UFC 316 is in the books, and despite the MMA community feeling somewhat indifferent about the fight card on paper, the most recent UFC pay-per-view event delivered big moments, and certainly a lot to discuss in the fallout — including dominant championship finishes for UFC champs Merab Dvalishvili and, the UFC's newest titleholder Kayla Harrison. On an all-new edition of Between the Links, the panel reacts to UFC 316, Dvalishvili's sensational performance against Sean O'Malley, and discuss if Dvalishvili is the bantamweight GOAT, and if not, what he needs to do to get there. Additionally, topics include Harrison's submission win over Julianna Pena to claim the women's bantamweight title, how massive the potential fight with Amanda Nunes is after their staredown on Saturday night, Patchy Mix losing a lopsided decision, his reaction to the loss, and where the performance ranks in letdowns for UFC debuts, UFC Atlanta, PFL Nashvillie, and more. As coaches, we've all experienced the moment when everything feels aligned–your offer is solid, your webinar is ready to sell, a client is about to sign–and then… it doesn't happen. No sign-ups, no clients, nothing. We've all been here, right? It's a big letdown, and it's often difficult not to take the defeat personally. However, this moment does not have to define you or your coaching business. Overcoming business challenges isn't easy, but it's possible when you use these moments as tools for continued growth instead of allowing it to be a setback. This potential is what we will explore today. What did you do that last time something didn't work out like you had anticipated? Did you begin to question yourself, your decisions, or even your mission? Did you panic and go into the frantic action of problem-solving? Did you emotionally fall apart? All of these are common responses to perceived failure–and they're all completely normal. Why? Because we're human. We have nervous systems that cause us to have these responses. When you begin to understand our reactions from a compassionate, holistic perspective, you reclaim your power. Building awareness around these patterns allows you to offer yourself a more supportive path of greater choice when overcoming business challenges. This space of letdown exists for everybody–and in this episode, we're talking about it as a space of choice and curiosity. What are you choosing, and why? What could be different with just a little more awareness, compassion, or self-connection? These moments offer you a profound opportunity—not to criticize yourself or "fix" your business, but to understand yourself more deeply and respond with intention so you can continue to lead with the very best parts of who you are and what you have to offer. Let's get started! What you'll learn:Why failure is universal–not personal–and how what we do in those moments is key to overcoming business challengesThree common but unhelpful reaction patterns–the downward spiral, the suppression, and erosion of selfTools and practices to help you process complicated emotions build resilience for overcoming business challengesHow to create a more supportive process for handling setbacks through intentional emotional anchoringThe importance of separating your inner knowing from external outcomesYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireMolly's Website: MollyClaire.ComMaster Coach Training 2026 Application Open Have a question or thoughts about the podcast? How far can a California private psychiatric hospital go in violating the rights and safety of people with disabilities—without being held accountable? A new report from Disability Rights California (DRC) shines a harsh light on College Hospital in Cerritos (CHC), revealing a disturbing pattern of inappropriate restraint and seclusion, as well as questionable use of involuntary emergency medications. These are not isolated incidents—they point to systemic problems affecting some of the state's most vulnerable residents. On this program of Pushing Limits, we'll speak with Richard Diaz, the lead attorney on the investigation, to unpack the key findings and what they mean for psychiatric care across California. We'll also examine how a lack of oversight, transparency, and disability rights enforcement contributes to ongoing harm in institutions that are supposed to help people heal. What can be done to stop it? What recourse do disabled residents have? And what role should we all be playing in demanding better? Tune in to find out.
