Jesus spricht davon, neu geboren zu werden – nicht körperlich, sondern innerlich durch Gottes Geist. Giertz erklärt: Wer sich auf Jesus einlässt, kann sich im Denken und Handeln verändern. Ein Impuls, der zeigt, wie viel Bewegung im Glauben steckt – und Lust macht, tiefer reinzuhören.Aus dem Johannesevangelium:Es war da einer von den Pharisäern namens Nikodémus, ein führender Mann unter den Juden. Gut, dass es da auch, als Gegenmodell, eine deutlich humanistischere Denkschule gab, mit einem dennoch nicht minder konsequenten Ansatz: das Homburger Modell. Wenn der Bub nicht spurte - dann wurden auch mal ganze Grillfeste abgesagt und wieder abgereist. So wurde Schmitti, wer er ist: ein Mann mit Prinzipien, der seine erzieherische Nemesis, den Endgegner, jede Woche mit Heufer-Umlauf und Lundt zum Podcasten trifft. Ironie, dass seine gute Erziehung jedes Mal auf das Gegenmodell trifft: Schmitt hat die gebügelte Serviette auf dem Schoß, während Klaas von der Cola-Maschine in seinem Kinderzimmer berichtet. „O tempora, o mores!“ Schmitti sitzt aufrecht und Gentleman-like - während Baywatch-Hörer sich erkundigen, wie lang andere ihre Klöten im Gym föhnen dürfen. „Schmitt, was hat dich bloß so ruiniert?“. Und so nimmt der wöchentliche Sermon eben seinen Lauf und gipfelt in der nahezu philosophischen Frage, wem in der Firma FloridaTV, die drei ihre Leben beim Fallschirm springen anvertrauen würden? Neue Gottesdienstformen wie die Sommerkirche im Pfarrgarten machen Mut, doch einfache Lösungen für leere Kirchen gibt es nicht. Im Evangelium nach Lukas-Evangelium erzählt Jesus vom reichen Mann und dem armen Lazarus. Pfarrer Anhalt betont: Problematisch ist nicht der Besitz, sondern fehlendes Mitgefühl. Am Ende zählt, was im Leben wirklich trägt. Eine ehrliche, nachdenkliche Folge, die Mut macht und zum Weiterhören einlädt.Aus dem Lukaevangelium:In jener Zeit sprach Jesus zu den Pharisäern: Es war einmal ein reicher Mann, der sich in Purpur und feines Leinen kleidete und Tag für Tag glanzvolle Feste feierte. Vor der Tür des Reichen aber lag ein armer Mann namens Lázarus, dessen Leib voller Geschwüre war. Er hätte gern seinen Hunger mit dem gestillt, was vom Tisch des Reichen herunterfiel. Stattdessen kamen die Hunde und leckten an seinen Geschwüren. Es geschah aber: Der Arme starb und wurde von den Engeln in Abrahams Schoß getragen. Auch der Reiche starb und wurde begraben. Außerdem ist zwischen uns und euch ein tiefer, unüberwindlicher Abgrund, sodass niemand von hier zu euch oder von dort zu uns kommen kann, selbst wenn er wollte. Da sagte der Reiche: Dann bitte ich dich, Vater, schick ihn in das Haus meines Vaters! Denn ich habe noch fünf Brüder. Er soll sie warnen, damit nicht auch sie an diesen Ort der Qual kommen. Abraham aber sagte: Sie haben Mose und die Propheten, auf die sollen sie hören. Er erwiderte: Nein, Vater Abraham, aber wenn einer von den Toten zu ihnen kommt, werden sie umkehren.
