The Untying the Knot approach to “in the moment” coaching and feedback that Dianna created has given thousands of people, worldwide, the practical skills they need to turn everyday conversations into opportunities to help others learn from their day-to-day challenges, create connections, and inspire people to take action. Forbes calls Dianna a pioneer in the creation of coaching cultures. She recognized the transformational power of coaching as a leadership style in the early ‘90s when she began her coaching career. Lauren Zulli is a Senior Learning Strategist and Internal Coach on the Global Leadership Development team here at Herman Miller. Lauren is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, as well as a Psychological Safety Coach through The Academy of Brain-based Leadership. Lauren also holds certifications in Energy Leadership through Institute for Professional Excellence and is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher through the University of California San Diego, School of Medicine. Lauren obtained her Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Physics and Astronomy from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Business Administration in Sustainability from Duquesne University. Lauren is an explorer of the outdoors, a dedicated yogini, and aspiring triathlete. Her typical weekend looks like lounging with a book at the beach, hiking mountain trails, and noshing on fish tacos.
Heather Esposito is the Senior Manager of Global Leadership Development for Herman Miller. In the last 5 years, she has focused much of her work around the neuroscience of quality conversations, Growth Mindset, and Psychological Safety while serving as an internal executive coach and coach trainer for the leaders at Herman Miller. She developed and launched the coaching program which recently won a gold award from Chief Learning Officer magazine and a bronze award from Brandon Hall Consulting. She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership. Heather is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She is passionate about helping others reach their full potential by unlocking limiting beliefs and mindsets that get in the way. She has spent over 2500 hours either in coaching conversations with our employees and leaders or helping our employees and leaders learn the skill of coaching. Heather is an avid learner. She holds two bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of New Orleans and two masters degrees. Her Masters in Special Education is from the University of New Orleans and she recently completed a Masters Degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development through Louisiana State University during 2020. Outside of work, she is a wife to Eddie and mother to Jorden, 22; Mattie, 19; and Amelia, almost 16. Myron is our Vice President of Global Product Innovation where he is responsible for rapid development and commercialization of new consumer products and material-based solutions. He came to us from Nike (and Dow Chemical before that) where he led teams of world-class innovators with proven delivery on multiple product launches that have earned (16) internal/external awards. Myron is passionate about developmental projects that involve cross-functional teamwork, business case development, data-based decision making, intellectual property strategy and external technology positioning. He holds both a bachelor and masters science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Dr. Dan Radecki is Co-founder at the Academy of Brain-based Leadership (ABL), which offers a scientifically validated, brain-based approach for future-oriented leaders and organizations interested in optimizing their performance, relationships and health.
