En Las mañanas de RNE con Josep Cuní, conversamos con Pere Macías, comisionado de la Generalitat de Cataluña para el Traspaso Integral de Rodalies. Pone el foco en lo que considera los dos principales problemas que hay en el sistema ferroviario catalán y español: una falta de inversión brutal y una inadecuación de la nueva política europea, que tiene un principio básico de gestión por proximidad. "Francia o Alemania han adoptado la solución de regionalizar los servicios, aquí va muy lento".Macías explica que las incidencias en las instalaciones ferroviarias se deben, en muchas ocasiones, a las obras que se están llevando a cabo. "Estamos pagando que durante 18 años se haya abandonado el ferrocarril, ahora estamos invirtiendo y esto tiene sus riesgos" y asegura que ahora hay que intentar que las afecciones sean mínimas para poder recuperar "el ferrocarril social". Otro de los problemas que destaca el comisionado es la gran rotación e inestabilidad de los trabajadores: "Hay pocas vocaciones en todos los cuerpos con dependencia estatal". Preguntado por si se va a cumplir el calendario previsto en la negociación entre Gobierno y Generalitat para que llegue el traspaso, Pere Macías dice que están trabajando intensamente y avanzan de forma muy positiva.
