See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

On Episode #145 of the PricePlow Podcast, Mike and Ben sit down with Christian Jonassen and Preston Losee from Arla Foods Ingredients to learn more about manufacturing protein bars and high-protein snacks – especially from the ingredient perspective. Arla Foods Ingredients is a subsidiary of Arla Foods, the world's fourth-largest dairy company.

This week, we're joined by Jill Jonassen to talk about Red Wine & Blue's new limited series podcast The Cost Of Extremism. Our hosts Rachel, Jasmine and Amanda are taking a well-deserved summer break during the month of August, but don't worry - there will still be a podcast in your Suburban Women Problem feed! The Cost of Extremism is a 4-episode deep dive into the true cost of extremism… on our kids, families, and communities. After hearing all about the new pod, our hosts are joined by one of our favorite guests of all time, Jess McIntosh. Jess hosts AMA (that's Ask Me Anything) events with Red Wine & Blue where attendees can ask questions about gender and sexuality without any judgment. So today, we held our own mini-AMA where Jasmine, Rachel, and Amanda were able to ask some of the most common questions that come up at these AMA events - plus a few of their own! Should we be putting our pronouns in our email signature? What exactly is gender-affirming care? And what are some ways we can all think about our own gender, regardless of how we identify? It's okay to have questions, and Jess McIntosh has answers. Finally, Amanda, Rachel and Jasmine raise a glass to travel, nature, and adventure in this episode's “Toast to Joy.”We'll be on a 4-week break for the month of August but The Cost Of Extremism will be right here in the SWP feed. And we'll be back in September with more episodes of The Suburban Women Problem! For a transcript of this episode, please email theswppod@redwine.blue. Trude Jonassen - "Guds Farskjærlighet"
We all want to do our part to change the world, and little changes add up. But sometimes we get inspired to pivot and make a big change… and that's what today's episode is all about! After a dive into the news (seriously, how is there so much breaking news every week?), Amanda, Jasmine, and Rachel are joined by Jill Jonassen. Jill creates videos and hosts Twitter Lives for Red Wine & Blue, but she didn't always work in politics. After Trump's election, she went on a journey that started with getting more involved with school boards and brought her to the work she does today. You can read Jill's Op-Ed here and learn more about her Live conversations here. And after that, Amanda sits down for a chat with Adeline Koh. While on sabbatical from her job as a race and gender studies professor, Adeline started a beauty company called Sabbatical Beauty. Like Jill, she was nervous to quit her job and start something new, but she knew she wanted to dedicate her work to the causes she believes in. Sabbatical Beauty has supported many progressive causes and now they're partnering with Red Wine & Blue on their “Beauty Is Political” line. Finally, Amanda, Rachel and Jasmine raise a glass to unexpected but necessary conversations, husbands, Hawaii, and moms supporting moms in this episode's “Toast to Joy.”It's hard to believe, but we've recorded almost 100 episodes of The Suburban Women Problem. So to celebrate, we're hosting a live virtual event with our very first guest, rockstar historian Heather Cox Richardson! The event will be happening on Monday May 15th and you can purchase pre-sale tickets here. For a transcript of this episode, please email theswppod@redwine.blue. On episode 178, Sabrina and Sol discuss spiritual discernment. One of the main ways we explored spiritual discernment was through cultivating psychological self-awareness. When we are in a space of channeling or picking up information from the field, it is going through the filter of our own consciousness, so naturally understanding our own biases or agendas and developing the skill of putting those things to the side will help clarify our vision. We discuss this and more, such as knowing our limitations, checking ego-inflation, and even slowing down time.Sol was last on episode 88 to discuss the Pluto in Libra placement and generation. Sol With Jonassen is an evolutionary astrologer who has been practicing professionally since 1999 and during that time has spent a lot of time researching the asteroids, delving into Chiron and focused her lens in on the particular capacity astrology is as a healing tool to gain better health, stronger self-awareness and reinstate a spiritual connection. Her work ranges from lecturing, teaching, seeing clients and researching astrology. She has hosted several astrology conferences in Oslo and has been working with both OPA and ISAR for many years. She has also been a teacher at several schools and continues to have a group of students that she mentors online. She has lectured at Norwac, UAC, River of Stars, IVC, Astrology Rising and several other international conferences. She currently writes astrology for one of Norway's biggest magazines, KK. Many have called it the best Women's Test ever, and it's a statement that is difficult to argue with after the contest between Australia and England came down to the final over with all four results possible. Joining Laura and Emily on this week's episode of the Scoop is Kristen Beams and Jess Jonassen, who share their experiences of one of the most memorable Ashes encounters ever. Beamsy, who was observing the action at the ground in the commentary box for ABC Radio, shares her thoughts on the timing of Meg Lanning's declaration, as well as how Australia wrestled the momentum back their way with some savvy bowling changes. JJ offers an unrivalled insight into the chat that was flying around during the chaotic final over, as well as revealing the moment she thought Australia had a sniff of winning this Test match.
Welcome to this edition of the EP podcast on “Jupiter in Pisces” - where Sol Jonassen and I dive into one of the most anticipated planetary transits of 2022! First, we reflect on Jupiter's journey in Aquarius and how the transference of that energy, occurring simultaneously with an ongoing worldwide pandemic, plays into the manifestations of Jupiter moving into the mutable waters of its nighttime domicile. In a stream of consciousness style setting, we ruminate on the many prospects that forward-reaching and abundant Jupiter may bring to the collective table, while also honoring the high side and the potential pitfalls of this transit. We also take on the Jupiter / Neptune grand conjunction, while Sol shares observations on historical figures that have made their mark with this energetic signature in their natal charts. Enjoy Jupiter's piscine transit while it's here, for the great benefic will move so fast through the fishes' sign that if you blink you just might miss it! Ps. These are mighty archetypes for us all to work through as they are focusing in on our deepest relationships, the many challenges of true intimacy and the constant work of reaching a deeper and healthier place of personal power. Nothing says self-development more than this axis. On this axis of life and death, fertility and stagnation, safety and change, some of our most intense drama plays out. And what makes this transit particularly interesting is the presence of the planet of upgrades, Uranus in Taurus. This will all challenge us to think out of the box and try out new approaches.
