Su libro La Fuerza del Muerto, publicado por la Editorial Guante Blanco de Oscar Fabrega, es una obra que mezcla investigación y ficción para narrar hechos que, en su mayoría, son reales. El protagonista es un hombre envuelto en misterio que, según los relatos de testigos, poseía habilidades inexplicables: podía influir en las personas, mover objetos sin tocarlos e incluso desafiar las leyes del tiempo y el espacio. Su presencia en los pueblos de España durante los años 50 provocaba respeto y temor a partes iguales. Todo comienza cuando Ismael Barbado, un hombre humilde de Extremadura busca la ayuda de El Chino para salvar a su esposa enferma. A partir de su encuentro, Ismael se convierte en testigo de hechos inquietantes que desafían toda lógica. La historia se desarrolla en la España rural bajo el régimen franquista, en los años 50. Comienza con Ismael, quien desesperado por la salud de su esposa, busca a un misterioso curandero que ha llegado a su pueblo. Este hombre, apodado El Chino, viste un traje claro, carga un maletín con objetos desconocidos y parece saber más de lo que dice. Con el paso del tiempo, Ismael y los habitantes del pueblo comienzan a presenciar sucesos cada vez más extraños: Uno de los episodios más impactantes ocurre en una taberna, donde los presentes son testigos de un acto imposible que deja una huella imborrable en quienes lo presencian. A lo largo de la narración, se plantean interrogantes que desafían la lógica:¿Quién era realmente El Chino? ¿Un mago? ¿Un viajero del tiempo? ¿Un ser de otro mundo? José Rodrigo Aréchiga Gamboa, known as El Chino Ántrax, was a notorious figure in the Sinaloa Cartel, leading its elite hit squad, Los Ántrax. Born in Culiacán, he rose quickly through the cartel ranks, becoming infamous for his brutal efficiency in eliminating rivals. Under his leadership, Los Ántrax carried out violent operations, including high-profile assassinations, all while El Chino flaunted his luxurious lifestyle on social media, gaining a cult-like following. His flamboyance, however, made him a target for law enforcement, leading to his arrest in Amsterdam in 2013. Extradited to the U.S., he pled guilty to drug trafficking charges, but in 2020, he escaped custody. Days later, his tortured body was found in Sinaloa, signaling that even cartel leaders are not immune to the deadly consequences of betrayal or perceived disloyalty.
