In a world marked by turmoil and uncertainty, the transfiguration of Jesus invites us to rediscover the power of prayer as a channel to God's sustaining presence. This sermon weaves personal testimony with the wisdom of spiritual ancestors, reminding us that mystical experiences are not distant relics but present-day invitations to be changed, to listen, and to align our lives with the movement of love. As we journey through the season of Epiphany, may we practice staying awake—seeking God in prayer, sharing our experiences, and stepping forward in hope.

As we're at the beginning of a fresh, new year, this is the time to reflect, and get crystal clear on what intentionality you're bringing to the year ahead.I'm so, so grateful for Kylie's friendship, and to have experienced this transformation over the last few years. I've loved watching her ‘follow the fun', and really give herself permission to continue exploring what lights her up. “I've really enjoyed getting into classrooms to affirm my colleagues. I seek whenever I do a visit to say something that is both positive and true. I could just be positive, but if it's not truthful, students can sense that. I've really enjoyed getting to bop in, see great teaching in action, and affirm my colleagues in front of their students.”Dr. Brett D.
