadership from the village classroom, and lead in mindsets to lead, live and work differently. Today, I am sharing with you what lead to the 2023 exhaustion, how I identify it so that I don't reach burnout and what I did to give myself the best chance of this not happening again.
