In our exclusive interview, Dr Kuykendall discussed the prevalence of patients with myelofibrosis who have mutations in JAK2, CALR, or MPL; the crucial roles of the JAK1, JAK2, and IRAK1 pathways in disease progression; the importance of considering JAK inhibition in eligible patients; and the challenges associated with managing cytopenic myelofibrosis.

It was a rare start to fall camp, in fact it's something we really haven't seen before. There was literally no 11-11 competition at all during day one of Washington's fall camp, held Wednesday morning inside Husky Stadium. What took place was mostly individual drills for each position group, as well as plenty of special teams work as the Huskies won't get into full pads for a few more workouts. It did allow the guys from Dawgman.com - Kim Grinolds, Chris Fetters, and Scott Eklund - time to really watch the team run and jump around, as well as get their first opportunity at seeing the players that enrolled in June. To start the post-practice podcast, the guys talk about the news that Ryan Otton is medically redshirting. This shouldn't come as big news to hardcore UW fans, as the former Tumwater star and younger brother of Cade Otton played in just two games in three seasons. He simply couldn't get healthy and/or stay healthy, and so a medical retirement definitely felt like it was on the cards. UW Head Coach Jedd Fisch also announced that quarterback Shea Kuykendall is redshirting the 2025 season and will stay on as a student assistant. How does that change the makeup of the QB room? Does it mean the freshmen quarterbacks move up, or had they already passed Kuykendall the depth chart by the end of spring? After some talk about the offensive players that stood out, the guys then turn their attention to the defensive side of the ball, including talk on a couple players that were talked about a lot during Tuesday's media day - defensive back Rahshawn Clark and defensive lineman Anterio Thompson. The guys also talked about the move of true frosh Donovan Robinson to linebacker. Scott provided a quick recruiting update and Kim previewed Thursday's UW Men's Basketball Media Day, as the Dawgman guys will be pulling double duty tomorrow. Wir sprechen über das Buch Körper, Seele, Mensch von Bernd Hontschik – aus unserer Sicht ein eindrucksvolles Plädoyer für eine Medizin, die den ganzen Menschen in den Blick nimmt. During those three days, Bella went from a happy, bubbly baby to alternately crying hysterically and becoming quiet and withdrawn. Then her parents noticed a distinctive pinching bruise on Bella's thigh. An investigation turned up hours of CCTV footage from inside the daycare, showing three workers abusing the baby, including pinching, shoving, crushing, slapping, shaking, and smothering her.Bella's parents, JD and Kaitlin Kuykendall, assumed their baby's abusers would immediately face consequences, but instead, officials seemed hell-bent on sweeping the incident under the rug. The daycare workers responsible remained working at the CDC for months. Only when Bella's parents went public with her story were any charges pressed, and those were woefully inadequate. In this episode, you'll hear my conversation with Kaitlin Kuykendall about what Bella endured, how it continues to affect her to this day, and why Kaitlin and her husband went public with her story. This is the inspiring story of Operation Mei Mei.Operation Mei Mei on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61573058332219Photos related to today's episode can be viewed on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sufferthelittlechildrenpod You can also follow the podcast on:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sufferthelittlechildrenpodTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@STLCpodMy Linktree is available here: https://linktr.ee/stlcpod Visit the podcast's web page at https://www.sufferthelittlechildrenpod.com.
