En este episodio de No es Gimnasia conversamos con Pere Lavega, profesor e investigador del INEFC (Universitat de Lleida), sobre una idea que cambia por completo la Educación Física: pasar de “enseñar movimiento” a educar la conducta motriz. Hablamos de cómo la acción motriz integra decisiones, emociones y relaciones; de por qué la lógica interna de los juegos es clave para programar con sentido; de la potencia educativa de la cooperación, el conflicto y la empatía motriz; y de por qué la adaptabilidad y la transferencia deberían estar en el centro de la EF actual.
