Who would have thought clearing out your knicker draw would be such an interesting and insightful experience? Well Kerri did. But what are we really going to talk about? This is a journey from unconscious to conscious. Kerry had a very successful job, no reason to change or search, but that's not who she is. Her journey started in the NHS and took her on a deep journey of personal growth and understanding to the coaching work she does today. I can't imagine doing a 30 day immersion coaching course, but she attended 4 "back in the day" and it both woke her up and transformed her. Her recent book, Life Lessons from Your Knicker Drawer was a best seller and saw her featured on national radio and in Best Magazine, amongst others. To quote her son "you're always on the radio Mum, I'm not listening..."  Enjoy her journey of discovery and some fascinating insights that so many of us can learn from. You can find Kerry on her website, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedInMy passion is Inspiring Women to Inspire Women. In today's episode, I have the privilege of introducing to you Kevin Evans, President of WEB Media Group and Napa Valley Life Magazine. Kevin talks about his youth in this episode, growing up on the streets of Detroit and eventually graduating from the University of Michigan Dearborn. From being a staff writer in the early 80's as an editor with the local paper, writing in big cities like Raleigh NC, Houston TX, Loa Angeles CA, and Austin TX where he resides today, Kevin eventually found himself as the President of WEB Media Group and Napa Valley Life Magazine. Kevin discusses how Napa Valley Life Magazine came about in 2016 as more of a revamp rom a local magazine to a national magazine influencing people all across the country. Kevin said his vision was to bring information to people all across the US who are active in the wine buying community that only visit Napa once or twice a year.  This would create more of an awareness for the boutique wineries or the bed and breakfast's in Napa which in turn would increase revenue and knowledge of them throughout the process. Kevin talks about his biggest strength in his ability to listen to the problems people have and in turn his ability to come up with creative solutions for their problems. Kevin talks about how he really loves focusing in on what people are looking for in Napa, the ability for him and his team to create amazing stories, and his love for partnering with a variety of different organizations in Napa Valley. Kevin talks about receiving the award for Best Magazine in the Best City and Regional Category at the 2018 Nichee Awards and the privilege it was to receive this incredible honor. Kevin also emphasizes his team, the people who go to bat with him each and every day, and how if it wasn't for these individuals it wouldn't be possible for his to acknowledge the kind of success he's fortunate enough to achieve every day. This episode is going to inspire you in so many ways!  Kevin absolutely loves what he does and it shows every time he reflects on the lives that he's touching, and the variety of different ways he's making an impact on the community. Kevin is without a doubt a man who is on a mission to tell every story in Napa Valley and someone who will never stay satisfied when looking for more content to create. So sit back, relax, and get ready, because you are going to love this episode.
