Faith in God – Is it an irrational belief it something you can't see? Or are there instances where faith is logical and reasonable? Which kind of Faith does God expect from us? The truth is that we ALL live by faith whether you are Christian, religious, or atheist. No one has knowledge of EVERYTHING, therefore some measure of faith is required no matter what your worldview. Logical faith is based on knowledge and experience, while illogical faith is believing something in the ABSENCE of evidence (like believing in evolution…). In this week's podcast we will begin a series on faith. For exclusive content, Q&A Videos, and private Bible study, become a Faith By Reason Patreon www.patreon.com/faithbyreason
Do not those who plot evil go astray? But those who plan what is good find[a] love and faithfulness. Go out and plan with your friends. Jesus came to us to help us plan the good, to help us find love, and to help us build the faithful to God. Every time you hear a message that tells us to spread more love, every time you hear a message that says, to join hands and bring all of us closer together through faith. That's God speaking with us, telling us that He loves us and Is there for us, with and through us. God as our heavenly Heavenly Father is Helping us to plan good and bring out the good in everyone we meet. Help us to find that love, that eternal love that you put in every one of us so that we can plan good for the universe that you built for us. Help us to spread your love around so that we all have That wonderful feeling that you are speaking with us.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/faith-love-trust--3493635/support.

A look at how faith even played a part with Abram in the Old Testament.
Our topic this week is FAITH & RISK. An unusual combination I know, but that stands to reason based on my personality. I don't like thinking inside the box and believe we need to force ourselves to see God's Word on a a really big, board scale—well outside the box!. This is a topic or topics that God requires of us to face and get real with, then we are to discuss it openly and honestly and take that RISK through FIATH and get back to Christ Centered Basics. We are straying farther and faster from Christ centered, authentic, unapologetic, Biblical boldness. Why? Because many churches and their leaders are afraid of taking any measurable RISK

The new believers devoted themselves to living together as they enjoyed the common life they had in Jesus through faith.
The Holy Spirit came upon the Apostles just as Jesus had promised. He came in power and authority.
The show today is part one of a two-part show Join us as we discuss the changing landscape of Christianity in American and abroad. With the rise of Christian fascism in Europe, there's similar posturing under the Trump administration. Many in the administration's orbit continue to move more ideologically towards theocracy. This may sound extreme, but the seeds of change have been planted for years by the religious right and the Moral Majority. Theocracy's a crazy conservative fever dream that some buy into, either in practice or perspective. We must remain vigilant and awake as the religious right continues to wield its power in politics. What will the future hold? Well, it's up to you to stand firm and oppose this. None of this has to do with Jesus, so why does Christianity get so tied up in it? Come along for the ride as we skewer through life, culture, and spirituality in the face of a changing world. www.SnarkyFaith.com

Jesus and motorsports might seem an unlikely pairing - but one man has been openly bringing his Christian faith to the racetrack since 2007, and attracting quite a bit of attention in the process. Andrew “Fishtail” Fisher once worked in the corporate world, but is now part of the Jesus Racing team, which races in the Yokohama V8 Ute Series. He came in to talk about why his ute has the name “Jesus” plastered all over it; what it means to race “for Jesus”; and the “Life Choices” program, which encourages teenagers to think carefully about important decisions and what living life to the full really looks like.
